Abstract- The effect of the use of lean production and supply chain management method to achieve quality of service in public administration unit in Thi Qar was studied in this research using the Hussein Educational Hospital as a case study. The workers in the Hall of operations at the hospital are selected for interview while questionnaires were distributed to the selected workers. After analysis of the results collected, the study found that there is a presence of correlation and significance statistically between the variables of the study: lean production, supply chain management, quality of service. It found that there is an effect of changes in lean production system and supply chain management on the quality of the service. The study of the result analysis also showed that the affected system changes the result of the application of the service quality as an increase in one unit of the independent variables (output slim) affects the increase in the value of the quality of service at the hospital by (1.19) and the value of Beta by (0.766). This signifies the significant relationship between the lean production system and supply chain management and the quality of services in the general hospital. Finally, conclusion and recommendations of the study were presented. Keywords- lean production system, supply chain management, applications, quality of service, Hussein Educational Hospital.

Abstract—This article discussed the problem of logistics management of the agricultural supply chain on the example of Kazakhstan. The article aims to justify the impact of logistics as a factor of increasing the supply chain competitiveness in the agricultural sector using Kazakhstan as a case study. The relevance of the topic is conditioned by the fact that agriculture is one of the budget-forming sectors in Kazakhstan. Thus, the improvement of supply chains in this area is a factor for increasing the competitiveness of the national economy. The transportation industry is determined to be the key factor that affects supply chains. For the Republic of Kazakhstan, the investment in large road projects is directly proportional to the production cost in the agricultural sector with a time lag of several years. Such national projects with the international partners’ participation promoted the regional development of the country and thereby made the pattern of national development less uneven. Once the projects completed, the domestic demand for various goods and the profitability of the agricultural sector have increased. Taking into account the country context was offered a conceptual approach to the development of the logistic infrastructure, as a level regional system in Kazakhstan. At the level of unique logistics groups and the national coordinating council an integrated logistics management system was developed.

The Goods Services Tax (GST) is a beneficial consumption-based tax for a country development. However, during GST implementation an adequate planning is required in the business supply chain functions and operations as to avoid any unfavourable outcome to operating performance. The GST implementation is a challenge to internal and external governance as it requires changes in the business operations. In this paper, we analyze the impact of GST to external auditors and internal control system of the Malaysian listed firms from year 2014 to 2016 using the paired t-test. We identify that the changes in audit firms and audit partners occurred during GST implementation period. Thus, no major significant impact occurred to position of external auditors and internal control system during and after GST implementation. In addition, the 200 firm-year observations regression results from year 2015 to 2016 during GST implementation reports that the external auditors to reserve independence and do not influence the relationship between internal control system with operating performance. Further, the results reveal that lower internal control system cost provides a significant improvement to firms’ short-term commitments during GST implementation.

In this article, we introduced Bayesian Group Chain Sampling Plan (BGChSP) using different combination of parameters. In acceptance sampling plan, the random fluctuations can be describe in the selection of distribution Bayesian approach which is based on prior process history. We apply beta distribution as a suitable prior distribution. By considering consumer’s and producer’s risks, we consider Probabilistic and Indifference Quality Regions for the specified AQL and LQL. For the selection of parameters in BGChSP, Maximum Allowable Percent Defectives (MAPD) is also considered.
