Abstract

A pharmacy is a place of health service but indirectly also an effort to get the benefit. From the business point of view, of course, the pharmacy requires a system of processing inventory of goods, especially drugs - drugs in order to avoid losses. One of the pharmacies that have not optimally utilized the technology is at Apotek Karunia Asih located in Canggu Badung Bali. To overcome the problem of inventory control, at Apotek Karunia Asih requires inventory control application. The purpose of this research is to develop inventory control application with hybrid periodic order quantity - moving average method in Apotek Karunia Asih which gives benefit to the controlling of goods in pharmacies so that the goods and drugs sold in another are no longer past the expiration date, dead stock, stacking or stock shortages. Development of inventory control application with hybrid periodic order quantity - moving average method in Apotek Karunia Asih uses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process to describe the stages in software development. SDLC process used is waterfall model. Waterfall model is a model that is systematic and sequential in building software, starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance. Implementation of this research is applied by using PHP programming language with the help of Codeigniter framework. For the testing process, five (5) test process stages are performed: (1) white box test which states that the source code implementation is appropriate and there is no error, (2) black box test to find out whether all software functional is appropriate, (3) test the suitability of the system to find out the correctness of the calculation process performed by the application, (4) the user response test which states the application and the methods used are very appropriate in controlling the supply of drugs in pharmacies; (5) the previous training test on forecasting that the previous training score will be used to predict the need is 6 because it has the smallest MAPE and MSE so that the forecasting results can be in accordance with the actual data.

Abstract

Pure coconut oil or Virgin coconut oil is a modification of making coconut oil to produce products with the lower water and acid level , clear and has a long shelf life of 12 months. In terms of economics, pure coconut oil has higher selling price compared to traditional coconut oil by heating coconut milk or precipitating coconut milk in a long time so as to produce rancid odor and poor quality due to high water content and free fatty acid. The purpose of this study was to obtain pure coconut oil with lower water content and free fatty acids according to SNI. There are 3 methods of making pure coconut oil that is method of fermentation, induction and heating, while the method was used in this research is the method of heating.  Heating method which is tested by gradual heating or once heating, for gradual warming done preheat with temperature 60-110 ° C with 9 hours of drying and heating time with 60 ° C temperature variations (sample A), 70 ° C (sample B), 80 ° (sample C) and 5 hours, 4 hour and 3 hour drying time. The results showed that drying air temperature had an effect on product quality and length of drying time. The results of the calculation and testing showed the most effective treatment that is on the sample A with water content and free fatty acid content of the lowest reached 0.08% and 0.10%.

Abstract

Echocardiogram (seringkali disebut "echo") adalah garis luar grafik dari gerakan jantung. Selama tes ini, gelombang-gelombang suara frekwensi tinggi, disebut ultrasound, menyediakan gambar-gambar dari klep-klep dan kamar-kamar jantung. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan tes terhadap 132 pasien dengan respon meninggal atau hidup. Hasil ketepatan klasifikasi antara data training dengan data testing dengan analisis diskriminan adalah 96% sedangkan dengan menggunakan SVM diperoleh sebesar 88%. Pengelompokan dengan menggunakan K-Means dan Kernel K-Means menghasilkan ketepatan pengelompokan yang sama persis. Ini menunjukkan bahwa data echocardiogram memiliki pengelompokan yang baik. Kemudian hasil pengelompokan pada K-Means dibandingkan dengan data aktual yang diklasifikasikan dengan menggunakan diskriminan, SVM dan CART dimana dihasilkan bahwa data hasil dari K-Means memiliki ketepatan klasifikasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil klasifikasi pada data aktual.

Abstract

The aims of research are : (1) for knowing the differences in the result of geometry learning between the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning, (2) The interaction between realistic mathematic education by media geogebra with spatial ability related geometry learning, (3) The differences in the result result of geometry learning between the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning in the group of student have the high of spatial ability, (4) The differences in the result of geometry learning between the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning in the group of student have the low of spatial ability. The research in SMP N 2 Kuta Utara with the sample of the population amounted to 110 eighth of all students in grade VIII in learning year of 2013/2014 is as many as 330 students. The type of research is ouasi eksperiments. Before taking samples ANOVA test equality with one way. As for the data analysis carried out tests of normality and homogeneity of variance test. And then the date of spatial and the research of geometry learning with use by descriptive statistic and Anava with two way. Based on the result of analysis found the result as following : (1) Have the differences in the result of geometry learning between the the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning by grade VIII at SMP N 2 Kuta Utara, (2) Have interaction realistic mathematic education by media geogebra with spatial ability for the result of geometry learning in grade VIII  SMP N 2 Kuta Utara (F = 5,937 (p < 0,05), (3) Have the significant difference on the result of geometry learning between the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning in the group of student have the high of spatial ability in SMP N 2 Kuta Utara, (4) Have the significant difference on the result of geometry learning between the student that follow realistic mathematic education by media geogebra and the student that follow conventional learning in the group of student have the low of spatial ability in SMP N 2 Kuta Utara.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to acknowledge the relative density index of plant species and the distribution of the plant species in the village forest of Penglipuran, Bangli, Bali, Indonesia, and (2) the utilization of his research results in instructional media. The population of this study is the whole area of Penglipuran village forest and all the plant species in it. The samples of this study are all plant species covered in 100 quadratics of size 10x10m. The sampling technique used is systematic sampling. The data are analyzed descriptively. Population utilization of research result in instructional media use student of Department of Biology Education FMIPA Undiksha, Semester V class A, B, and C. The sample is student class V class A with number of student counted 25 people. The sampling technique is by using random sampling technique. The method of data collection is interview and observation. The data are analyzed descriptively. Result of this research are (1) The plant species distribution mapping result shows that the plant species have wide, medium, and narrow distribution. (2) From the 34 species which are included into 21 families, 10 of them have the highest relative density index. (3) The results of this research can be used as a media in learning Biology, especially in Plant Ecology

Abstract

Nitrite is one of important food additive that used as a preservative and curing agent for the meat product. Since the adverse effect of nitrites to the human health has been reported, the government regulated maximum allowable nitrite content in meat product is 125 mg/kg. Hence, continuous monitoring of the existence of nitrite, especially in the meat products are important to conducted. Quantitative analysis of nitrite in the meat product, especially sausage has been described. The spectrophotometric measurement of the nitrite contents was conducted by using Griess method. The absorbance of both standard solution and sample carried after 30 minutes at the maximum wavelength 520 nm. A linier calibration curve was obtained in the range of 0.1-0.5 ppm, with the R2 value is 0.997. Subsequently, the method was applied to determine the nitrit contents in sausage samples. The spectrophotometric determination showed there were 6 samples have nitrite contents more than maximum allowable nitrite content in the meat product.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru warga masyarakat Desa Malaka dan pemuda berupa penambahan wawasan tentang bagaimana proses penelitian Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan. Pepaya California adalah tanaman buah berupa herba yang berasal dari kawasan di Asia Tenggara (termasuk Indonesia). Tanaman ini kemudian menyebar ke Afrika (Madagaskar), Amerika Selatan dan Tengah. Solusi yang ditawarkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan penelitian Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan diharapkan kepada masyarakat Desa Malaka yang menjadi subjek penelitian: masyarakat Mengerti dan memahami arti pentingnya penelitian Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan. Menumbuhkan sikap tanggung jawaban disiplin diri. emperoleh bekal keterampilan dan pengetahuan dasar tentang penelitian Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan. Meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan penelitian sehingga menciptakan peluang usaha. Menciptakan prodak yang berkualitas. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini: Kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat menjadi garda terdepan dalam mendekatkan Universitas/Perguruan Tinggi, sehingga masyarakat tidak hanya menatap Perguruan Tinggi sebagai sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan yang besar dengan kemampuan mencetak para sarjan, namun juga dapat berkontribusi langsung para masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan  Tahun 2017, berupa penambahan wawasan, perolehan pengalaman pengembangan, minat, bakat dan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan RTRW Desa. Bahwa dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pelatihan Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California sebagai Bentuk Pemanfaatan Tanah Perkebunan Tahun 2017 sangat terbantu, baik dari sisi pengetahuan dasar juga dengan pemahaman Bagaimanakah Budidaya Tanaman Pepaya California yang baik dan sukses.

Abstract

This study aims to heat mapping the consumer’s movement using background subtraction techniques. The mapping is built using the coordinate information obtained from the consumer location that detected from the video where the separation of the consumer object and the background is done by background subtraction technique. Tests were performed on eleven video of consumer data activity that have different activity characteristics that were created using Microsoft PowerPoint application. Simulated activities include walking straight, staying, walking back to the path that had been passed, pacing, disturbance from another object, the influence of color, the consumer walks meet and coincide with other consumers. From the test of video discovery is obtained accuracy of 96.07% for the detection process of consumer movement, where the lack of detection process occurs due to the absence of techniques used to perform the introduction of characteristics of consumer objects. The mapping process is very much in line with the number of coordinates generated in the motion detection process, but the inaccurate detection of movement in the entrance and exit areas makes the coordinates high. By filtering with Region of Interes (ROI) in the survey area, creating disturbances in the area of doors and areas with objects that produce movements other than consumers can be eliminated.

Abstract

Object detection is a topic widely studied by the scientists as a special study in image processing. Although applications of this topic have been implemented, but basically this technology is not yet mature, futher research is needed to developed to obtain the desired result. The aim of the present study is to detect cigarette objects on video by using the Viola Jones method (Haar Cascade Classifier). This method known to have speed and high accuracy because of combining some concept (Haar features, integral image, Adaboost, and Cascade Classifier) to be a main method to detect objects. In this research, detection testing of cigarettes object is in samples of video with the resolution 160x120 pixels, 320x240 pixels, 640x480 pixels under condition of on 1 cigarette object and condition 2 cigarettes object. The result of this research indicated that percentage of average accuracy highest 93.3% at condition 1 cigarette object and 86,7% in the condition 2 cigarette object that was detected on the video with resolution 640x480 pixels, while the percentage of accuracy lowest 90% at condition 1cigarette object, and 81,7% at the condition 2 cigarette objects, detected on the video with the lowest resolution 160x120 pixels. The percentage of average errors at detection cigarettes object was inversely with percentage of accuracy. So that the detection system is able to better recognize the object of the cigarette, then the number of samples in the database needs to be improved and able to represent various types of cigarettes under various conditions and can be added new parameters related to cigarette object

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan hubungan faktor bimbingan praktek terhadap pencapaian kompetensi keterampilan asuhan kehamilan pada mahasiswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto, dengan metode analisis regresi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester V Prodi D 3 Kebidanan Undiksha berjumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel bebas yaitu Bimbingan Praktek (X), dan variabel terikat yaitu Pencapaian Kompetensi Keterampilan (Y). Alat ukur variabel bebas adalah kuisioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh : Freg = 18,391 > Ftab = 3,96 (α = 0,05) adalah signifikan dan linier, rhit = 0,386 > rtab = 0,220 (α = 0,05) adalah signifikan, kontribusi = 22,0 % dan SE = 7,50 %. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor bimbingan praktek dengan pencapaian kompetensi keterampilan asuhan kehamilan mahasiswa Prodi D 3 Kebidanan Undiksha.Bertolak dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat direkomendasikan bahwa meskipun pencapaian kompetensi keterampilan mahasiswa sudah baik namun perlu dilakukan peningkatan secara kontinyu, dengan jalan melengkapi sarana dan peralatan, serta  meningkatkan proses pembelajaran praktik
