Abstract

Lack of understanding by Indonesian social media user about law impact inflicted to cyberbullying perpetrators makes many cyberbullying cases has not handled properly and ended up with nothing. Indonesia hasn’t yet law authority that govern cyberbullying in specific, causing no guideline regard the definition about cyberbullying itself. There is an extension about definition of violence which state that violence is not only physically deliver, but also psychologically, referred an inferences cyberbullying characteristics possibly qualify in element of criminal act. Therefore, the element of criminal act can be used as a basis for detecting potential of cyberbullying. In this research, literature review is used to determine the elements of criminal acts related to the characteristics of cyberbullying and also in finding a model classifier to detect cyberbullying messages. So there are 5 criminal acts related to cyberbullying characteristic which insult, accuse with defamation, hatred about ethnicity, religion, race and inter-group relations, threat of violence, and threat of telling secret. Total of 5000 tweets are collected as a dataset. Feature extraction, using the N-gram method with TF-IDF weighting is expected to obtain sentiment based on the use of words. The context of language becomes important in this study, so the dataset annotation process is carried out by linguist. The results on the application of the two model classfier were Naïve Bayes and SVM after applying resampling by over-sampling using SMOTE method, can correctly predict the potential for cyberbullying by their violated element of criminal act with the average performance measurement of 90%.

Abstract

BAZNAS Papua Province has several stages that must be carried out in the process of distributing Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) to the mustahiq, one of the stages is mustahiq assessment survey on the field. With a large number of mustahiq being surveyed every day and the eligibility assessing process still be carried out manually utilizing survey form recording, the survey stage of the ZIS distribution process takes a long time. In addition, physical document usage continues to increase every day becomes more susceptible to damaged and loss and requires extensive storage in the archiving process. This study uses a PIECES analysis method as well as system development use a Waterfall method. Furthermore, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to design the system. The system is built on web-based using the PHP programming language and the MariaDB database. The results of this study are the Management Information System of Mustahiq Eligibility Assessment at BAZNAS Papua Province that is capable of organizing mustahiq data, assessing mustahiq eligibility and minimizing the usage of physical documents in the ZIZ distribution process. The system is built to produce information about mustahiq recommendation that is capable of assist BAZNAS Papua Province to come to a final decision.

Abstract

This study designed a questionnaire application for the performance of the Computer Science Study Program Lecturers, so that in the future the performance assessment of lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science can be even better, so that no more difficulties are encountered in processing evaluation data or in finding lecturer evaluation data. Because basically the lecturer performance appraisal system that is currently running, there are still frequent errors in the results of the evaluation reports due to the wrong input and analysis process This application was created using Visual Basic 2010 and using the Access database. expected to help the campus in improving the performance of lecturers. The testing system used is the white box testing method.

Abstract

Inflammation of uric acid is a disease that occurs due to excess uric acid in the blood, which then accumulates and accumulates in the form of crystals in the joints. The high-accuracy uric acid inflammation test must be done several times to treat the inflammation of uric acid in the body. Several indicators in the body can be a starting point for treating gout inflammation. Also, errors, the limitations of medical staff in handling huge amounts of data manually are a problem. One solution for this is to use a computer as a mathematical calculation in the Fuzzy C-Means grouping method. The criteria specified are joint pain, swollen joints, stiff joints, sprained feet and lumps in the joints. The grouping consisted of groups with gout inflammation and non-gout inflammation. Testing was carried out on 14 data.

Abstract

One of the business actors, in this case, is that the company is required to consider reducing the risks faced. One of them is PT. Indopratama Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in consulting and insurance claims. In the billing process, it is no longer possible to use the help of the Ms. application. Excel for the data, as well as customer billing that is paid more than once, either to direct insurance or to the company. The information generated requires a long time. This can have an impact especially on the billing department, which can result in a waste of time and costs and other errors due to the payment process that uses two vendors. Method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) The author chose because this method has the advantage of being able to obtain the right system because the system is divided into several versions and the most important functions to be tested. The results obtained are information systems that can overcome problems that have been faced by companies related to insurance billing to customers.

Abstract

To raise cats, feeding is one of the main factors and should be given according to schedule. If the direct feed with a large portion can result in the cat not being eaten because it is not too deep to eat and is wasted. As a result of this problem, anxiety arises from the point of view of the health and development of cats and leads to spending on excess cat feed. The results of this study are a tool that can help feed cats in real time with 2 modes of feeding, namely for adult cats and kittens with feeding schedules at 8 AM, 12 PM and 6 PM. Control of this tool can be accessed wirelessly with an Android smartphone so that it can make it easier to monitor the working status of this tool. The benefits obtained from the results of making this tool when viewed from the cat are able to maintain their diet, prevent malnutrition, prevent obesity and prevent cats stress due to deposition. When viewed from the point of view of the benefits to cat owners or users, namely it can reduce performance and minimize forgetting to feed and can save on buying cat feed because portions have been arranged in such a way as to save expenditure..

Abstract

Paranoid personality disorder is a condition of thought patterns and behavior that are unhealthy and different from normal people. Pervasive distrust or suspicion of other people and feel that other people are jealous of them, as a result people with this personality get limited association from their surroundings. The aim of this research is to diagnose patients with paranoid personality disorder more effectively and efficiently so that treatment can be done. The method used is Bayes' Theorem which can help analyze predetermined symptoms. The implementation of this research uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The level of accuracy in knowing the diagnosis on early symptoms is 84.11%, so it can be a recommendation to help psychologists diagnose paranoid personality disorders.

Abstract

The development of the world of education at this time is classified as an advanced condition where not only can be seen from how the lecturer transfers the knowledge he has but also seen how the students are able to receive the knowledge provided. The field of education has also become a competition for this matter because there are more and more universities that are starting to provide good services to students and prospective students, with the intention of these universities being able to win the competition. The student service system in STMIK Pelita Nusantara is still manual, so the student services are still unsatisfactory. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, the model used for the construction of this distributed system is the waterfall method.

Abstract

Widi Mandiri is an institution that provides training courses for driving four-wheeled vehicles. In managing data, Widi Mandiri uses records in certain forms or books from participant registration, scheduling and all business processes. With the existing system, there are several obstacles that hinder the conduct of business at Widi Mandiri. For that we need a driving course information system that helps in the management of all business activities at Widi Mandiri. The system development is carried out by using the extreme programming (XP) system development approach. The research has produced a system that can manage driving course data from registration of course participants, booking courses and cars to scheduling according to the schedule of course participants and instructors. Based on usability testing, the average value was 85.8%, and was in the good category

Abstract

Purchasing is one of the important areas within the organization. This is because, in the event of purchasing activities, it can meet the needs of supplies needed in an organization, such as the needs of medicines in pharmacies. If the supply of the drug in the pharmacy is thinning, then a purchase is made. At present, there are still many pharmacies that use conventional systems in managing their data. This caused various problems such as the recording of data still using handwriting, drug searches took a long time, and still used a lot of paper in the data documentation. Thus the running purchasing system becomes less effective and efficient. Therefore, there needs to be a system developed in the purchasing system, with the aim that the new system developed can solve the problem and can assist in the management of the data so that the data generated is more accountable and accountable. In order to achieve this goal, appropriate methods such as the use of the Model View Controller (MVC) are required. This MVC method can demonstrate the needs needed in the development of the system. And the result obtained from the use of this MVC method is that it can separate the application logic process with its user interface.
