Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of women as casual daily laborers in improving family welfare in Tiyingtali Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with case study method. The subjects of this study used 5 informants and the object was women who worked as casual daily laborers in Tiyingtali Village. The data collection method was carried out by initial observation, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis from Miles and Huberman, starting from collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses source triangulation. The results showed that women daily casual workers divide their time by prioritizing their role as housewives first and continue their role in the public sector as informal workers, namely casual daily workers and the families of women casual daily workers have been declared prosperous with the level of family welfare at the prosperous family I.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the performance of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) which is an institution that manages zakat funds for the welfare of the people in Indonesia. Performance measurement by calculating the ratio of fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency of fundraising. In addition, people's welfare by looking at the Human Development Index (IPM). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with secondary data types, namely BAZNAS financial statements and HDI figures with an observation period from 2001 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with statistical evaluation tools 12. The results show that fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency fundraising do not partially affect the welfare of the people in Indonesia. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that the performance of BAZNAS which consists of fiscal performance, public support, and efficiency funding does not simultaneously affect the welfare of the people in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning facilities on student learning motivation in Class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung.The theory underlying this research is Maslow's self-actualization motivation theory. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and instruments used in the form of questionnaires distributed class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung as many as 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Research conducted on students of class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung obtained the results that the condition of teaching skills, learning facilities against student learning motivation in the high category. The advice that can be given in this study is on the teacher's teaching skills variable to provide provision to educators with IHT, technical guidance and workshops that can improve the ability of teachers professionally as the most dominating variables. In the variables of learning facilities students in online learning can utilize gadgets and other facilities to create effective learning.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of brand image and product quality as well as product design on purchasing decision, either simultaneously or partially. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects in this research are consumers who own an Oppo Smartphone and buy it at Badilan Grosir Singaraja and the objects of this research are brand image, product quality, product design and purchase decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) brand image and product quality and product design had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (3) and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) Product design has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of an Oppo Smartphone at Badilan Grosir Singaraja.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the perceptions of teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara on the elimination of the national exam. The research design used was a descriptive study which describes teachers’ and students’ perception toward the elimination of national examination. This study involved all accounting teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 Negara as a population. Meanwhile, the samples of this study were 10 accounting teachers and 198 accounting students. These samples were determined by using the Solvin formula. In collecting the data, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that teachers’ perception from the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 398 which is included in the agreed category. Further, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 439 which is also included in the agreed category. Moreover, students' perceptions of the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 7,814 which is included in the agreed category. Furthermore, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 8,464 which is included in the agreed category. From the results, it can be concluded that the teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara agree with the elimination of the national examination.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand equity and product quality simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subject of this research is the consumer of Asus laptop in Tabanan city and the object of research is brand equity, product quality and purchasing decision. Data were collected using a questionnaire method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) brand equity and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 69.2%, (2) brand equity had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 31.3%, (3) product quality had a positive and significant effect. to the purchasing decision of 31.5%.

Abstract

Research in the field of marketing management to optimize the formulation of promotions from customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing in realizing the economic welfare of local product business actors. The research was conducted in two cities in Indonesia that have a culture with batik products as an aesthetic regional icon in meeting customer needs. Batik has an appeal and philosophy which is a cultural heritage, economically it has value-added products to advance the region from increasing income. SDL research theory in providing a strategy to improve service quality in terms of promotion based on customer needs. The research was conducted on 300 batik entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta and in Palangka Raya. This type of quantitative research with statistical tools SPSS 24.0 shows significant positive results of customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing increasing the optimization of marketing promotions by 71%. The implications of the research as a marketing strategy in increasing the income of local product business actors, from optimizing marketing promotions for the economic welfare of business actors.

Abstract

This study explains the problematic influence of experiential marketing and customer relationship management on the loyalty of restaurant service users during the COVID-19 pandemic which indicates a decrease in the number of customers. The sample in this study were 89 customers of damarmas resort within 6 months of the study. Using accidental sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires through instrument validity and reliability tests, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of the research that have been carried out indicate an indication of the influence between experiential marketing and customer Relationship Management partially positive and significant effect on service user loyalty. Simultaneously experiential marketing and customer Relationship Management have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of service users at Damarmas Resort Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. This research used a descriptive type research to analyze consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. The population in this study include all consumers in Mendoyo Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This research used incidental sampling techniques which and obtained samples as many as 330 people. The results of this study were categorized in several dimensions namely dimension of need which obtained a score of 4,144 in the score range of 3,366 - 4,158 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, dimension of expectation obtained a score of 16,603 in the score range of 14,586 - 18,018 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, and dimension of experience obtained a score of 6,625 in the score range of 5,147 - 6,731 thus it is categorized as favorable.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which is aims to analyze how tourism development in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treats). This research shows that the strength of the tourism object in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village has the potential for a panoramic view of the village which is still beautiful, the availability of interesting events, cleanliness, good facilities and infrastructure and community friendliness. The weaknesses of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the lack of clean water available in the toilets, the lack of a security and supervision system, and low human resources. Opportunities for the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, cultural preservation of the surrounding community, opening jobs, government policies, availability of information on tourism objects on the internet and social media. The threat of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village, the number of competitors and the development of competitor tourism facilities. From the SWOT diagram, it can be seen that the research results show that the intersection point (2.38: 2.37) is in diagram I. So, the right strategy to be applied in the tourism development strategy of the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village is to support the policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).
