Abstract

Tujuan   penelitian   ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Pengangguran Terhadap Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series dari tahun 2005-2014 pada kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa data angka-angka dan data yang tidak berbentuk angka-angka yang tidak dapat dihitung namun berupa penjelasan mengenai konsep yang dikumpulkan oleh pihak lain yang terkait, sehingga pada penelitian ini melakukan observasi ke objek penelitian tapi tidak menyebarkan kuisioner secara langsung melainkan melalui studi literatur. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda karena variabel bebas yang digunakan lebih dari satu. Dari tekhinik analisis ini, berdasarkan model yang digunakan, maka estimasi parameter dari model dapat diperoleh melalui metode OLS (ordinary least square). Untuk memperoleh hasil estimator terbaik dan tidak bias (best linear unbiased estimator). Pengujian statistik digunakan Uji t untuk menentukan signifikan suatu variabel bebas secara individual dalam mempengaruhi variabel tidak bebas, Uji F digunakan untuk menentukan signifikan atau tidaknya suatu variabel bebas secara simultan (bersama-sama) dalam mempengaruhi variabel terikatnya, Fungsi Koefisien Determinasi ( R2 ) adalah untuk menentukan apakah variasi dari variabel bebas yang ada dalam persamaan estimasi telah dapat menjelaskan variasi dari variabel terikatnya dengan baik.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran, dan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Kabupaten Jeneponto tahun 2005-2014. Variabel Pengangguran secara parsial berpengaruh positif signfikan, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di kabupaten Jeneponto tahun 2005-2014

Abstract

This study aims to review and discuss the literature on social capital and social support for business performance (IWAPI, South Sulawesi Province). On this basis, a hypothetical model as a basis for theoretical and hypothetical development is further reviewed. Social capital owned by women is influenced by values and norms regarding trust, moral values, namely norms and networks of interaction between family and environment that support women entrepreneurs in developing their business. Social support is a source of emotional, informational or mentoring provided by people around individuals to deal with every problem in life. This form of support can be in the form of information, certain behavior, or material that can make individuals who receive assistance be supported, motivated and valuable. Women in entrepreneurship need support from their families and the environment which makes women have independence in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were 212 women entrepreneurs IWAPI South Sulawesi. Samples were determined as many as 183 respondents.Keywords: Social Capital, Social Support, Business Performance

Abstract

Desa memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan umum desa serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara lebih terarah, terfokus dan lancar terutama program kegiatan pemerintah desa yang bersentuhan langsung dengan kepentingan masyarakat desa dengan dasar pertimbangan bahwa akan memberikan suatu kehidupan yang layak dan makmur bagi masyarakat desa. Desa Tamangalle adalah salah satu desa di kecamatan Balanipa kabupaten Polewali Mandar (Polman) yang juga memperoleh ADD sebagaimana desa lainnya di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran pengelolaan ADD dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat petani di desa Tamangalle. Penelitian dilaksanakan di desa Tamangalle, Balanipa kabupaten Polewali Mandar pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive, berjumlah 9 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara 1) pengamatan (observation); 2) wawancara (interview); dan 3) studi pustaka (dokumentation study). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan ADD di desa Tamangalle telah dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kesesuaian antara program dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Untuk terjaminnya seluruh rangkaian program kegiatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan ADD maka manajemen pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan tepat sesuai anggaran telah ditetapkan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa dana yang telah disiapkan dalam kaitannya dengan kegiatan yang menjadi urgen dalam kehidupan masyarakat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan mata anggaran yang tersedia dengan memperhitungkan dan mempertimbangkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan menjamin kepentingan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keselarasan program kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan cara keseluruhan kegiatan pembangunan yang ada harus diarahkan pada kepentingan dan kebutuhan masyarakat agar hasil dari pembangunan yang dilaksanakan tidak mubazir dan pada akhirnya masyarakat memberikan respon yang positif terhadap rangkaian kegiatan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan. Pertanggungjawaban dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan keseluruhan program yang ada maka dengan sendirinya membuka nuansa keterbukaan atau transparansi yang bersifat positif

Abstract

The high level of banking competition is no longer focused on consumer transactional behavior (repurchasing and cross-selling) but incorporates non-transactional behavior (word of mouth, blogging, co-creation). This study aims to determine the importance of the role of attitude of the employee on customer engagement. The location of this study was at Bank Muamalat Makassar with 70 customer samples, using the Smart PLS3 method. The results of this study indicate that attitude of the employee has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer engagement. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer engagement. The contribution of this research is the presence of front office employee roles towards customer engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lengkese Kecamatan Mangarabombang Kabupaten Takalar bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Lengkese berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Lengkese telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Perencanaan keuangan desa dilakukan dengan musyawarah, pendataan perhitungan kebutuhan satu tahun anggaran dengan mengajak elemen masyarakat dalam menentukan pembangunan desa di masa depan. Dalam melaksanakan perbendaharaan kas desa untuk melakukan penatausahaan atau pencatatan dan penyusunan buku kas penerimaan pendapatan dan anggaran belanja, pemerintah desa membentuk Pelaksana Teknis Pengelolaan Teknis Desa, tim Panitia Penerima Pekerjaan Desa. Dalam penatausahaan pendapatan dan pengeluaran keuangan yang dicatat menurut aturan, bendahara yang sah wajib mengumpulkan bukti transaksi. Pelaporan keuangan desa dilakukan oleh bendahara setiap akhir triwulan untuk Alokasi Dana Desa dan untuk Dana Desa dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu tahap pertama paling lambat akhir bulan Juni tahun berjalan dan tahap tahap kedua paling lambat akhir Januari tahun berikutnya. Pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa berupa laporan keuangan dari pelaksanaan dana desa yang dipertanggungjawabkan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Takalar dan kepada masyarakat Desa Lengkese. Pengelolaan keuangan desa Lengkese sesuai dengan prinsip keterbukaan dan akuntabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in implementing regional regulations, especially those related to the Regional Development Acceleration Program, and to find out what factors are the obstacles for the Civil Service Police Unit in carrying out regional regulations in South Buru Regency.This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants was carried out. Data analysis is preceded bycollecting and collecting data or information in the field, after which it is classified according to the type and group, then it is then analyzed or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that in order to support the South Buru Regency Regional Development Acceleration Program, to realize the enforcement of the South Buru Regency regional regulations, the Civil Service Police Unit has a reference, namely based on statutory regulations. but still not optimal. This is due to the quality aspect  of  local  government  officials,  as  well  as  the  existence  of  various  obstacles regarding the mechanism for imposing sanctions. Factors that become obstacles for the Civil  Service  Police  Unit  in  implementing  the  regional  regulations  of  South  Buru Regency. influencing the enforcement of regional regulations in South Buru Regency by the Civil Service Police Unit within the scope of the South Buru Regency Government, namely, among others, the quality of human resources and facilities and infrastructure both in the form of official vehicles and operational funding assistance, enforcement of penal sanctions and a large working area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior regarding halal certification on food on purchase intention in Makassar City. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire. The sample in this study were 155 people with the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that consumer behavior regarding halal certification had a significant effect on people's buying interest as indicated by the equation Y = 0.001 + 0.797X with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, so the hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to divulge the factors that caused the low discipline of employees in the Office of the human resources and employment agencies at the City of Buru Selatan Islands, and government efforts in tackling the low discipline of emplo yees in the human resources and employment agencies office of Buru Selatan city.The research informants were 6 people consist of the head of the office, Head of the human resources training and development division, head of sub-division personnel, and three staffs in the human resources and employment agencies office of Buru Selatan city. The  approach  in  this  study  was  explorative  method  with  an  inductive  approach, essentially looking for understanding obtained from facts and data in the field. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation.Research and discussion results obtained efforts that will accomplished by the local government in order to improve the discipline of employees of the human resources andemployment   agencies   office   at   the   city   of   Buru   Selatan   islands,   namely   the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning discipline of civil servants consistently, making rules governing reward and punishment, strengthening the basic commitment of each individual in implementing discipline in carrying out the organization's vision and mission, and increasing supervision of civil servant discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured according to the company, to determine the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured when using the full costing method and to determine the comparison of the two methods. The location of the research is the Firman Gypsum Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) which is located on Jl.Teratai Indah Macanda, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a case study, the methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data, while the analytical methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the company method and the full costing method. The calculation using the company method yields the cost of goods manufactured amounting to Rp 8,269.5, while according to the full costing method the cost of production is Rp 9,274.3. The difference is because the calculations made by the company have not recognized all costs associated with the production process. This study concludes that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the company is not accurate, because it does not include all costs correctly in the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of management information systems (SIM) on employee performance at the Office of KOMINFO, South Buru Regency.Causional research uses a quantitative approach with the independent variable and the dependent  variable  where  the  independent  variable  is  the  management  information system (X) with indicators: SIM helps in decision making, SIM supports the planning function, SIM provides complete and timely information, SIM as a determination work program. And  the dependent variable is employee performance (Y),  with  indicators: Quality, which is related to the suitability of the results desired, Quantity is the amount produced either in the form of value for money, number of units, or number of activity circles, Timeliness is compliance with the standards a work implementation organization that can be completed within a specified time has been established, Attendance, namely the number of activities attended by employees during the organization's working period, Interpersonal impact, which involves increasing self-esteem, good relations and cooperation between co-workers, as well as with subordinates and superiors.The result shows that the management information system has a significant effect on performance. From the t test in this study shows the value of t count> t table (11.252>2.017) which means that the hypothesis is accepted. A positive t-count means that the effect is positive, that is, if the management information system is good, the performance level will also be good.The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the R Square value is 0.746 or 74.6%, indicating that the performance variable (Y) can be explained by the management information system variable (X). Furthermore, in the coefficient of determination test results, there is an R value of 0.864 or 86.4% where the correlationcoefficient value shows that the relationship between management information systems and performance is close.
