Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. This research used a descriptive type research to analyze consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. The population in this study include all consumers in Mendoyo Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This research used incidental sampling techniques which and obtained samples as many as 330 people. The results of this study were categorized in several dimensions namely dimension of need which obtained a score of 4,144 in the score range of 3,366 - 4,158 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, dimension of expectation obtained a score of 16,603 in the score range of 14,586 - 18,018 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, and dimension of experience obtained a score of 6,625 in the score range of 5,147 - 6,731 thus it is categorized as favorable.

Abstract

The financial behavior of each person is different as shown by the qualities of each individual. The study was directed to determine the results of the analysis of financial literacy to mediate the effect of pocket money, financial accounting learning, and work experience on financial behavior. Research location at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya with a research population of accounting education students at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Tests were carried out using purposive sampling technique and the sample size was determined using the Maholtra formula to obtain a total sample size of 120 respondents. The data collection methods were questionnaires and tests. With the Structural Equation Model data analysis technique using Warppls. So from the research results it can be seen whether there is no direct influence between pocket money on financial behavior. On the other hand, work experience and financial accounting learning variables have a positive and significant direct effect on financial behavior. Has a positive and significant influence between pocket money on financial literacy. Financial accounting learning variables and work experience have no effect on financial literacy. Financial literacy variables do not affect financial behavior and cannot mediate the effect of pocket money, financial accounting learning, and work experience on financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims the effect of electrification on productivity. We used data panel on kabupaten dan kota level with 2014-2019 period. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with the data used is secondary data in the form of GDRB panel data throughout Indonesia In this study, productivity defined as GDRB per capita. Estimation result shows that the electrification ratio has a positive and significant effect to GDRP per capita on 2014-2019 nationally, in Sumatera island, and Kalimantan island. The presence of electrification can support productivity, such as lightning, use of mahines more efficiently, home appliance, and ICT or communication. Therefore, electrification should be fulfilled in Indonesia to increase GDRP per capita growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the role of independent learning in mediating the effect of achievement motivation on student achievement during online learning. Respondents of this study were 158 active students of the Department of Economic Education, UNESA, batch 2018. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires and documentation, then the data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has a direct and significant effect on learning achievement. Achievement motivation has a direct and significant effect on learning independence. Learning independence has no direct and insignificant effect on learning achievement. and achievement motivation has an indirect effect on learning achievement through independent learning with a total value of 20%.

Abstract

This study is different from the problems in the twelfth category C OTKP (Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran) SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, whose student learning activities are still relatively low. In order to overcome these problems, the application in type matching of cooperative learning models is studied. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in learning activities of middle school students in the XII C OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja category by applying cooperative learning model type matching to the second basic ability of entrepreneurship subjects. This study used the "Classroom Action Research" design. Use observation methods and documents to collect data, and analyze the data through simple percentage statistical analysis. The results show that the average learning integrity obtained by the students in the first cycle of learning activities is 64.05%, and the average learning integrity obtained in the second cycle is 84.08%.Research results prove that learning activity can increase after applying Cooperative Learning Model Type Make A Match in class XII C OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.

Abstract

The problem often experienced in learning computer for communication to achieve maximum learning outcomes is the accuracy in presenting the materials, so the method used matches the characteristics of the learning material. In this case, the selection of teaching methods must be adjusted to the current situation and condition to obtain innovative and effective method because the students’ ability is heterogeneous. This study aims to determine students’ learning outcomes using cooperative learning STAD, to determine students’ learning outcomes using expository, as well as to find out the difference students’ learning outcomes between cooperative learning STAD and expository methods. Therefore, this study was designed using quasy-experimental with pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group design. The population was students of D3 Business Administration Program of Politeknik Negeri Malang consisting of two groups, control and experimental class as a sample. Quantitative statistical analysis was used as a tool in this study. Through t-test, it is found the results of obtained t-count is 3.803 and higher than t table = 1.99. It means that there was a significant difference between the learning outcome of the control and the experimental group on computer for communication subject.

Abstract

The trade war that began with the foreign policy of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who imposed tariffs on goods from China, triggered China to retaliate against this policy with various other forms of protection. This has an impact on global economic growth, especially for countries that have a lot of cooperation with the two countries, including Indonesia. As for countries like Indonesia, which depend a lot on economic cooperation with the two countries, especially in the export and import sectors, it is certainly affected by their economic growth. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to explain how the impact of the trade war between the United States and China on the Indonesian economy in 2017 - 2020 using foreign policy theory and the concept of protectionism. The results of the study show that the trade war between the United States and China has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, especially in the export sector and stock investment.

Abstract

This study aims to study and reveal the entrepreneurial behavior of the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and completed with interviews with millennials who have businesses, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial behavior. There are four aspects measured in this study, namely entrepreneurial interest, creativity, innovation, and product marketing strategies carried out by millennials during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were millennials who have businesses and are domiciled in South Sulawesi Province, West Sulawesi Province and Southeast Sulawesi Province with purposive sampling of 31 people. The results of this study show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the millennial generation still has an interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. This is shown by even though they are currently in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, millennials still have entrepreneurial behavior, such as creativity, innovation, and marketing strategies to sustain their business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Research is in the background because there is no learning media in schools to help the teaching and learning process in economic subjects. Often found low learning motivation in students. In the classroom there is no learning media that supports and increases student learning outcomes in economic subjects in particular, so this study develops a make a match based puzzle game learning media which aims to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, practicality of learning media on student learning outcomes. This research is a development research with Four-D models which only reaches the Develop stage. The trial design of this study used a pretest-posttest group design. The test subjects in this study were 24 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro, class XI IPS 1. The results of this study met the feasible requirements, obtained a very feasible category of 91% in media validation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% in material validation, obtained a feasible category of 80% in the evaluation evaluation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% on the validation of effectiveness, and obtained a very feasible category of 100% in practicality, obtained a very feasible category of 95.07% in the response of students. From the research results it can be concluded that the learning media based on make a match puzzle games developed are feasible, effective and practical to use.

Abstract

This research uses collective learning approaches and Team Games Tournaments to look at students' learning achievements. The study is now underway in SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja's grade VIII, including two classrooms. Tests are used to acquire data. Statistics and hypothesis tests are used to analyze the results. This study revealed that the experimental and control groups had substantial disparities in student learning outcomes. The experimental group that used TGT got significantly better results than the control group that used collaborative form learning. Students who used cooperative learning strategies received an average score of 72.38, while those who used the TGT learning model received an average score of 83.6.
