Abstract

The objective of this research are to determine influance of system information quality, informtion quality and using of competence basis technology acceptance model enterprice resorces planning on PT. Telkom Kandatel Mataram.This research using multiple linear regressions with SPSS program. The result showed that information system quality and information quality has no influence on the implementation of Technology Acceptance Model –Based ERP system. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analysis the influence of work family conflict toward work stress, workload toward work stress, work family conflict toward work performance, and workload toward work performance and work stress toward work performance in Woman Treasurer at PU Agency of Lombok Regency/City in all around Lombok Island. The method of collecting data that being  used is census method. The population in this research is all of the woman treasurer in PU Agency of Lombok Regency/City in all around Lombok Island environment. The amount of this population are 37 people, all of these people are being respondents. The analysis tools that being used is PLS (Partial Least Square). The technique of collecting data that being used are questionnaire, interview, and documentation, the tool of collecting data that being used is questionnaire. Abstract

This study aimed to observe the significant influence of Organizational Climate andJob Satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of non-civil teacher in WestSumbawa Regency, either simultaneously or partially, and to determine which dominantvariables that influence theirOrganizational Citizenship Behaviours. The current studybelonged to an associative type of research using saturation sampling technique. The studyinvolved 65 participant whose status were non-civil servant teachers of Vocational HighSchools. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linier regression.Results of the study showed that Organizational Climate and Job Satisfactionsimultaneously had a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on thenon-civil servant vocational school teachers in West Sumbawa Regency. The variables ofOrganizational Climate showed to have a significant influence, either partially ordominantly, on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. However, the Job Satisfaction showedto have no significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Organizational CitizenshipBehaviors (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of CSR disclosure, managerial ownership, and institutionalownership on the value of mining company listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The population of thisstudy are all 40 companies listed Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) in 2012-2014. The sample of thisstudy are 10 companies selected by using purposive random sampling technique. Method of dataanalysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21 Program. The result shows thatmanagerial ownership variable has significant effect on the value of company. While CSR disclosureand isntitutional ownership do not significantly affect the value of company. The value of R squareis 50,6 % which means that the rest 49,4 % is influenced by other variables.Keywords: CSR Disclosure, Mangerial Ownership, Institutional Onwership, The value of company.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to evaluate the influence of strategic price and hotel promotions toward consumer decision to stay in non-star hotel. Associative research design was adopted as the study guide. Purposive sampling techniques were used in which 100 copies of the research instrument were administered to domestic tourists which stayed for two or more days in non-star hotels, Gili Trawangan, out of which 100 copies of questionnaire were filled and returned. Pearson Product Moment correlation was used to analyse the data generated from respondents. The findings revealed that strategic price and hotel promotions have significant influence on consumer decision at 0,05 level (2-tailed). The result of the research shows both of the variables significantly affecting consumer decision. Furthermore, hotel promotions ranks the first follow by strategic price. This research will help the management of hotel to understand and recognize the ranking of variables affecting consumer decision of domestic tourists to stay in non-star hotel. Keywords:      Hospitality, Strategic Price, Promotion, Decision to Stay, Domestic Tourist, and Gili Trawangan.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the significant effect of: (a) transformational leadership on readiness to change of employees of Health Centers in West Lombok. (b) transformational leadership on the affective commitment. (c) transformational leadership on the readiness to transform through affective commitment. (d) the psychological circumstances on preparedness to transform. (e) the psychological circumstances on affective commitment. (f) the psychological circumstances on preparedness to transform through the affective commitment of employees of Health Centers in West Lombok, (g) affective commitment of employees of health centers in West Lombok on preparedness to transform. This research is a causal associative with population of 508 employees of 7 health centers from which 84 employees are selected as samples through random sampling technique. The research showed that: (a) Transformational Leadership had no significant effect on readiness of employees of Health Centers in West Lombok to transform, (b) there is a significant effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment. (c) there is a significant effect transformational leadership on readiness to transform through affective commitment. (d) there is a significant effect of the psychological circumstances on readiness to transform. (e) there is a significant effect of the psychological circumstances on affective commitment. (f) there is a significant effect of the psychological circumstances on readiness to transform through affective commitment. Abstract

 The strategy of human resource development is an activity that should be conducted to optimize the performance of government apparatus of Mataram to make the city as children-feasible city. This research is aimed at (1) analyzing the issue of strategy of human resource development to make Mataram as children-feasible city, (2) formulizing the strategy of human resource development to make Mataram as children-feasible city. This research is descriptive qualitative research within the quantitative approach. The qualitative and quantitative data were collected through in-depth interview,  observation, and documentation. The informants of this study are the stakeholders and the KLA holding institution of 10 SKPD in Mataram. the data then were analyzed using Force Field Analysis. The validity of data were examined with triangulation technique. The research identified that human resources of Mataram city are not available yet for children right convention. The strategy of human resource development is recommended to use  functional human resource development strategy through organizational development and training for apparatus.  The researcher then using need analysis identified the gap between competence and apparatus performance standard for KLA staff.Keywords:   human resource development strategy, functional development strategy, children-feasible city

Abstract

This research main aimed was to analys the effect of word of mouth (WOM), service quality, product quality, and promotion on the consumers purchasing decision. The research was conducted by the consumers of TF Miracle Water. This research was done based on survey received from 100 respondent. Based on the consumer surveys many find that WOM, service quality, and promotion have positive impact on purchasing decision. While product quality had positive but not significant effect on the consumers purchasing decision. This research showed that WOM is the main importance on consumer purchased. Research shows TF Miracle Water pay attention and consider the WOM, service quality, product quality, and promotion more comprehensively to determine the marketing strategy to build consumers purchasing decision. Keywords    :  Word Of Mouth (WOM), Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This study is based on two-factor theory of Herzberg aimed to explore the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Local Government institutions. This type of research used in this study is exploratory. The population of as many as 108 employees with a total sample of 51 of Civil Servants in East Lombok regency Regional Secretariat on the work unit is in the coordination of the General Administrative Assistant III. The sampling technique used is the technique Proportionate Stratified Random, data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using software SmatPLS 3. The results stated that the motivation positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and a positive effect significantly to the performance, motivation indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervenig. The implications of this research uses only motivating factor of two-factor theory also has other limitations that situational variables. work behavior and work is an integral Herzberg assume a correlation between satisfaction and productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance benefits to the motivation and leadership, and leadership performance benefits to productivity, motivation effect on productivity, the impact on the productivity performance benefits through the mediation of motivation, as well as the influence of leadership on productivity through mediation motivation. The survey respondents are all civil servants Regency / City Lombok island numbered 97 people. But filling questionnaire answers just as much as 87 people. Data analysis techniques in this study conducted by SmartPLS 3..0. As a result, the leadership performance benefits and positive and significant impact on the motivation; allowances and leadership performance and no significant positive effect on productivity; motivation positive and significant effect on productivity; performance benefits positive and significant impact on productivity through the mediation of motivation; leadership and significant positive effect on productivity through mediation motivation.Keywords: performance benefits, leadership, motivation and productivity
