Abstract

In an effort to provide motivation to improve the dedication and performance of the teller, the selection of the best teller is done periodically every year, some criteria that are performance appraisals are discipline, initiative, thorough, friendly, and speed of service, During this time the assessment of tellers by the Branch Manager does not yet have a method that can handle priority problems with many of these criteria so that the Branch Manager often has difficulty in choosing the best employee objectively.For the sake of work efficiency and effectiveness, we need an appropriate decision-making method with the aim to build and provide an alternative to a decision support system that is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method,in the AHP method there is the concept of eigen vector for the priority ranking process of each criterion based on a pairwise comparison matrix, this will facilitate the process of selecting the best teller because the concept is simple, easy to understand,the computation is efficient and has the ability to measure performance and alternative decisions in a simple mathematical form,so that we will get the best teller who deserves to get the best teller (bonus) allowance and a better career path in the future. And application programs are made in order to facilitate the application of the use of the AHP method when implemented.

Abstract

There are 3 aspects of competency that must be achieved by students of computer programs in Elite English school of Ponorogo. The 3 aspects include knowledge, skills and attitudes. In Web Design class of computer programs the average student only excels at one aspect of competency. The unachievement is due to the lack of direct observation by the instructor which causes students to not follow the practice in full. The instructor has difficulty if they have to accompany each student directly because of the limited time and many students in the class. This study aims to apply the rekam layar method so that students are able to achieve all three aspects of competence. The screen recording method is a method that aims to make observations of students using computer software. This study uses the method of direct observation and interviews which lasted for two months. Rekam Layar learning method has been proven to be able to help students personally observe the process effectively. Student competency can be increased using the Rekam Layar learning method.

Abstract

This automatic train doorstop is made by using two infrared sensors and the sensor's piezeotronic sensor will be controlled by Arduino, this sensor will be useful if it detects the arrival of a train, if the train has passed this sensor then automatically the doorstop will be closed, when the train passes one more sensor then the doorstop will open automatically. For information to the community that there will be a train passing, it must be equipped with a bazzer and other indicator lights. With this automatic doorstop, the level of accident at the railroad crossing will decrease.

Abstract

BPJS health is a social security organizer that organizes health insurance for the community. One of the most important activities is the preparation of a BPJS recommendation letter for class three which is managed by the Bogor City Social Service. To make a recommendation letter, the applicant must submit the letter to the service department and must be approved in advance by the head of the social service office. so that letter-writing services can run quickly and effectively, applications must be made available that make it easy for the head of the office to see and approve the existing application letter. In this study the method used is the waterfall so that it can understand the overall problem and produce applications that suit the needs of users. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience for the applicant, the service department and the head of the office in the process of submitting a BPJS recommendation letter and approval made in the proposed recommendation letter.

Abstract

This research is titled Monitoring System of Higher Education Graduates in Entering the World of Work Using Tracer Study. The problem raised in this study is that the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda get information about the performance of STMIK graduate students Widya Cipta Dharma, analyze graduate data to obtain the relevance of the competency of STMIK graduates Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, change the old system into a system that new. The purpose of this research is to provide information and reports on the results of tracer study data collection from alumni of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda. Data collection methods used are literature study, field studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is a computer-based system that was built with the aim of processing the alumnus search to find out the description of the profile, performance, and distribution of work location of the alumnus. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is expected to help assist the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) in recording alumnus and record the track record of alumnus scattered in serveral areas.

Abstract

The instructor is the main academic implementer in the Institute for Aviation Education and Training (LPP). One of the factors that influence the success of LPP Aviation in improving student quality is the commitment and performance of instructors. One method used is to conduct an instructor performance appraisal process. The large number of Instructors in LPP Aviation is a separate issue in the assessment process, considering the process is based on subjectivity and has a great chance of making mistakes in the decision making, namely the selection of instructors who do not meet the desired standards and are not in accordance with the determination of instructor performance evaluation priorities. For this reason, a decision support system is needed in conducting the instructor's performance appraisal process. The Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model has been widely used by decision makers to solve decision making problems with a variety of methods that can be used to find the best solution, but from these methods can still be developed with the aim of providing maximum decision results. In this research a decision support system model will be built with a combination of two methods, namely the Fuzzy Resistant method and TOPSIS which aims to manipulate the success data of instructors who are ambiguous by conducting a search for appropriate and accurate data for the criteria used in the assessment process LPP Aviation instructor performance by using Fuzzy-Resistant to get priority criteria in the form of rules, then ranking will be done by using TOPSIS in getting the quality of teaching conducted by LPP Aviation Instructors as the best instructor selection. The results of the flight instructor's performance evaluation with a combination of the Fuzzy Resistant method and TOPSIS, are based on 250 data tested samples, therefore, the accuracy value is 93%.

Abstract

The Problem In Finding and acces a tourism location in Lubuklinggau, be a primary problem, Especially for tourism or visitoe or tourism from other place in Indonesia. We know that the technology more being advance, but this case make we to improve our potency in Lubuklinggau. Hopely this application which will be made, will appliance the web technology service, in order to the information about tourism will be up to date and to solve this problem the researcher use digital map model approach or SIG based on Android by using Google Maps as the map digital. The method which used in tihs research is UML (Unifide Modelling Language), PHP Program, Java and database Mysql as the data saving geografic information system (GIS) tourism has two programs they are, administration programe for processing tourism data base on web and programe for the user, we use Android aplication. Abstract

The development of information technology in this modern era has progressed very rapidly, many ways have been developed to store large amounts of data, one of which is to use a server. A server is a computer system that serves and controls client access that is connected to it. All activities that we do on the internet always involve the server. Servers play a very important role because of their heavy duty to serve clients. Therefore, the server may not experience interference. One of the disturbances that cause a damaged server is the temperature that is too hot so that this tool is made in order to prevent these problems. This tool is made to regulate the temperature and humidity of the server room that exceeds reasonable limits. This tool is made using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, DHT11 as a temperature and humidity sensor, Ethernet shield as a link to the internet. This tool also uses the Blynk application as monitoring, from the results of reading temperature and humidity sensors on this device can reduce the temperature by 6˚C cooler when the temperature in the room is hot, in this case the tool functions as it should

Abstract

Office Supplies and Stationery (ATK) are equipment that is often used in offices, companies and organizations, include cabinet filling, perforators, calculators, paper clips, staplers, numerators, guides, flashdisks, paper punches, pens and paper, paper shredder, computers, printers, facsimile machines, photocopiers, archive folders and cash registers, office furniture. Supplier is part of the supplier chain that influences the development of a company. Problems that are often experienced by PT. PLN Engineering such as late arrivals and lack of quality equipment and stationery from suppliers, therefore it needs to be re-ordered or returned to suppliers, so that time is wasted. Storage of data on procurement of equipment and stationery that are still conventional so that it is not effective and efficient in terms of time, cost and energy, let alone supplier selection which is still subjective. The purpose of this study makes it easier for competent parties to make decisions at PT. PLN Engineering in selecting the best supplier to be consistent in maintaining the determined criteria so as to minimize the risk and not disappoint the company. Incorrect supplier selection affects the quality and costs incurred in buying equipment and stationery from suppliers, how to overcome them requires a decision support system (SPK) that is able to accurately select the most suitable supplier. The method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) combined with fuzification is the right method for evaluating the best suppliers. The most important criteria are Price of Goods, Quality of Goods, Delivery Time, Location Distance, Goods Packaging, Accuracy of Goods, Flexibility, Track Record. The conclusion of the test results is the SAW method is able to show that the ranking of the best suppliers with the highest value of 0.89 is UD. Bintang Mulia.

Abstract

Research to build an Edutainment Game "Introduction to Computers" for mild retarded children is a study designed for teachers to deliver material to special school students (SLB) with special needs such as children with visual impairment, hearing impairment, mental retardation, intellectual disability, autism and blindness. . In this game the player will be presented with a variety of learning menus about "Computer Devices" and a game menu consisting of a guessing picture quiz to train memory, then there are typing games and labyrinth games to develop motor movements and increase students' responses and interests. Shuffle and Finite State Machine randomization algorithms will be applied in this study, with the aim of arranging the image position to be randomized in the learning menu and typing games as well as randomizing the position of the main characters and enemies in the labyrinth game made in three levels. This is done to improve students' learning and curiosity. The technology applied in this research is intelligent agent (intelligent system) which has a game agent character that will accompany children to learn and play.
