Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of human capital and partnership to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in micro and small businesses. The findings of this study contribute to the development of the concept of resource-based view theory to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This is in line with the thought of resource-based view that human capital and partnerships are intangible resources of a company that will determine whether a company can sustainable competitive advantage. However, previous research can not answer the research gap on human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research answers the gap by testing human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. High heterogeneity of the company's resources will provide a sustainable competitive advantage because it is more valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutional. The data analysis of this research used the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square program. Keywords: Human Capital, Partnership, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Micro and Small Enterprise

Abstract

This study is conducted to identify disruptive factors affecting the performance of Small Medium Enterprise supply chain in the livestock industry. The role of supply chain management in the livestock industry starts from selection of breeders, equipment suppliers to distribution of slaughter meat to retailers, distributors and end users. Through a preliminary study that was conducted, several disruptive factors in the supply chain of livestock farming have been identified such as natural disasters, distribution of supplies, the behaviour of the stockman and financial. These disruptions have caused losses to stockman, the supply of meat was affected and caused subsequent losses to the country. In relation to that, to identify what are the other factors occurred other than the preliminary study factors, (i) a set of questionnaires based on previous studies was established and validation of the disruptive factors were evaluated by the expert and the survey will be conducted with the respondents. The findings reveal that the factors of husbandry process, financial, stockman, quality of livestock product, farm facilities, technology, demand, supply, information communication, sales, transportation, government involvement, disaster and syariah compliance have been identified as the main disruptive factors in the disruption model. This disruption model will be tested using a statistical technique to identify which factors contribute significantly to the disruption of the supply chain in the livestock farming industry.

Abstract

Abstract— The development of supply chain relations implies a methodological basis for assessing the supply chain process effectiveness that is adequate to the market development. The study contains a description of the methodology for assessing and managing the supply chain process from the perspective of the interests of the lessee and the external and internal environment factors. The study is based on the methodology for modeling cash flows of the recipient enterprise and the method of discounting its cash flows generated with the participation of the industrial enterprise in the supply chain process. The proposed methodology is a universal tool for assessing and managing the supply chain process, which includes the strengths of advanced methods for assessing the effectiveness of the supply chain scheme for financing industrial investments accumulated in scientific works devoted to supply chain. The proposed structure of strategic features based on the totality of the methods for assessing the supply chain activity, market development, and leasing process allows an industrial enterprise to generate the supply chain process management strategies based on the analysis of the performance indicators. A number of definitions have been introduced into the scientific discourse and a methodology for assessing the supply chain activity, market development, and leasing process has been developed. The assessment and management methodology is of practical value for a wide range of organizations considering the possibility of technological re-equipment of industrial production in a business network.

Abstract

Abstract— Neural  network  technology  has  been  successfully  applied  in  many  business  areas.  This  paper  systematic  summarizes  the  applications  of  neural  network  technology  in  supply  chain  management, which include three areas: optimization , forecasting and decision support. It uses supply chain -specific parameter estimation using supply chain processing techniques to model the optimal network system. It then joined with generic data compression algorithms to form compact bitstream. Artificial neural network (ANN) in supply chain management was established from bussines neural network and also known as connectionist system. Artificial intelligence (AI) is shown by software and machines. The present study aim to evaluate the proposed algorithm for supply chain encoding by using random overlapped and swarm intelligence. The study can be concluded as the proposed algorithm take more time than overlapping algorithm. Because, the key is generated  by the lion optimization algorithm (LOA) and using of features make the algorithm faster. The restored signal accuracy 100% and the size of encoded file equal to the input file.

Abstract

For Supply Chain executives the first step is to clearly understand how the enterprise chooses to compete. This is important not only for the obvious reason of working together in the same direction, but also because Supply Chain has to enable the Business Strategy; it is not merely an operational department. According to the data of survey conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion, more than half of the employers of the Far Eastern Federal District are faced with the problems of staffing, which is explained by the inconsistency of the requirements of enterprises with the quality of supply chain strategy. The organization of cooperation between business structures and supply chain strategy of the region ensures an increase in the quality of performance, stimulates a decline in unemployment and population shift from the Far East, which affects the socio-economic development of the federal district. In addition, the university-enterprise partnership helps to reduce the time for the development and implementation of research products, the commercialization of knowledge, the development of entrepreneurship, and, as a result, an increment in GRP and the innovative potential of the region. Therefore, the main objective of this article is to analyze the main forms of collaboration between supply chain strategy and business in the Far Eastern Federal District to determine the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and supply chain strategy, which are characterized by a high degree of involvement of the business sector of economic activity into the activities of management. The main sources of information were informational and analytical materials for monitoring the performance of institutes in 2018. To provide thematic justification of the research, an analysis of the regulatory framework for the purpose of identifying the role of business structures in solving the socio-economic problems of territories has been carried out.

Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of this paper is to review the existing literature on blockchain technology, present some trends and consider its potential value in supply chain management (SCM) of market. In modern economic conditions, the financial market integrated into the global economy is of fundamental importance for the development of the national economic system. In order to maintain and develop economy, the financial sector is constantly looking for ways to optimize its business processes and operations. Today, blockchain technology is considered by many participants in the financial market as a tool that forms the innovative potential of the industry providing a number of additional effects. It should be noted that despite the very high interest on the part of international and national financial institutions, enterprises of the real sector of the economy in the distributed data storage technology, studies on the problems of assessing the use of the potential of blockchain platforms in the socioeconomic environment, their theoretical understanding is not often demonstrated. Existing works, as a rule, reveal either the technical side of the object under study, or the regulatory or legal aspects of the applicability of blockchain technologies in the national economy. In this regard, this work attempts to overcome this conditional vacuum of understanding in order to make up for conditions with questions revealing other aspects of the subject of research, for example, such as the economic and social effects of introducing blockchain technologies into the activities of business entities. A formalized assessment of the development prospects of the banking sector in the new institutional economic environment is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the emerging effects caused by the integration of distributed data storage technologies into the system of operational processes in credit institutions

Abstract

Abstract- The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their future. This study aims to improve the financial satisfaction of Generation Z with Multiple Linear Regression and Regression Models with interaction supply chain strategies. Samples were used as many as 246 respondents from 263 questionnaires distributed in Pekanbaru City using convenience and purposive sampling methods, namely the Generation Z age criteria. The results showed that in the first model there was a significant influence of Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge partially on Financial Satisfaction. While the insignificant influence is partially affected by Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction. While the second research model shows that there is a significant influence on Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy partially on Financial Satisfaction, while the insignificant influence is on the influence of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The second model also uses supply chain strategies where Financial Knowledge is used as a moderator. The results show there is a significant influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction but there is no significant effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The first research model provides a better explanation than the second model. Both models show the significant influence of Financial Knowledge. Increasing Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy through education will be very beneficial for Generation Z for their Financial Satisfaction.
