Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price discounts, bonus packs, and in-store displays on impulse buying behavior among Willy Mart Luwus consumers. Determination of the sample of 91 respondents using a nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling. The data used is causal quantitative. Using the analysis technique, namely multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.016; (2) the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.015; (3) in-store display has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.000; (4) price discounts, bonus packs, and in-store displays have a simultaneous effect on impulse buying (Y) behavior for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.000.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze (1) the factors that influence the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services at KSP Manunggal Tama and (2) the dominant factors influencing the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services at KSP Manunggal Tama. This research uses a type of quantitative research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was factor analysis. The sample in this research is members of the KSP Manunggal Tama cooperative with technical means of purposive sampling. The number of samples in the study was 155. The results of this research indicated that (1) the factors that influence the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services are management trust factors and ease of administration, and (2) the dominant factors implicate the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loans at KSP Manunggal Tama as a factor of management's trust in value Varimax Rotation 51.099%.

Abstract

This study aims to reverse-examine the effect of the variables of work motivation with work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of Credit Union (CU) employees in Dolat Rayat District. This type of research is causal quantitative using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire, but first tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples used is 40 respondents. The sampling technique used is a multiple sample technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis t-tests, and hypothesis F-tests. The results of this study indicate: (1) there is a positive and partially significant effect of work motivation on the performance of CU employees in the Dolat Rayat District as indicated by the t-count value of the X1 variable of 5.154 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 (2) there is an influence positive and partially significant from work discipline to the performance of CU employees in Dolat Rayat District as indicated by the t-count value of the X2 variable of three,791 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 (3) there is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and discipline work on the performance of CU employees in Dolat Rayat Subdistrict as indicated by the F-count values ​​of the variables X1 and X2 of 14,837 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational interactions and the provision of rewards on student learning achievement in the economics subject class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Uluan for the academic year 2022/2023. There are 65 students as a population and sample with a total sampling technique. In addition, data was collected by using documentation and a questionnaire. The results of the research that can be seen from the acquisition of statistical data prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of educational interactions and the provision of rewards on student achievement. The equation that can be obtained is Y = Y = 28.269 + 0.3888X1 + 0.292X2. The data obtained on the coefficient of determination test (R Square) is 0.522. That is, educational interactions and the provision of rewards simultaneously on student achievement are 52.2%, and the remaining 47.8% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes on students' interest in entrepreneurship in managing teaching factories at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. (2) How much influence does an entrepreneurial attitude have on students' entrepreneurial interest in managing the teaching factory at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja? This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, with a total sample of 83 students from the acquisition of the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. This type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach and data collection methods using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study are that it is known that the attitude variable (X) has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK N 1 Singaraja. Judging from the magnitude of the influence, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) 0.878 is equal to 87%.This means that the entrepreneurial attitude variable affects the interest in entrepreneurship variable by 87%, and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aimed at investigating the effect of product differentiation strategies and promotions on consumer buying interest in the wawa cake business in semparuk. This research is quantitative research. This type of research is field research (field research) conducted by direct observation of the object under study to obtain appropriate data. The population in the study were all consumers of kue wawa semparuk. The sample in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with random sampling, totaling 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product differentiation and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. The results of the F test (simultaneous) are 8.740, and the coefficient of determination is 0.393, meaning that the results above have the influence of variables XI and X2 together or simultaneously on variable Y by 39.3%, and the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables that researchers do.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the extent to which social support, optimism, religiosity, and self-esteem contribute to the subjective well-being of teachers in SMPNs across Mendoyo District. Additionally, it seeks to determine the combined impact of these factors on teachers' subjective well-being. This study is an "ex post facto" research study conducted with a sample size of 164 individuals. Information was gathered through the use of questionnaires and documents. The data analysis was conducted using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation approaches. The research findings indicate a strong association (correlation coefficient of 0.319) and a notable contribution (16.11%) of social support to the subjective well-being of teachers in SMPNs in the Mendoyo District. (2) A notable distinction exists between optimism and the subjective well-being of instructors in SMPN within Mendoyo District, as evidenced by a correlation coefficient of 0.364 and a substantial contribution of 18.05%. (3) There is a strong relationship between how religious teachers are and how satisfied they feel in SMPN schools in Mendoyo District. This relationship is measured by a correlation coefficient of 0.519, indicating a moderate positive correlation. Religiosity accounts for 37.66% of the variation in teachers' subjective well-being. (4) There is a strong relationship between the self-esteem and subjective well-being of instructors in SMPN throughout Mendoyo District. The correlation coefficient is 0.387, indicating a substantial connection. Additionally, self-esteem accounts for 19.98% of the overall impact on subjective well-being. (5) The study found a strong relationship between social support, optimism, religiosity, and self-esteem with the subjective well-being of SMPN teachers in Mendoyo District. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.960, indicating a high degree of association. These factors accounted for 92.44% of the variation in the subjective well-being of SMPN teachers across Mendoyo District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-control and interest in learning economics on the learning outcomes of economics students in grade XII IPS SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The type of research used in causal research and the type of data used use a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in the study used questionnaire and documentation methods. The sample used was 89 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data analysis techniques used in the study were multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t hypothesis test, F hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results of the study showed that (1) self-control had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes, (2) learning interest had a positive effect on learning outcomes, and (3) the influence of self-control and learning interest had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression with an X1 value of 0.461 and an X2 value of 0.611. The results of the t-test of the self-control variable have a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted, and the results of the t-test of the learning interest variable have a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that H2 is accepted, and the result of the F test has a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of education level, motivation, business capital, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of culinary sector MSMEs in the Buleleng Sub-district, both partially and simultaneously. The design of this study is causal quantitative. The population in this study was 168 MSMEs in the culinary sector with 63 respondents. The sample determination used a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire distribution method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant effect of education level; (2) there is a significant effect of motivation; (3) there is a significant effect of business capital; and (4) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of culinary sector MSMEs in Buleleng District, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and digital payment on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace by students of the Faculty of Economics, Undiksha. This research is quantitative causal research. The population used in this study was a student of the Faculty of Economics, semester 1.3, 5, and 7, a total of 2,747 students. The sampling technique used in this study was Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 190 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is a double linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions, (2) digital payment variables have a significant and positive influence on buying decisions, and (3) digital marketing and digital payments simultaneously have a positive, significant impact on purchase decisions.
