Abstract

Consumer satisfaction can be a realization that the company expects to provide some form of service to its customers. Consumer satisfaction with services depends on the comparison between the needs of consumers before using the service with the results perceived by consumers. This study aims to analyze the quality of service that determines customers’ satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all customers of the Indonesian Islamic bank Situbondo. The sample used is 100 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The method uses the IPA (Important Performance Analysis) method to analyze to find out which service attributes need to be improved and maintained. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the IPA method have 3 service attributes that are included in Quadrant I, which means that there are 3 service attributes that must be prioritized to be improved, because the performance of service attributes is less satisfying to customers and is considered important by customers. So this result implied that Indonesian Sharia Bank must always pay attention to and improves all attributes that are considered lacking and still need improvement, so as to increase customer satisfaction in terms of service.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that exist in the world and can resemble humans while Artificial Intelligence can do what humans actually do such as Learning, Planning, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and many more. Because of this, some states use it in court. Artificial Intelligence uses it as evidence to prove multiple cases and makes it easier for prosecutors, judges and lawyers to work. This study aims to examine the application of Artificial Intelligence as evidence in courts in Indonesia. This research is a literature review research. Data collection is carried out by reviewing the literature related to the application of Artificial Intelligence as evidence in courts in Indonesia. Various information was collected from various sources such as books, papyrus, articles, research reports, and so on. Various information that has been collected is then reviewed, formulated, analyzed, and outlined in writing. Data collection is done by using documentation techniques, namely by reading, reviewing, studying, and noting the essence of the literature. The results show that in Indonesia there is no law on Artificial Intelligence so it will be difficult to use it in court as evidence because according to several sources in the procedural law there are some legal evidence that can only be used in court. However, crimes that occur in Indonesia are usually related to technology, so all governments must form a law on Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

Recently, Indonesia has introduced and planned a tax imposition program, which was announced through the planned imposition of Value Added Tax (PPN) on Nine Basic Ingredients (sembako). Not only that, it turns out that the Government of Indonesia will also impose taxes on other services, such as; Education and Orphanages and Orphanages. As a result, there is a potential for rebellion resulting from some of these plans. This study aims to examine and examine the fifth KUP Bill, which increases tariffs and the imposition of VAT on goods and services that should be excluded. This type of research is normative legal research. This study uses a law application approach and a conceptual approach. The primary sources used are secondary data sources (library materials). The analytical technique used is a descriptive, prescriptive analysis technique, which is specifically given to provide arguments for the results of research that has been carried out. This study found that the VAT rate will reach 12% with a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 15%. Moreover, in general, this policy can violate the principle of utilitarianism because it will harm social welfare. However, if VAT is only imposed on certain goods and services that are more exclusive to subsidize goods and services consumed by the poor, it will gain legitimacy in utilitarianism.
