Moreover, this can be easier to achieve coming out of a severe recession. Design of this study is quantitative, which developed an estimation model based on structural equation model to analyze the relationship among latent variables in this study. Data collection instruments using questionnaires were collected directly and online. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. It involves 115 respondents. Service scape is proven to have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction, but does not have a significant effect on passenger loyalty. Passenger satisfaction is proven to have a mediating role on the relationship between service scape and passenger loyalty. Abstract

Researches, literature reviews and professional experiences show that traditional logistics services were precisely defined and differentiated in the past 30 years, but Industry 4.0 brings additional service opportunities for leading logistics service providers and for their customers. New circumstances may improve supply chain efficiency by remodelling the solutions and responsibilities of the different cooperating partners. The aim of the paper is to summarize the definitions of the different traditional and more developed logistics service providers and to create and propose a standard definition for the Lead Logistics Providers, based on the LLP studies and key characters of the existing LLP services. Based on a desk research (literature review and document analysis) and using the professional experience of authors, the analysis focuses on the advanced services by looking at the content and service elements of some leading logistics service companies. Conclusion of the research is that leading service providers offer quite wide range of services which is difficult to standardize in terms of creating a standard definition as it’s available for 1-2-3 PL logistics service providers. Therefore, the introduction and generic definition is proposed from the time being for the Lead Logistics Providers. In the light of Industry 4.0 the coming years might clarify the content and meaning of additional PL levels, such as 5, 6, or higher PL levels.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to recognize the pattern of the interactive association between SC operational capability and corporate competitive capability for improving performance. Moreover, the study is based on analyzing the influence of SC integration on the interactive relation as a strategic lever. There is a need to consider potential implications of efficient relation between SC operational capability and corporate competitive capability to develop integrated and coherent strategies for the strategic role of SCM. The decisions linked with the sourcing of products, planning capacity, conversion into final products, distribution, communication, demand management, and delivery is regarded as SC operational capability. The study has opted the SEM-PLS for the analysis of the data, which is among the most recent and robust data analysis technique especially for the structural issues in social sciences. The data is collected with the aid of a questionnaire which was developed basing on the prior studies. It has been stressed by previous studies on manufacturing strategy and SCM that the decisions of SCM must be aligned and strategic with the business strategy of the firm. However, consistent results have not revealed by previous literature about the shape of the interactive association between SCM strategy and corporate strategy. There are several implications of this study for theory developers and academicians. The previous frameworks of supply chain practices based on the context of developed countries have been extended by this research by incorporating various dimensions of SCI practices in the context of a developing country. The study has focused on manufacturing firms in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze rice market integration and SCM among major cities in Indonesia. The data are the average monthly rice prices in 33 major cities from January 2014 to December 2017 taken from the Central Statistics Bureau of Indonesia. The research methods are non–time series analysis and time series analysis. The results from the non–time series analysis show that almost all rice prices have significant market integration, but a few cities do not. The time series analysis covers only a few of the cities included in the research; however, due to the requirement that the Error Correction Model (ECM) data must be stationary. The results from the time series analysis show that all cities analyzed have significant long-run integration, but in the short run, only a few cities have market integration. The results of this research can support government intervention in spreading the rice price in a few cities to other cities in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in various regions spread across Indonesia. Each city or district is a potential and developing area when viewed from the MSME business unit supported by the tourism industry in each of these areas. The MSMEs business unit in the culinary field faces many challenges such as increasingly tight competition, difficulty in obtaining funding or capital, inadequate marketing, lack of superior resources in the culinary field, lack of access to suppliers, and the emergence of new competitors. This problem relates to supply chain activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of long-term relationships, information sharing, agile, supply chain capabilities, and supply chain applications on supply chain performance. This study used a sample of 150 respondents who had filled in the research instrument form, where the data collected were analyzed using SmartPLS.The results of this study indicate that all independent variables in this study have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely supply chain performance in the culinary sector in Indonesia. The Novelty, of the concept of this research is that the agile variable in previous studies is the dependent variable, but in this study the agile variable becomes the independent variable.

Abstract

Abstract- In the initial public offering activities of the company to obtain funds from the public, there is often an underpricing phenomenon, which is when the determination of the company's stock price at the time of an IPO is lower than the price that occurs on the secondary market on the first day. This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management (underwriter reputation, supply chain management reputation, firm age, and percentage of the public offering to underpricing of companies conducting IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018). Research data were cross-section data with observation period from 2nd January to 31st December 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From the population of 57 companies conducting IPOs, 54 issuers met the sample criteria. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the reputation of the underwriter, supply chain management's reputation, firm age, and percentage of public offering simultaneously influenced underpricing. Partially, the reputation of the underwriter and supply chain management's reputation have a significant negative effect, while the firm age and the percentage of the public offering do not have a significant effect. Underwriter reputation has the biggest influence on underpricing.
