Abstrak This study aims to describe of using realistic mathematical learning on students’ mathematical creative thinking ability on the topic solid figure at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 25 students as the sample and they were taken by using simple random sampling technique from 153 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using realistic mathematical learning was 3.5 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ solid figure achievement before using realistic mathematical learning was 61.64 (enough category ) and after using realistic mathematical learning was 78.92 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 17), the result showed significant value was less than 0.05(0.00 < 0.05). It means realistic mathematical learning was effective used on students’ mathematical creative thinking ability on the topic solid figure at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan. Abstract This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of using problem based learning (PBL) model reviewed from students’ mathematical reasoning ability on the topic of two-variable linear equation system at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1Batang Angkola. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 30 students as the sample and they were taken by using simple random sampling technique from 130 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using PBL model was 2.90 (good category) and (b) the average of students’ two-variable linear equation system achievement before using PBL model was 53,02 (fair category) and after using PBL model was 87.51 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 22), the result showed significant value was less than 0.05(0.000<0.05). It means there is a significant influence of using PBL model reviewed from students’ mathematical reasoning ability on the topic of two-variable linear equation system at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1Batang Angkola. Abstract This research aims to see: 1) How the model of learning effectiveness Numbered Head Together (NHT) in class X SMA private Bina Artha, 2) How is the overview of the ability to solve students ' mathematical problems in SPLDV materials ( Two-variable Linear equation system) before and after application of learning model in class X SMA private Bina Artha, 3) is NHT Learning model is effective against student mathematical problem solving ability in class X private SMA Bina Artha. This research was conducted using experimental methods. The research was conducted at the Bina Artha Private high School. The population used by all students of grade X SMA Sasta Bina Artha amounted to 107 students. The sampling technique is done by a cluserter random sampling technique. The samples in this study were the X IPA2 class of 36 students. The data collection methods used are RPP, observation, and test. The average value of use of NHT models in SPLDV material (two variable Linear equation system) was score 13.85 "very good" category. While the results of learning students in SPLDV material before using NHT learning model obtained average value 68.67 category "Good" and after the use of learning model NHT obtained average value 72.36 "very good" category. Then the data analysis technique used is Test T. The analysis of the hypothesis testing is processed using SPSS. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test, obtained the pretests value of the tcount of 41.22 while the posttest tcount value of 43.70. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that a significant value of sig (2-tailed smaller than the value (0.000 < 0.05) is obtained. This suggests that hypotheses submitted in this study may be accepted or approved. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously before and after the use of the learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the ability to problem solving students mathematics in class X private SMA Bina Artha. Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using TPS learning model on students’ mathematical reasoning ability on the topic of social arithmetic at the seventh grade students of SMP Swasta HKBP Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 25 students as the sample and they were taken by using total sampling technique. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using TPS learning model was 3.33 9good category) and (b) the average of students’ social arithmetic achievement before using TPS learning model was 48.80 (poor category) and after using TPS learning model was 82.40 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 17), the result showed significant value was less than 0.05(0.000<0.05). It means TPS learning model was effective used on students’ mathematical reasoning ability on the topic of social arithmetic at the seventh grade students of SMP Swasta HKBP Padangsidimpuan. Abstract This study aims to know describe the effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of jigsaw type on students’ mathematical problem solving ability on the topic of social arithmetic at the seventh grade students of MTs. Al Mukhtaryah Sungai Dua Portibi. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 36 students as the sample and they were taken by using simple random sampling technique from 194 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using jigsaw type was 3.27 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ social arithmetic achievement before using jigsaw type was 64.72 (enough category) and after using jigsaw type was 88.8 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 22), the result showed significant value was less than 0.05(0.000<0.05). It means cooperative learning model of jigsaw type was effective used on students’ mathematical problem solving ability on the topic of social arithmetic at the seventh grade students of MTs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV 200111 Padangsidimpuan melalui Pendidikan Matematika Realistik.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV 200111 Padangsidimpuan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 38 siswa, terdiri dari 26 siswa laki- laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus.Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan tes.Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal tes.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV 200111 Padangsidimpuan. Peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik (PMR) dapat dilihat pada akhir siklus I yaitu aktivitas siswa mencapai kualifikasi baik dengan taraf keberhasilan 80% kemudian meningkat pada akhir siklus II yaitu aktivitas siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat baik dengan taraf keberhasilan 100%.Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari nilai yang diperoleh siswa.Pada siklus I rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh 69 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 78. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan pada siklus I sebanyak 23 siswa atau sebesar 61% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 35 siswa atau sebesar 92%.

This study aimed to determine whether the cooperative learning model type Investigation (GI) is loaded jengah concept has a positive effect on conceptual understanding of mathematics and self efficacy student’s. This research was using experiment with post-test only control group design which consist of 543 students as the population in twelve classes. Sampling in this research using cluster random sampling technique. VIII.K as an experiment class and VIII.I as the control class were determined randomly with the draw system. The research was conducted 8 times meeting. Data collection techniques with test and non-test. The data in this research was collected by the essay test of conceptual understanding of mathematics and keyakinan diri questionnaire. Both tests were given at the end of the study. Data were analyzed using the Manova one-way test. The result of the research shows the ability of conceptual understanding of mathematics and keyakinan diri of students who follow cooperative type learning model GI is loaded jengah concept with media of learning Geogebra better than the ability of students who follow conventional learning.

The aim of this study is to describe the effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of STAD type on students’ mathematical solving ability at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Selatan. This research was conducted by applying experimental (one group pre test post test design) with 25 students as the sample and they were taken by using cluster sampling technique from 140 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it was found: (a) the average of using STAD type was 3.45 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ mathematical solving ability before using STAD type was 48.92 (fair category) and after using STAD type was 75.88 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest, (SPSS version 22), the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). It means, there is a significant effectiveness of using cooperative learning model of STAD type on students’ mathematical solving ability. By describing of effectiveness of using STAD type was 1) 7.7% students used STAD type enough effectively, 2) 48.6% students used STAD type effectively, 3) 43.7% students used STAD very effectively.

The aim of this study is to describe the effectiveness of using GI learning model on students’ mathematical problem solving at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Timur. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 28 students and they were taken by using cluster sampling technique. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it was found: (a) the average of using GI learning model was 3.9 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ mathematical problem solving before using GI learning model was 53.73 ( fair category) and after using GI learning model was 79.10 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest, and help SPSS version 22, the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). It means, GI learning model was effective used on students’ mathematical problem solving at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Timur.

This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of using PBL learning model on students’ mathematical problem solving ability at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Siabu. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 29 students as the sample and they were taken by using simple cluster sampling technique from 89 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using PBL model was 3.375 (good category) and (b) the average of students’ mathematical problem solving ability before using PBL was 50.51 (fair category) and after using PBL was 60.23 (enough category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 22), the result showed significant value was less than 0.05(0.000<0.05. It means, there is a significant influence of using PBL learning model on students’ mathematical problem solving ability at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Siabu.
