Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the influence of individual characteristics and workenvironment partially and simultaneously on the performance of kelurahan employee inMaulafa sub-district, (2) to know the influence of individual characteristic to theperformance of kelurahan employee in Maulafa sub-district with social capital asmoderation variable, (3) mengatahui the influence of work environment on theperformance of kelurahan employees in the district Maulafa with social capital as amoderation variable. The sample of 66 employees in 9 sub-districts in Maulafa subdistrictwas determined by proportional random technique. Data were analyzed bymultiple regression models and residual approach model. The result of the researchshows that (1) the individual characteristic and work environment either partially orsimultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of outgoing employees inMaulafa sub-district, (2) individual characteristics have no significant effect on employeeperformance moderated by social capital, (3) have a significant effect on employeeperformance which is moderated by social capital.

Abstract

 Every individual will try to get happiness in life that is supported one of them with financial satisfaction. One of the ways in achieving financial satisfaction is through investment behavior and investment container available is capital market. This study discusses the financial satisfaction of capital market investors and their relation to gender. The study found that the majority of investors, both male and female, have relatively good financial satisfaction. In other words, capital market investments are valued to provide the ability to meet the needs and increase the assets. Through discriminant analysis and different tests, the results show that the financial satisfaction of male and female investors differs significantly

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are to: 1) analyze the influence of motivation, competence and discipline of work on performance Employee Hospital Haji Makassar, 2) analyze the influence of motivation, competence, discipline, and work together - equal to the performance Employee Hospital Haji Makassar, 3) determine which factor is the most dominant influence on employee performance Haji Makassar Hospital. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees of hospitals Haji Makassar totaling 66 people. The samples taken are 66 people with saturated sampling method. Data collected through questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS as the tool of analysis. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously variables of motivation, competence, and work discipline positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at Hospital Haji Makassar, although still significant influence but competence variable whose influence most dominant performance of employees that need special attention in order support the promotion of employee performance at Hospital Haji Makassar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in the Indonesian Regional VII Makassar Telecommunications company, and 2) To find out and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the customers of the Indonesian Regional VII Makassar Telecommunications. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach. The results showed that 1) Based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of service quality variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. This means that the better the quality of services provided, the higher the customer loyalty, and 2) Based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of customer satisfaction variables has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Makassar Indonesia Regional VII Makassar company. This means that the better customer satisfaction is given, the higher the customer loyalty

Abstract

This study intends to examine the behavior that is behind the consumers decision, inchoosing a financing institution to perform consumer credit. In addition it aims todetermine the factors that influence consumers in deciding their choice in a non-bankfinancing institutions.This study used 125 respondents, determined based on Simple Random Sampling method.The research variable is taken based on the factors that become the attraction of nonbankfinancing company, as many as 22 variables. These variables were tested by theFactor Analysis method. Based on the result of the test on 22 variables, there are 4 corefactors that are: (1) the simple and speed factor of credit process, as the first factor of thegreatest influence, (2) location factor and physical attribute, as second factor, (3) ,ratefactor, and (4) employee service factor, as a fourth factor.The implications of the results of research on marketing strategy, namely: (1) Financingcompanies must be able to compete in various aspects and not only on price, becausefrom the results of research, consumers do not question the high price as long as there ismore value they get, both from service and from another aspect. (2) Consumers willchoose financing companies that fit their expectations, therefore managers of financecompanies should always find out what exactly consumers want, when consumers willbuy, how to buy, where they will buy. (3) Since a finance company is a service company,which essentially sells services (integible product), then the company manager mustmaximize services, ranging from quick procedures, office support, security, to servicesprovided by employees to consumers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The main problem in this research is how to increase job satisfaction, the purpose of the study is to explain the effect of justice distributive and organizational support to job satisfaction, as well as the role of committed group (Kemuhammadiyahan) as moderating variable in improving employee satisfaction and faculty remain the foundation in higher education institutions Muhammadiyah. This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the influence between variables that are included in the descriptive research and verification. The research location is at the Muhammadiyah University Makassar samples in drag by simple random sampling with a sample of 211 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM with WarpPLS Software. The results showed that the Justice distributive significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.412 and pvalue<0.001. Support organizations significant positive effect of job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.494 and p-value <0.001. Commitments group (kemuhammadiyahan) not as variables that can moderate the influence of organizational support on job satisfaction. quasi moderating with a coefficient of 0.091 and p-value of 0.202> 0.05. Commitment kemuhammadyaan itself acts as a variable that can increase job satisfaction and employee lecturer at Muhammadiyah University Makassar  Keywords: Distributive justice; organizational support; commitment; job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to get an empirical picture of the relationship between interpersonalcommunication and work discipline with employee performance at the Sirimau SubdistrictOfficeofAmbonCity.ThepopulationoftheresearchistheemployeesinSirimauSub-districtOffice of Ambon City, while the data analysis technique uses correlationanalysis. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between interpersonalcommunication with employee performance, there is also a positive relationship betweenwork discipline with employee performance, and there is a positive relationship betweeninterpersonal communication and work discipline with employee performance at SirimauSub-district Office of Ambon City. This shows that the more positive the interpersonalcommunication and work discipline, the higher the performance of employees.

Abstract

The concept of obedience in Islam always calls for obedience to God and His apostles and to ulil amri or leader (Quran 4:59). Obedience to the leader is one form of obedience to God as long as it is not immoral (Sadi, 2015b: 103; and Shihab, 2012b: 584). Obedience to leaders can also mean compliance in the fulfillment of obligations to the state in terms of taxes. The behavior of tax compliance is a form of obedience to Allah and His Messenger. The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of compliance behavior of taxpayers, adjusted to the values believed in Islam. Research method in this research is exploratory research by using factor analysis to 285 taxpayers in Malaysia, with the number of variables analyzed by 29 variables. Based on the result of factor analysis, this research shows that there are 19 variables that have loading factor above 0.40 by forming 6 (six) factors formed.
