Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price discrimination on the level of prime IM3card sales at PT. Nusapro Telemedia Persada. This study on price discrimination and the level of primeIM3 card sales are done PT. Nusapro Telemedia Persada, using price data agency locations and pricesas well as increased sales of retail locations (IDR) on card products prime IM3. The analytical methodthat used is ranging from descriptive analysis using the formulas of multiple regression analysis, multiplecorrelation analysis, as well as testing hipotesis. Price discrimination prime IM3 card company PTNusapro Telemedia Persada is based on two indicators, namely: pricing Agent locations and pricing atretail locations. Application of the implementation of price discrimination on the IM3 SIM CardCompanies PT Nusapro Telemedia Persadais good enough. At company Telemedia Persada PT Nusaproaverage increase or decrease in sales of SIM cards IM3 in 2014 at $ 1,970,569,134. While the effect ofprice discrimination against prime IM3 card sales increase at company PT Nusapro Telemedia Persadaamounting to 68.3% and 31.7% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the most important environmental factors that led to a variety of consumer preferences for fast food restaurants in Bogor; (2) to measure the relative performance of consumer satisfaction attribute in fast food restaurant industry in Bogor by using approach of importance performance analysis; and (3) to identify the pattern of competition among fast food restaurants in Bogor City with the use of SPSS scoring method. Data analysis method used is Fischbein analysis consist of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) hygiene factors should be put forward because the concept of fast food restaurants attract more consumers from middle to upper economic level, and of course it is critical to give an assessment of the condition or circumstances in all aspects of the service from fast food restaurants; 2) the level of service provided to the consumer most attributes are in the low priority position matrix with the percentage of 53%, the attribute on the matrix to maintain the achievement is in the second with the percentage of 33%, followed by the main priority attribute is only 9% and the last attribute on the matrix excessive with percentage of 5%. This means there are still many attributes that do not have significant effectiveness to the services provided by each attribute; 3) can be determined the average total scoring of KFC restaurant (20.56, 14%), McD restaurant (18.29, 12%), Pizza Hut restaurant (16.67, 11%), Trio restaurant (15.98,11%), restaurant of Simpang Raya (15.96,11%), Burger Kings restaurant(15.87,10%, Rumah Anai restaurant, (15.18; 10%), and Dominos restaurant (14.83,10%).Keywords: Community Preference, Fast Food Restaurant, and Bogor City

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Mitra Sejati Mulia Industri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa CMT (cutting, making, trimming) dengan memproduksi polybag dari berbagai jenis dan ukuran sesuai dengan permintaan/pesanan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih divisi polybag sebagai tempat penelitian disebabkan produk tersebut baru berkembang di perusahaan tersebut yang bergantung dengan tingkat pesanan pelanggan sehingga perusahaan harus mampu menciptakan produk yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan control chart (peta kendali). Hasil penelitian diperoleh secara keseluruhan biaya kualitas mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunya, akan tetapi biaya-biaya tersebut secara keseluruhana dapat dikendalikan dengan baik oleh perusahaan. Peningkatan penjualan perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh biaya kualitas sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Secara simultan biaya kualitas yang terdiri dari biaya pencegahan, biaya penilaian, biaya kegagalan internal, dan biaya kegagalan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan pada PT. Mitra Sejati Mulia Industri selama tahun 2009-2012. Secara parsial variabel biaya penilaian (X2), biaya kegagalan internal (X3), dan biaya kegagalan eksternal (X4) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan, sedangkan variabel biaya pencegahan (X1) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan.Kata Kunci: Biaya Pencegahan, Biaya Penilaian, Kegagalan Internal, Kegagalan Eksternal, dan Tingkat Penjualan.

Abstract

AbstrakPara pengusaha yang dapat bertahan pada masa krisisekonomi, kebanyakan berasal dari usaha yang berskala kecil danmenengah, dikarenakan sebagian besar tidak berhubungandengan perbankan yang pada saat itu tengah dilanda krisis.Namun seiring membaiknya kondisi perekonomian, para pelakuUMKM perlu memiliki akses perbankan terutama untukmeningkatkan produktivitas dan kemampuan berwirausahanya.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggali potensi parapelaku UMKM di wilayah Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, khususnyayang menyangkut komitmen dengan pihak pemberi kredit agarmemperoleh kemudahan dalam bantuan kredit dari perbankan.Penelitian ini membatasi permasalahan pada: berapa dandarimana modal awal para pelaku UMKM; bagaimanapengelolaan modal pinjaman yang dilakukan para pelakuUMKM; dan bagaimana kemampuan para pelaku UMKMberkomitmen untuk memenuhi syarat kredit dari perbankan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwasanya jenis modalpada saat pendirian dominan diperoleh melalui modal sendirisebanyak 86,25%, sedangkan yang menggunakan fasilitas modalpinjaman hanya 4,375% dari para pelaku UMKM. AdapulaUMKM yang menggunakan modal campuran yaitu modal sendiriditambah dengan modal pinjaman sebanyak 8,75%; dan terlihathanya 8% pelaku UMKM yang terlibat dengan pihak bank,sedangkan 92% lainnya belum pernah melakukan peminjamandengan pihak bank; Sedangkan untuk besarnya pencapaian labaoperasional sebanyak 79% para pelaku UMKM mendapatkankeuntungan pada kisaran Rp1.000.000 sampai denganRp10.000.000. Hal tersebut merupakan cerminan kemampuanpara pelaku UMKM untuk dapat memiliki akses perbankan.Dimana kemampuannya dalam mengembalikan pinjaman dapatdilakukan sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Modal Awal, Modal Sendiri, Modal Pinjaman sertaLaba Operasional.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah yang sedang dialami oleh PT Wijaya Karya Intrade adalah adanya beberapa produk yang diterima oleh konsumen dalam keadaan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan (reject), sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Wijaya Karya Intrade yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Halim Perdana Kusuma, menara cardig lantai 2, Jakarta. metode yang digunakan adalah metode kesesuaian dengan membandingkan tingkat kinerja dan harapan. Objek penelitian pada skripsi ini adalah kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen. Secara keseluruhan PT. Wijaya Karya Intrade masih belum memenuhi harapan konsumennya, ini terbukti dari tingkat kesesuaian secara rata rata sebesar 98,42 %, nilai masih di bawah 100 %. Dari uji hipotesis yang dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil -0,84 terhadap tabel z 1,96 yang berarti terima Ho. Jadi kualitas produk PT. Wijaya Karya Intrade sama dengan harapan konsumen, dari loyalitas terlihat bahwa konsumen sudah dan masih loyal terhadap PT. Abstract

The company can be knowledge have a good fundamentals if the company has current assets that are notbloated and mediocre sales, total assets and total capital is greater than the total debt, and the value ofEarning Per Share has a positive growth over the last five years. The higher the earning per share, thehigher the stock price. This contrasts with the fact that of the PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk becausethe company has current assets increased growth while the sales growth rate decreased in the period2008-2009. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. The study states that the resultsobtained in the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio, due to the variable multikolinearitas problemoccurs during testing. Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin partially influence on stock prices.Total Asset Turnover partial effect on stock returns, while Net Profit Margin partially no effect on stockreturns. Simultaneously Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin is the result of fundamental analysisinfluence on stock prices and stock returns.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFamily business is the main driving of Indonesian economy. This sector contribute about 82,44% of total Indonesian GDP. The number of family business is about 99% of total Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in Indonesia. However, only a little family business can survive and scalling up. PT. Roda Bahari that become object of this research is one of the family business. The aim of this research is to analyze change management process and company cycle. This research is important to formulate and prepare for every stage of the transformation process required by PT. Roda Bahari in order to create a professional business entity. The study was conducted in Bogor. The method analysis used is descriptive and the type of data is qualitative. Qualitative data collection was done by interviews and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The number of responden are 10 person including stakeholder, top management, and staff. To identify the changes that has occured was used Lewins Three Step Model and to identify the changes that will be done was used Kotter Eight Stage Change Process. The result shows that this family business currently in managing phase indicated by company's growth and involvement of the extended family. In order to move to the next phase (transformation phase), PT. Roda Bahari should apply change management. This change management process, require internal agent of change, who has competency, involve in day to day business, and also has strategic access to owner. Based on the identification using Kotter theory, it is known that PT. Roda Bahari should make change in organizational structure, corporate culture, and company policies toward transformation phase.Key Words: Family Business, Change Management, Company Cycle

Abstract

The problems which is lifted in this research is how effect of promotion strategy and price on the salevolume either through by each other and also by together at PT. Sarandi Karya Nugraha. The purpose ofthis research is to know how big influence of promotion strategy and price either through by each otherand also together to raising of sale volume. Method data collecting used in this research is by distributedquestioner to customers in this case is the distributor of PT. Sarandi Karya Nugraha concerning theirperception about promotion strategy and price that is applied by the company. Later, Then the questioneris correlation with the level growth of volume sale of company bed hospital during period of year 2003-2006. Based on to result of examination with analysis of product moment by partial, known that there bestrong relationship between independent variable of promotion with dependent variable sale volume. Whilefor independent variable of price have relationship which enough strength (medium) to raising of salevolume. But by together the relationship both of the independent variable have strong relationship and givecontribution which high enough to raising the sale volume that is equal to 50,1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the workers planning work measurement, to determine the productivity of the workers, and to determine the measurement of work in improving the productivity of workers. The method used is a case study and one of measurement method used is a work time study. Results and discussion of this research is a discrepancy between theory and phenomena that occur in the company, that there are some workers who use idle time and personal time more than 20% (96 minutes) of total working time. Lack supervision on the discipline of working time and standard time greatly affect the productivity levels of workers. With the use of a good standard time, labor productivity increased as indicated by the number of units produced of two workers from 11 units to 14 units.

Abstract

The Firms Value is investors perception towards the companys success level which is often related tothe price of the stock. The high price of stock makes the value of the company high. The high FirmsValue will make the market believe in not only the present condition of the company but also theprospect of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Capital Structure,Profitability, and Company Growth simultaneosly / together and partially on the Firms Value. Periodof 2 years of research carried out during the year 2013-2014. This type of research is quantitative, themethode used purposive sampling. The analytical methode used is inferential statistics. The analyticalmethod using analytical tools that multiple linear regression analysis.The result is, The coefficient ofmultiple determination adjusted for adjusted R square = 0,670 means that 67 %. Firms Value isinfluenced by factors DAR, DER, ROE,ROA, Asset Growth and 33% is explained by other variabel.Result F test shows that simultaneosly DAR, DER, ROE, ROA and Asset Growth has significant effecton Firms Value. While t test show that partially DER, ROE and Asset Growth has significant positiveeffect on the Firms Value, variable DAR has negative effect on the Firms Value, and ROA has nosignificant effect on Firms Value.
