Abstract

In this research, the impact of activity-based costing on captive product pricing strategies has been investigated. For a thorough examination, the important indicators of the impact of activity-based costing, which have been mentioned in most studies, have been used and also some examples of research have been reviewed to achieve the ultimate goal of the research. With regard to the use of activity based costing (ABC), and also taking into account the notion of compulsory pricing strategy, it can be concluded that secondary services in Internet supply chain services companies, despite the compulsion or dependence of the customer on secondary services and paying its fixed price, these pricing services are in tight competition among Internet supply chain service providers, and activity-based costing can help in better pricing and lead to competitive pricing for secondary services.

Abstract

Abstract-Nowadays, almost everybody has overheard about the digital currency named Bit coin and its worth has risen steeply. Even extra deeply, Bit coin currency with its central block cable technology has to be managed for pushing a decentralized change around the ecosphere. Intentions of this study are to empirically highlight the features that are associated with the purchase behavior of an individual. Digital signs deliver the resolution, but instead of these the key benefits are misplaced if a right-hand or a trusted another party is obligatory to stop dual expenditure. Bit coinâ??s attraction has arranged key administration ladders towards a new group of operators. Data (almost 400 Respondents) for this study has been collected form the citizens of Lebanon of multiple cities. For the data analysis the proposed hypothesis has been tested through SPSS process method. Finally this study is concluded with discussion as well limitations and future research indications.

Abstract

Smart home concept in Malaysia is still in the early stage. There is no comprehensive and specific law and rules which governs the smart home project. The installation of smart home gadgets and facilities is on the choice of the home proprietors themselves. The question arise is to what extend the law and policy in Malaysia can accommodate the development of smart home project which gives priority to preserve green environment. Therefore, the objective of the paper is to highlights amendments to the law and policy in ensuring the success of the smart home project and preservation of green environment. This paper is based on a legal doctrinal research and qualitative research. Mixed method was used in analysing the data. Legal doctrinal analysis was performed based on the statutory provisions of housing statutes, codes, and guidelines. Qualitative data were collected by way of interview with 13 experts of smart home and green environment. It is suggested that the Government of Malaysia to recognise the environmental potential of smart features, to commission and support research in establishing a robust evidence base. Some amendments to the existing law and new policy of smart home and green technology should be established to support both agenda.

Abstract

People's mobility in the Greater Jakarta area requires effective and efficient transportation services. At present, many modes of transportation are competing to improve the quality of services to the users, which include the commuter trains that are managed by PT. Kereta  Commuter Indonesia (PT. KCI). Research is needed to determine the level of services provided by PT. KCI. Here, the researcher analyzes the effectiveness of the services of the Jabodetabek commuter train of Bogor - Tanah Abang route, especially the services at Bogor and Manggarai stations as well as on the train. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey that produced primary data. The secondary data was obtained from PT. KCI for further processing. The method used is the validity, reliability, Importance Performance Analysis, and Normality testing by using SPSS software. The results of the research shows that PT. KCI needs to increase the number of toilets at Bogor Station, to add the first-aid kits at Bogor and Manggarai Station, to increase the number of waiting chairs at Manggarai Station, to add stairs for platforms whose height are not the same as the train floor at Manggarai Station, and to improve the performance of security officers and the awareness of the users about the use of priority passengers seats.

The article discusses the identification of strategic groups within health and resort services market based on the suuply chain strategiers. Segmentation of competitors included the following steps: establishing mobility barriers; classification of sanatoriums and health resorts taking into account the mobility barriers; identification of strategic groups; description of strategic groups existing in the market of health-resort and spa services. Five strategic groups were identified. Recommendations on the selection of competitive strategies were made for each group. The results of strategic grouping can be used in forming competitive advantages allowing to successfully compete with rival firms in spa market. Abstract

Tourism industry is lifeline for Thailand as this sector is contributing a lot in country’s GDP. With an increasing flux of tourists, hotel industry is bringing artificial intelligence and robotic awareness in their employees to ensure better performance from all dimensions. Such performance levels are also linked with supply chain agility up to some extent. This paper has aimed to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence and robotic awareness on environmental, operational and economic performance of hotel sector of Thailand. Moreover, mediating role of supply chain agility has also been checked in relationship between the respective empirical linkages. Data was collected from the managing employees of hotel sector of Thailand through a structured instrument and it was then analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Results have provided the insight that robotic awareness has significant impact of all three dimensions of performance and supply chain agility significantly mediates these relationships in positive direction. This study is novel due to testing supply chain agility as mediator in robotic awareness and performance linkage and also because of taking operational performance as another dimension of performance which was not tested in prior literature. Implications, limitations and future research indications are also given in this study.

Abstract

Many organisations are beginning to consider the merits of moving to a tax-efficient supply chain and procurement model, both through information management and also centralizing purchasing and supply operations in a tax-efficient location. Tax-efficient sourcing integrates supply chain and procurement-operating model design with tax planning to deliver significant cost reductions and profit increases through centrally controlling procurement operations. This research is intended to examine information management and technologies in tax support as basic source for developing the revenues, also its effect on total revenues in Iraq from 2014 till 2018.  The analysis of  tax  support  literature  suggest  that we have various  kinds  of  tax  support,  classifications and effects of tax support, social and economic significance and  response to tax support which needs analysis. The empirical analysis has been done with the data of total public revenues of Iraq starting from 2014 to 2018. For analysis techniques the descriptive statistics are employed. From previous studies it has been discovered that significance of total revenues are associated with basic tax support which is the ground for National budget. Likewise, rate of growth and the tax revenues for the time before 2014, in that we can see change in Iraqi regime, also its openness towards world. It draws it from an economy of socialist nature to an economy based on market based on the supply chain. Similarly the effect of supply chain on tax support on direct tax income and also on withholding tax, also the effect of information management tax Revenues on Total Country Revenues.
