Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of business capital and working hours on the income of grocery traders in Nagori Bosar Village, Simalungun Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all grocery traders in Nagori Bosar Village, totaling 45 people, so a saturated sample was used. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires, where the questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability before conducting research. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as hypothesis tests such as multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of this research are that business capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect on grocery traders' income, both partially and simultaneously (t-test and F-test). Furthermore, business capital and working hours contribute 50.2% to traders' income, while another 49.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) creating learning media in the form of electronic modules for students; (2) explaining the feasibility of learning media in the form of electronic modules created based on the opinions of material experts and media experts; (3) revealing the practicality of learning media in the form of electronic modules based on the opinions of educational practitioners/teachers and users/students. This research is development research using the ADDIE development model. The test subjects in this research were classes X AKL1 and X AKL2 at Muhammadiyah Dukun Vocational School. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection instrument used was a verification questionnaire from material expert validators, media expert validators, teachers, and student responses. Development products are assessed for content suitability, presentation suitability, linguistic suitability, and contextual suitability by material expert validators; graphic suitability by media expert validators; and practicality by teachers and students. The results of this research are as follows: (1) The learning media is in the form of electronic modules with the Canva application assisted by Quizzizz in learning outcomes of basic accounting principles and concepts. (2) This electronic module was declared feasible by material experts with a content suitability score of 3.83, presentation suitability 3.75, language suitability 3.82, contextual suitability 3.89, and declared feasible by media experts with a graphic suitability score of 3.62. (3) This electronic module product was declared practical by the teacher with a percentage of 92.3% and practicality for students with a percentage of 94% with very practical criteria.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of arak producers and the role of the government in the bad intentions of the arak business in Datah Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. In this study, the sample size used the Slovin formula, a total of 73 people. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques by providing equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of answers to questionnaire questions with a Likert scale. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of respondents of arak entrepreneurs in Datah Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency, the majority were men with the age of >45 years and high school/vocational education. (2) The role of the government has a positive and significant influence on the sustainability of the arak business in Datah Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of digital literacy and the learning environment on student learning outcomes. The research that will be used in this study is quantitative research. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires, and then the data is processed using the SPSS application. The collected data will be tested by descriptive statistical analysis, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The total respondents were 297 students. The results of hypothesis testing gave the following results: (1) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in economics subjects in grades X, XI and XII at SMA N 2 Singaraja, (2) the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in economics subjects in grades X, XI and XII at SMA N 2 Singaraja and (3) digital literacy and the learning environment have a significant effect simultaneously on learning outcomes in subjects economics class X, XI and class XII at SMA N 2 Singaraja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation variables and peer environments on student learning outcomes majoring in IIS at Undiksha Laboratory High School. The population in this study were grade XI and grade XII students majoring in IIS at Undiksha Laboratory High School. In this study, the sample to be taken is all students majoring in IIS at Undiksha Laboratory High School, totaling 42 students. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling technique. The data in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes, (2) there is an influence of peer environment on learning outcomes, and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of learning motivation and peer environment on the economic learning outcomes of students majoring in IIS at Undiksha Laboratory High School.

Abstract

in a public agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities on public service user satisfaction, to determine the effect of facilities on public service quality, and to determine the effect of service quality on public service user satisfaction. Data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 200 respondents. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26.0 software. The results of SEM data processing fulfill the goodness of fit as follows: chi square value = 80.994; CMIN/DF = 1.306; probability = 0.053; GFI = 0.941; AGFI = 0.914; TLI = 0.976; CFI = 0.981; RMSEA = 0.039. The results of data processing conclude that there is an influence between facility variables on public service user satisfaction with a probability of 0.000 below the p-value of 0.05; there is an influence of facility variables on service quality with a probability of 0.000 below the p-value of 0.05; there is an influence of service quality variables on public service user satisfaction with a probability of 0.000 below the p-value of 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining how the effect of debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity on the share price of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015-2022 is partially or simultaneously. The design used in this study is causal associative. The subject in this study was PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and the objects of research are the debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity, and share prices. The data used are secondary data analyzed by testing classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that a partially debt-to-equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, return on assets has a negative effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.035 < 0.05, and return on equity has a positive effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of internet facility, platform, learner-learner interaction, and learner-instructor interaction on student satisfaction. This quantitative research uses the survey method to collect data by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The research sample consisted of 179 students from the Business Accounting, Tax Accounting, and International Business Accounting major batch of 2017–2021 at Petra Christian University Indonesia. The data was analyzed using SPSS software by testing statistic descriptive, reliability, validity, and multiple regression. The results show that internet facilities and learner-instructor interaction have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction during online learning, while the platform and learner-learner interaction have not impact on student satisfaction during online learning when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of costs and amount of production on the income of dragon fruit farmers in Kendalrejo Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with survey research type with data collection using observation, questionnaires and interviews. The respondents of this research were 90 dragon fruit farmers who were ready to harvest. The data from this research was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this research using a significance level of 5% show that costs do not have a significant effect on the income of dragon fruit farmers. with sig value. 0.336 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the amount of production has a significant effect on farmer income with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Taken together, costs and production quantities have a significant effect on farmers' income with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Costs and amount of production variables influence the income variable by 60.8%, whereas the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine (1) the influence of price on consumer behavior, (2) the influence of service quality on consumer behavior, and (3) the influence of price and service quality on consumer behavior. The type of research used is causal quantitative research. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling; the sample for this research was consumers of cosmetic home stores with a sample size of 60. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that (1) there is a negative and significant influence of price on consumer behavior, partially, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on consumer behavior, partially, with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between price and service quality on consumer behavior simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
