Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of brand imageon consumer purchasing decisions at PT. UnzaVitalis in Makassar, 2) to find out andanalyze the influence of prices on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Unza Vitalis inMakassar.The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method.Research data obtained from product customers of PT. Unza Vitalis in Makassar. Theresearch approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results showed that 1)variable brand image had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasingdecisions at PT. Unza Vitalis in Makassar. This means that the better the company'sbrand image, the consumer purchasing decisions will increase, and 2) price variableshave a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. UnzaVitalis in Makassar. This means that according to the price offered by the company,consumer purchasing decisions are increasing.

Abstract

Development of human resources (HR) aim to improve the quality of professionalism and skills of civil servants in carrying out its duties and functions optimally is deemed to be lacking in the Community Empowerment Board and Village Government ( BPMPD ) .Sumber human power is determined by their competence, motivation and discipline work that should be owned by every employee , so the aim of this research to know the competence , motivation and discipline of work which is owned by the employees of Community Empowerment Board and Village Government of West Sulawesi province .Based on the results of the analysis outputs simultaneous test (Test F) note that the value of F 21,757 and F table 2.79, in this case if the value of F count > F table with significant value 0,000 less than the value α of 0.05. So that the decisions taken are H0 and H1 accepted. That is competence (X1) motivation (X2) and discipline (X3) together or simultaneously significant effect on employee productivity, the partial test results showed tcount for variable competences of the employees in the work of 4,296 larger when compared to the value ttabel 1.67 and significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the value of alpha (α) 0.05 (5%) or can be viewed 0.000 < 0.05 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted, tcount for variable employee motivation in the work amounted to 2,899 larger when compared to the value ttabel 1.67 and 0.021 significant value which is greater than the value of alpha (α) 0.05 (5%) or can be viewed 0.21< 0.05 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted and H1 refused and tcount for variable 2,497 employees work discipline is greater when compared with the value of 1.67 ttabel and significant value of 0.015 which is smaller than the value of alpha (α) 0.05 (5%) or can be viewed 0.015 < 0.05 hence H0 and H1 accepted. Results of the analysis showed the output of work discipline variable most dominant influence on the increase in employee productivity in the Community Empowerment Board and Village Government (BPMPD) West Sulawesi province. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar and to know and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach. The results showed that based on the results of multiple regression tests, the effect of work ability variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can be increased if influenced by employee work ability and the influence of work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can increase if influenced by employee work motivation.

Abstract

Analysis of Comparison Locus of Control’s Managers Based on Gender in Improving Employee Performance at Government-Owned Banks in Makassar City.The purposes of this research are to analyze the difference of locus of control managers based on gender in improving employee performance at government-owned banks in Makassar city and also to know more in which dimension the difference of locus of control based on gender in improving employee performance.The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach with Paired Samples Test. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of this research indicate that there is difference of locus of control between male and female managers at government-owned banks in Makassar. But the difference is not so great because both male and female managers have answers with a mean or a similar average. However, the difference is considered significant when viewed from the value of the overall significance of all research instruments, with a value of 0.032 (smaller than 0.05). The results also show that there is no difference in the locus of control dimension between male and female managers in government-owned banks in Makassar because both male and female managers share the internal locus of control, the control centre who believes that everything happens to them because of their control.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aims to: (a) analyze the effects of organizational support on lecturers’ job performances, (b) analyze the effects of job satisfaction on lecturers’job performances and (c) analyze the effect simultaneously between of Organizational Support and job satisfaction on lecturers’ job performance. This was a quantitative research. The population of this research is 100 lecturers in Gorontalo University. The sample, consisting of 47 lecturers, was taken from the population by means of a Non Probablity sampling technique. The data were tested for their validity and reliability.The data were analyzed employing multi regressions. The calculation on the data employed the SPSS Program for Windows. The simple regression showed that organizational support and jobsatisfactionpositively and not significantly affected thejob performances of fixedlecturers in Gorontalo University, with standardized coefficients beta of 0,246 and 0,216 respectively. The multiple regressions showed that the simultaneously betweenorganizational support and job satisfaction positively and significantly affected the job performances of fixed lecturers in Gorontalo University, with a coefficient of determination of 17,80%. It can then be concluded that organizational support and job satisfaction reallypositively and significantly affect the job performances of lecturers in Gorontalo University.  Keywords : Organizational support;job satisfaction ; lecturers;job performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience on employee performance in the company PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar and to find out and analyze the influence  of work placements on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results show that work experience has a direct influence on employee performance. Work experience possessed by employees will be able to help employees in carrying out their duties so as to improve employee performance, and work placements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the company PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar, meaning that employee performance can increase if influenced by employee work placements

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous, work motivation factors, work culture, and leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Maluku Province Ambon. The population that became the unit of analysis in this study, is the civil servants in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Maluku Ambon as many as 86 people. For this research, the sampling technique used is by proportional stratified random sampling. The data that has been collected is processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe the data characteristics obtained for each variable. Inferential analysis is used to test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis known that work motivation, work culture, and leadership simultaneously can give a positive and significant influence to the performance of civil servants at the Ministry of Industry and Trade Maluku Province Ambon. Partially only variable of work motivation which have significant effect. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal dan harga saham serta menganalisis besarnya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap harga Saham pada Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013-2016.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data path analysis melalui regresi linear berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh industri barang dan konsumsi sampai pada 31 Desember 2016, dan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan Industri Barang dan Konsumsi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini : CR (X1) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, QR (X2) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, GPM (X3) berpengaruh  negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal, NPM (X4) berpengaruh  positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, BEP (X5) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, ROA (X6) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, ROE (X7) berpengaruh  positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal, EPS (X8) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, CR (X1) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, QR (X2) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, GPM (X3) berpengaruh  negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, NPM (X4) berpengaruh  negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, BEP (X5) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, ROA (X6) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, ROE (X7) berpengaruh  positif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, EPS (X8) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden dengan  menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) variabel kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F-hitung> F-tabel yaitu 40,387 > 2,74 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; (2) secara parsial variabel kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t-hitung variabel kompetensi sebesar 3,833, kepemimpinan sebesar 2,964, dan disiplin kerja sebesar 2,930, sedangkan nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,996 pada taraf signifikan 0,05; (3) variabel kompetensi  memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan pada nilai koefisien regresi (b1) sebesar 0,397.
