Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Lecturer Performance STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire. The sample in this study were 52 people with the simple Saturation Sampling method. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a significant effect on lecturer performance as indicated by the equation of results Y= 7,162 + 0,814 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, so the hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the tasks of the Civil Service Police Unit  in the Control of Street Vendors, knowing the supporting factors, and knowing the factors that hinder the task of the Civil Service Police Unit in the field. Control of street vendors  in Buru Selatan district, the capital city of Namrole.This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants is carried out. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after which it is classifiedaccording to the type and group, then the analysis is carried out or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of the tasks of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Control of Street Vendors  in Buru Selatan Regency, thecapital of Namrole, has not been optimal so that many street vendors are still around. The factors that can support and hinder the task of the Civil Service Police Unit  in the Control of Street Vendors in Buru Selatan Regency, the capital of Namrole, are planned programs, related regulations, budgets, facilities and legal awareness of street vendors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Service Quality Influence on Satisfaction of Society in Makassar manggala district. The results from this research that the influence of physical evidence, reliability,, assurance and empathy have influence with the satisfaction of society. Suggestion to Mr. Manggala Makassar sub-district head should increase the effort to develop human resource skill both in quantity and quality.

Abstract

This study aims to  determine the effect of Compensation and  Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Tello Sector.The analysis method used is using multiple regression analysis, namely to determine the effect of all independent variables, namely compensation and work environment, there are dependent variables, namely employee performance.The results of this study indicate that compensation affects the performance of employeeswho work at PT. PLN (Persero) Tello sector can be seen with the t value of 21.047 and the significance value of 0.000  (below 0.05)  which  means that compensation affects employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees who work at PT. PLN (Persero) The Tello sector is seen by the t value of3.147 and the significance value of 0.003 (below 0.005), which means that the work environment variable also contributes in influencing employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees who work at PT. PLN (Persero) Tello sector is seen with a calculated F value of 510,651 with a significance of 0,000 (below 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of conducting the research is to explain the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System at the Buru Selatan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), to analyze the driving and inhibiting factors, and to explain the steps that need to be taken in optimizing the implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System ( BKPSDM) South Buru Regency. This  study  uses  a  quantitative  and  qualitative  Monovariate  Mix  Method  approach, because it sees a fairly complex problem and the goal to be achieved is an in -depth and comprehensive understanding of the Implementation of Personnel Management Information Systems. The results showed that the Communication Indicators in the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) between the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of South Buru Regency and other OPD Bodies have so far been in a position of very poor quality, bureaucratic structure in the Implementation of Management Information Systems. Staffing (SIMPEG) between the South Buru District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency and other OPD agencies and agencies have so far been in a position of poor quality, indicators of resource utilization and utilization in the Implementation of Personnel Management Information Systems (SIMPEG) between the Personnel Agency and Development of Human Resources in South Buru Regency with other OPD Offices and Bodies has so far been in a position of poor quality and the Disposition factor in the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Personnel Agency   and Human Resource Development in Buru Selatan Regency with other OPD offices and agencies so far are in a position of poor quality.

Abstract

This study generally aims to determine the extent of the marketing mix relationship to purchasing decisions in CV. Open Arto Maduran Lamongan and to find out price variables, distribution channels, products and promotions that have a dominant influence and relationship to purchasing decisions products in CV. Open Arto Maduran Lamongan.The type of research used is a type of correlational research. Correlational research is a research that highlights the relationship between the variables studied and tests the hypotheses previously formulated. As for the purpose of the correlational research is to detect variations in variation in a variable relating to variations in variation on one or more other variables based on the correlation coefficient.The population in this study were consumers or customers in CV. Open Arto Maduran Lamongan. A population of 102 respondents, while the sample was set at 50% of the total population which was equal to 51 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a simple random sampling technique, which is a simple random sampling technique, where the sample size is taken so that each research unit of the population is likely to be selected as a sample.From the results of the partial correlation test, it can be seen that the price variable (X1), distribution channel (X2), product (X3) and promotion (X4) have a partial effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on CV. Open Arto Maduran Lamongan. This can be proven from the results of the T-Variable Price (X1) count (2,584), Distribution Channels (X2) of (2,577), Product (X3) of (1,961) and Promotion (X4) of (5,943). With t table of (1.675). Then the T-count of the four variables is greater than t-table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of dynamic records management, the obstacles that arise, as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles that occur in the management of dynamic archives at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants is carried out. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after that it is classified according to the type and group, then it is analyzed or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the management of dynamic archives at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency follows the Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 44 of 2010 concerning Archives Guidelines, that the management of dynamic records includes the creation of records, the use, maintenance and depreciation of records. Some of the obstacles faced in structuring dynamic archives are inadequate facilities used, lack of archiving employees, lack of ability and knowledge of employees who handle archives, archive room conditions that do not meet standards such as air temperature. Several efforts to overcome these obstacles in the management of dynamic archives are maximizing the use of facilities and infrastructure, optimizing employees who really deserve to occupy positions that handle the archives field, increasing the knowledge of employees who take care of archives by including archivist training, and procurement of air conditioning. especially in a room that lacks air circulation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables consist of: leadership, work motivation and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results show that leadership has no effect on employee performance, while the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency and to find out what obstacles arise in implementing the SIMPEG. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants is carried out. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after that it is classified according to the type and group, then it is analyzed or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of SIMPEG has made a major contribution to the implementation of the functions of the Ministry of Religion Office of Central Maluku Regency, but in implementing SIMPEG it can be said that it is not optimal, because it is still experiencing several obstacles and problems caused by several shortcomings in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and political participation of women in Pilkada, what factors encourage women to participate in the political process of Pilkada, and what factors inhibit women's political participation in post-conflict local elections in Buru Selatan Regency, Maluku Province. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants is carried out. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after which it is classified according to the type and group, then it is then analyzed or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the analysis, it is known that the role and political participation of women in the post-conflict local election in Buru Selatan Regency, Maluku Province is still lacking. The factors that encourage women to participate in the political process of post-conflict local elections in Buru Selatan Regency, Maluku Province are the existence of policies that open opportunities for women to participate in the flow of government politics as well as the acceptability and local values in South Buru Regency which respect the position of women the same as men. The factors that hindered women's political participation in the post-conflict local election in South Buru Regency, Maluku Province, among others, were factors of education and inadequate experience and interest in political affairs, preferring to be entrepreneurial.
