Abstract

Transportation is one of the facilities that make it easy for humans to carry out activities to move places using vehicles that are driven by humans or machines. Based on data obtained from data.jakarta.go.id, the number of Transjakarta bus passengers in corridors 1 to 13 of 2017 amounted to 114,239,960, and in 2018 there were 121,918,964 passengers. The algorithm used in this research is K-Means Cluster, which is implemented using Microsoft Excel and Rapidminer Studio. The purpose of this study is to cluster Transjakarta corridors based on the number of passengers divided into 3 clusters: high, medium, and low. The results of data processing show that the Transjakarta corridor data cluster is based on the number of passengers using the K-Means cluster algorithm using Microsoft Excel and Rapidminer Studio to produce 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 with the highest number of passengers, one corridor, cluster 2 with the number of passengers being nine corridors and cluster 3 or 0 with a low number of passengers there are three corridors. The highest number of passengers is corridor one which serves the Blok M - Kota route, indicating that the Blok M - Kota route is the most used by Transjakarta passengers.

Abstract

Students are a call to a student who has sat in college; there are many reasons why students decide to stop taking one-sidedly lectures which result in many losses that will be experienced by the campus, starting from reduced campus quantities and campus quality, adding to the accumulation of unclear student data and will cause and slow down the campus reporting performance. Hence, it is necessary to predict students who have the potential to stop studying unilaterally by looking at several criteria and digging up information on potential student data by applying data mining science and approaching one of the classification approach algorithms, namely the C4.5 algorithm; the results obtained from the study can see the predictive rule of students who have the potential to unilaterally quit college.

Abstract

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk is a company engaged in recreation, resorts and property. This company uses a network system in transaction operations in each of its business units. Often times a problem is found where the disruption of network devices is only discovered after complaints from users, this is very ineffective because besides disrupting company operations it also causes inconvenience to customers which can have a negative impact on the company's image. There is also a problem where IT Support in the unit is not always in place, because it is handling problems at other users' places. And sometimes problems in the unit cannot be resolved immediately, even sometimes something is overlooked. So we need a Network Monitoring System application to monitor the function or failure of network devices from each unit to the datacenter or server, as well as a helpdesk application to speed up problem handling time. With this application the company can monitor the network system at PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk so that problems occur before complaints from users can be found, and reduce computerized system downtime. And with the helpdesk facility, it makes handling IT problems in users faster to be handled.

Abstract

Information system security management is very important for Aceh Government institutions in managing information assets that refer to a standard. This will have a negative impact on the sustainability of information services, especially e-mail services managed by the Aceh Communication, Information, and Encryption Service. So the need for good management governance according to national and international standards to create good management of electronic mail information system services by conducting an internal audit process on its management in terms of physical and environmental security where the electronic mail service information system is managed. This study discusses the "Information System Security Audit on Data Centers Using SNI-ISO 27001 Standards (Case Study: Aceh Government)". The results showed the need for data and documentation of the final evaluation of the maturity level of the audit process to reduce the risk of threats to the information system generated so that problems can be overcome by making efforts to minimize the possible risks that have been caused. The auditing stages have been carried out on the information system in the data center using the SNI-ISO 27001 standard resulting in a level of maturity still at the "repeatable but intuitive" level that still requires further supervision in the management of the security side.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the responses of consumers who have used smartfren through comments on social media twitter regarding the network, price, and quality of smartfren in Indonesia. Useful to find out what consumer complaints are often submitted by smartfren users. With smartfren's superior services, smartfren 4G LTE advanced, VoLTE to enable customers to enjoy calls with HD quality, international services, smart world, smart U, and super4G smartfren. Smartfren also provides unlimited services 24 hours a month. With this Text Network Analysis method, the author wants to find out whether there are negative comments about this smartfren service so that the company will finally be able to find out what problems often arise and can be fixed so that they can make the company even better.

Abstract

The State Treasury Service Office in Kediri is one of the services of the state general treasurer in the city of Kediri. The function of the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri, which is responsible for channeling the budget according to its allocation as stipulated in the APBN Law. In order to maintain the quality of the services provided, the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri always carries out supervision. Currently, the employment survey is conducted using the google form. However, the use of this form of google is not optimal. This is because there is no final cost for the staffing survey that has been carried out and there is no report on the results of the survey that has been carried out. Therefore, this study makes a web-based design of the personnel survey information system at the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri. This information system uses the programming language PHP and Javascript (EcmaScript 6) with the MySQL database. Based on the experiments that have been done, all the features in this information system can work according to their function. The design of this information system can help the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri to conduct the performance survey process more efficiently.

Abstract

Nowadays, online shopping trend is very popular and it is common in the era of advanced technology like now. This affects large companies in Indonesia to provide good, effective and efficient shipping services for customer satisfaction. Each delivery service has its own stages of distribution of goods in the process of sending goods from the sender's hand to the recipient's hand. In addition to the stages of distribution of goods, there are other things that must be considered by shipping service providers, namely effective and timely delivery routes. Graph is a science that can be implemented in the stages of distribution of goods and efficiency of delivery routes. The approach used in making freight routes is the Hamilton trajectory with a circular model.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer is a service that works personally to help the bride and groom in planning and supervision of the implementation of the wedding party by schedule and budget that have been set. Wedding organizer information system created using web-based information technology to expand the area of promotion and sale of wedding packages and simplify the ordering process. System Design Information Ordering Wedding Organizer is UML modeling visualization (Unified Modeling Language), and this application applies the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), namely by weighting the criteria and vendors. The programming language used is the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS), and Atom as an editor. A wedding organizer information system is very helpful for people who do not want to bother with their wedding planning issues. With the development of technology today, the wedding Organizer has begun to move from the manual process into the online process of the wedding information system-based organizer web.

Abstract

The development of technology always rises and then affects many people, especially in the mindset of those who do not tend to use the highest technology. CVs that accept pallet orders require a program to order pallets that can assist in data processing so that they can simplify their work. Therefore, the author tries to do the final project regarding the ordering program for pallets on the CV. Redhead Mandiri now only uses the process with Microsoft Excel. CV. Redhead Mandiri is a trading company that now only concentrates on pallets and only accepts orders from Industri Mulia. Because data processing in this CV still uses Microsoft Excel, which makes it very possible that errors or errors occur when recording data and ordering transactions, and making reports are not too accurate and make the data slow. Many customers, meaning that many transactions will be processed so that the business owner is diverted to use the benefits of computers to meet the needs of data processing and then. The best solution to overcome this problem in CV Redhen Mandiri is a computer program that can be done. All movements are more effective and efficient in the activities of CV.

Abstract

Population density in a large city such as Medan will have many impacts on the community. However, often people, either individuals or groups who want to live or live in the city of Medan, choose their location at will without knowing the existing population density classification, so that they can have a big problem impact on the community or tend to be in a circle of huge problems they will face. if you do not know, choose the place of residence that the community will occupy. The community's ignorance of the location of population density in the city of Medan is due to the absence of knowledge or information on population density mapping. So it is necessary to map the population density as new knowledge for the community to avoid or reduce the impact that will be experienced by people who want to live or reside in the city of Medan. This population density mapping will be grouped into 3 groups (clusters) using the K-Means Cluster algorithm, namely very dense (cluster1), dense (cluster2), and medium (cluster3). The results of population density mapping in the city of Medan, namely the very densely populated area of 121 kelurahan, the densely populated area is 30 sub-districts, and areas are no longer found in the city of Medan.
