Abstract

Abstract- Inter-regional spatial integration contributes to supply chain activities for the solution of economic, environmental, socio-demographic, humanitarian and other problems of border areas through the implementation of inter-regional programs and projects. A major role in the development of integration processes is played by border supporting cities. Most researchers, characterizing the main criteria for the selection of supporting cities, call the geographical location, administrative independence, the level of development of urban infrastructure. This study examines the author's systematic approach to the development of criteria for assessing border supporting cities. The purpose of the study is to develop a supply chain strategy for classifying border cities as supporting and indicators for assessing their development level. The main research methods were the analytical, monographic, statistical methods, the score method, as well as the sum of places method (rating method) for conducting an aggregate assessment of the potential of integration cooperation. The authors of the study developed a supply chain methodology for identifying border supporting cities based on a systematic approach that takes into account economic and social indicators for assessing border cities. The results of testing the proposed methodology on the example of the Kazakh-Russian borderland showed that the border city, with a population of over 100 thousand people and located on the border territory, is or can in the future become a reference if there is an appropriate transport and geographical location and cross-border and integration cooperation potential. The application of this technique will allow in the future to increase the efficiency of regulation and management of interregional spatial integration processes.

Abstract

As part of the supposed approach to strengthen the competitive capacity of industrial companies based on the implementation of the control of innovative activities in the supply chain, the flexible evaluation system was developed, differentiated according to the strategic and tactical objectives of the existing growth of competitive capacity. The strategic management of innovation process supposes achievement of competitive advantages based upon maximal usage of the experience of innovative supply chain activity organization and accounting of new factors, which influence on their change. To solve this problem have been analyzed conditions that determine the appearance and replace the six models of innovative process, allocated based on the modern world scientific experience. The logic of their development allows us to see the important characteristics of their changes, explain the effectiveness of the change process models, through the manifestation of the cumulative and complementary effects. The authors proposed a system of indicators to monitor the degree of manifestation of these effects in the study. In the course of the calculations have been identified changes in the patterns of the innovation process in the Russian mining and metallurgical complex and at the same time as there was a cumulative and complementary effect in changing patterns, and thus the efficiency of controlling innovation. The results suggest that the implementation of controlling innovation in mining and metallurgical enterprises cannot be called successful. Sustained growth was observed on single indicators. In mass production, they have a high degree of variability, or a downward trend. Nowadays, there are a few number of Innovative companies. Keywords- companies, innovation processes, supply chain activity, indicators, competitive ability.

Abstract

Abstract- Responding to the needs of shareholders and investors, earning profit and income and covering current expenses are the hugest goals of each economic unit. Banks and financial institutions also have these rules. Perhaps the most important thing for them is calculating and understanding the cost of money. Because calculating cost reductions and analyzing it can be used to estimate and execute the amount and cost of paying the facility, and also the profits of the deposits in each supply chain system. However, it should be noted that the issue of reducing costs, including goods made, sold goods, services provided or time consumed, is one of the most complex accounting issues. Besides, it is certainly more costly to calculate the cost of services than the calculation of reducing goods costs. Therefore, what is said is a general overview of the very complex process of calculating the expense of money and reducing costs in financial institutions based on the supply chain. In this research, we will consider the reduced costs of investigating in the financial industry based on activity-based costing and supply chain. Keywords: Bank, Investment, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), supply chain, costs.
