Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the students' self-regulated Learning of class XI IPS on Economics subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, time, behavior, physical environment and social environment. The type of the research was descriptive study with qualitative approach. The populations were all class of XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja with a total of 103 students. Saturated sampling used in this study, this sampling technique uses the entire study population. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation.  The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that the students' self-regulated learning of class XI IPS on Economics Subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, behavior, physical environment were in a good category, while in terms of time dimensions and social environment were in the category of less well.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which is aims to analyze how tourism development in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treats). This research shows that the strength of the tourism object in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village has the potential for a panoramic view of the village which is still beautiful, the availability of interesting events, cleanliness, good facilities and infrastructure and community friendliness. The weaknesses of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the lack of clean water available in the toilets, the lack of a security and supervision system, and low human resources. Opportunities for the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, cultural preservation of the surrounding community, opening jobs, government policies, availability of information on tourism objects on the internet and social media. The threat of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the number of competitors and the development of competitor tourism facilities. From the SWOT diagram, it can be seen that the research results show that the intersection point (2.38: 2.37) is in diagram I. So, the right strategy to be applied in the tourism development strategy of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village is to support the policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to describe teachers' perceptions of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. This study uses all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan as the population and the sample used is 54 teachers. In this study, the data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the cognitive aspect obtained a score of 1,665 so that it was in the good category. The teacher's perception of the affective aspect obtained a score of 1,669 so that it was in the good category. The teacher's perception of the conative aspect obtained a score of 1.764 and was in the good category. So it can be concluded that the teacher's perception of the online learning process during the (covid-19) period at SMP Negeri 1 Sawan are in good category

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialahuntuk mengetahui hubunganpendidikan dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, dan prestasi kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan pada PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian menggunakanjenis penelitian kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PDAM ialah 129responden yang dicari menggunakanNon Probability Sampling atau sampel sensus.Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakanangket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t,dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultanpendidika pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, serta prestasi kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan karyawan pada PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of women as casual daily laborers in improving family welfare in Tiyingtali Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with case study method. The subjects of this study used 5 informants and the object was women who worked as casual daily laborers in Tiyingtali Village. The data collection method was carried out by initial observation, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman, starting from collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses source triangulation. The results showed that women daily casual workers divide their time by prioritizing their role as housewives first and continue their role in the public sector as informal workers, namely casual daily workers and the families of women casual daily workers have been declared prosperous with the level of family welfare at the prosperous family I.

Abstract

This study explains the problematic influence of experiential marketing and customer relationship management on the loyalty of restaurant service users during the COVID-19 pandemic which indicates a decrease in the number of customers. The sample in this study were 89 customers of damarmas resort within 6 months of the study. Using accidental sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires through instrument validity and reliability tests, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of the research that have been carried out indicate an indication of the influence between experiential marketing and customer Relationship Management partially positive and significant effect on service user loyalty. Simultaneously experiential marketing and customer Relationship Management have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of service users at Damarmas Resort Kediri.

Abstract

Taxation has always undergone a reform called tax reform. Not only the regulations that are undergoing reform but also all sorts of business transactions related to taxes. One of the new ones implemented July 1, 2016 is the reporting of VAT Period SPT with its invoices that use e-invoices. This e-invoice functions to prevent fictitious tax invoices from being ed. The world of work is growing as changes in the system and tax regulations are constantly changing. That's why this research is used in order to improve the soft skills of accounting students in order to compete when graduating and looking for work. The study used experimental methods by conducting e-invoice training and QR code scanners to see the difference between students who were treatment and those who did not. And the results are so significantly different that this has an effect on the soft skills that students who have been treatment training. The results showed that the significance level of 0,000 means there are significant differences that occur in the test of the different effects of training on the soft skills of accounting students. It is expected that there is an ongoing program to hone the soft skills of students in accounting so that they feel soft skills owned by accounting students and able to compete in the world of work.

Abstract

Bali is known for its natural beauty which is a tourist attraction. One of them is Kintamani with views of Mount Batur, Lake Batur and other tourist attractions that make Kintamani visited by many tourists. The number of tourist visits to Kintamani provides opportunities for the surrounding community to open a business. PT Arminusa Wiwayuta also used this opportunity to open a restaurant with the name Lake View Kintamani Restaurant. The restaurant, which was founded in 1972, is still operating well amidst the many competitors and the Covid-19 pandemi. The existence that is still maintained is influenced by several factors, namely natural beauty, menu innovation, friendly service, and has been certified CHSE Standard by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. With these factors, of course, it cannot be separated from the internal management of human resources, so with this phenomenon the purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of employees in maintaining the existence of the Lake View Kintamani Restaurant in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemi. By using descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data from previous literature studies such as journals and books. Based on data analysis, the conclusion of this study is that in maintaining the existence of the Lake View Kintamani restaurant in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemi, the quality of human resources is good so as to produce superior performance, in recruiting employees more consider the skills possessed, training and evaluation are ways to develop employee performance and find out the obstacles faced. In maintaining good performance, Lake View Restaurant routinely provides motivation in the form of rewards for employees who excel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the performance of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) which is an institution that manages zakat funds for the welfare of the people in Indonesia. Performance measurement by calculating the ratio of fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency of fundraising. In addition, people's welfare by looking at the Human Development Index (IPM). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with secondary data types, namely BAZNAS financial statements and HDI figures with an observation period from 2001 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with statistical evaluation tools 12. The results show that fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency fundraising do not partially affect the welfare of the people in Indonesia. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that the performance of BAZNAS which consists of fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency funding does not simultaneously affect the welfare of the people in Indonesia.

Abstract

Research in the field of marketing management to optimize the formulation of promotions from customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing in realizing the economic welfare of local product business actors. The research was conducted in two cities in Indonesia that have a culture with batik products as an aesthetic regional icon in meeting customer needs. Batik has an appeal and philosophy which is a cultural heritage, economically it has value-added products to advance the region from increasing income. SDL research theory in providing a strategy to improve service quality in terms of promotion based on customer needs. The research was conducted on 300 batik entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta and in Palangka Raya. This type of quantitative research with statistical tools SPSS 24.0 shows significant positive results of customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing increasing the optimization of marketing promotions by 71%. The implications of the research as a marketing strategy in increasing the income of local product business actors, from optimizing marketing promotions for the economic welfare of business actors.
