Abstract

Inflation in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. The high inflation rate has an impact on the increasing production costs of finished goods, resulting in higher prices which this is not balanced by good sales of new products. This has led to a plan to create a secondhand e-commerce platform. This research aims to implement a search feature that facilitates the search for used goods based on keywords. The implementation process involves the use of the Linear/Sequential Search algorithm in the JavaScript programming language and PostgreSQL as the data storage used. In practice, when the keyword matches the data in the database, the search results will be displayed. If there is no data match, the search will not find any relevant products. The result of this research is the availability of the SecondHand application, with a search feature using the Linear/Sequential Search algorithm, which helps facilitate the interaction between sellers and buyers. The results of white box and postman/grey box testing show that the search feature and its functions work well, producing valid outputs, and have a short execution time of around 613.5 ms or 0.6135 seconds based on the results of five tests.Keywords : Linear/Sequential Search Algorithm, Used Goods, SecondHand.

Abstract

Manajemen kehadiran guru merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen sekolah. Saat ini banyak absensi yang masih diproses dengan cara manual yaitu dengan melakukan tanda tangan langsung di lembar kertas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang prototype sistem absensi guru berbasis web sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Studi kasus dilakukan di MI Muhammadiyah 12 Ngampel Ponorogo. Sekolah tersebut belum mempunyai sistem kehadiran guru yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode User Centered Design (UCD). Metode ini dipilih untuk memastikan pengguna akhir dapat terpenuhi kebutuhannya dalam sistem yang akan dikembangkan, adapun pengguna sistem terdiri dari para guru dan staff administrasi. Proses perancangan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka, pembuatan prototype, dan pengujian.  Prototype diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengembangan sistem di masa mendatang. Hasil pengujian Blackbox menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berhasil menampilkan respon yang diharapkan. Penerapan sistem kedepannya diharapkan tidak hanya mencatat kehadiran dengan lebih efisien, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman yang lebih modern dan praktis bagi pengguna di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The management of data at UPT Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Ponorogo is still done manually. Given the current era of globalization, many companies/agencies have used computerized systems to manage data in order to simplify and speed up work. Based on the description above, we carry out community service activities in the form of developing and applying a computerized data management system in the Ponorogo'SKB. The system that we built is an information and administration system. Based on a computerized system capable of processing data quickly and accurately as well as being able to store and display transaction data related to administration. The method we use in this activity is to provide a computerized system and directly conduct training as well as assistance in operating the system. We hope that by developing this administrative information system the Ponorogo community can more easily access information about the SKB Ponorogo and make it easier to manage the administration of the SKB better and faster. Until now, our activities have reached the stage of training in the operation of the information system for all admins in SKB Ponorogo.

Abstract

There are 3 aspects of competency that must be achieved by students of computer programs in Elite English school of Ponorogo. The 3 aspects include knowledge, skills and attitudes. In Web Design class of computer programs the average student only excels at one aspect of competency. The unachievement is due to the lack of direct observation by the instructor which causes students to not follow the practice in full. The instructor has difficulty if they have to accompany each student directly because of the limited time and many students in the class. This study aims to apply the rekam layar method so that students are able to achieve all three aspects of competence. The screen recording method is a method that aims to make observations of students using computer software. This study uses the method of direct observation and interviews which lasted for two months. Rekam Layar learning method has been proven to be able to help students personally observe the process effectively. Student competency can be increased using the Rekam Layar learning method.

Abstract

This community service focuses on training teachers to use technology-based interactive learning media, especially the Wordwall platform, for Tsanawiyah Dharut Thalibin, Sampung, Ponorogo, and East Java. This training aims to improve teachers' skills in creating interactive digital worksheets to overcome student boredom and increase active participation in learning. The training was carried out in several stages, starting from problem identification and planning to evaluation. The results of this training showed that most teachers had not previously used technology-based learning media. After the training, teachers can use the Wordwall platform to create interactive learning activities, such as quizzes and games, which are expected to increase student engagement and create a more dynamic learning atmosphere. The evaluation showed increased teachers' understanding and skills in interactive learning media.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hudatul Muna Ponorogo menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelompokan santri baru akibat ambiguitas kriteria seleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem berbasis metode Apriori untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode Apriori diterapkan untuk menganalisis pola dan hubungan antar data santri, menggunakan framework Laravel dan database SQLite. Sistem ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan responsif, memudahkan pengelolaan data santri. Normalisasi Min-Max digunakan untuk mengubah data ke dalam rentang konsisten (0-1), meningkatkan akurasi analisis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat support dan confidence yang tinggi pada itemset yang diuji, serta memastikan keandalan fungsi melalui pengujian white box. Pengelompokan dilakukan secara proporsional untuk 44 santri menjadi tiga kelas: Kelas A, B, dan C, dengan proporsi masing-masing 33%. Jika tersedia data nilai ujian dalam rentang 0-100, kriteria pengelompokan dapat ditentukan berdasarkan nilai, yaitu Kelas A (80-100), Kelas B (60-79), dan Kelas C (0-59). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kejelasan pengelompokan santri baru di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hudatul Muna.

Abstract

Bangunsari Health Center in providing services implements various stages of the process that must be passed. Among them is the registration process, where many patients often do not get a queue number because there are restrictions in certain poles every day. In the registration process, patients must submit identities such as Name, NIK, Date of birth, address and telephone number. This data is sensitive information that must be kept confidential, especially since the data is increasing every day. Therefore, to overcome these problems, namely through the development of a website-based patient queuing system by applying an encryption algorithm. With the aim that it will be useful to simplify the queuing process and secure the private data to avoid misuse and data leakage, by going through the data encryption or cryptography process. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the confidentiality of messages by encoding them into a form that is no longer understandable in meaning. Data encryption has several algorithms that can be used, one of which is the Base64 algorithm, the Base64 algorithm can be useful in encoding binary data so that it turns into a format that can be printed normally into ASCII format based on the number 64. To ensure that the website-based patient queuing system runs according to the flow that has been made, it is tested using the black box method with the results of the entire system functioning and running according to the source code that has been designed. Meanwhile, the results of implementing base64 run according to the rules that have been tested using the whitebox method and the base64 decode web site, with the results of whitebox and base64 site testing, it is known that the data results are encrypted in the database. So that if there are intruders who enter the database, they cannot read the data that has been encrypted in the form of random text in it.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses penting dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas individu. Namun, pelaksanaan ujian sekolah secara manual masih menghadapi kendala seperti efisiensi waktu dan potensi kecurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) pada aplikasi simulasi ujian sekolah berbasis web di SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah kurangnya sistem otomatisasi dalam penyusunan dan pengacakan soal ujian. LCG dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan angka acak secara merata dan terprediksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keacakan soal yang tinggi, dengan hanya 33 dari 690 soal yang sama dari total 23 siswa, atau sekitar 4,78%, sehingga tingkat keunikan soal mencapai 95,22%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LCG dapat mengurangi potensi kecurangan, menjaga kerahasiaan soal, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelaksanaan ujian. Sistem ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam skala pendidikan yang lebih luas.
