Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the moderating effect of Dividend Policy on Free Cash Flow and Profitability towards Firm Value. This study use Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) as tool to analyze the moderating effect of Dividend Policy on the sample tested. Sample are chosen by using purposive sampling method from all manufacture firms that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange throughout 2010-2015 which offered cash dividend to their shareholders. By using panel data, the findings show that Free Cash Flow and Profitability themselves have significant effect on Firm Value. But conversely, each Free Cash Flow and Profitability does not have significant effect on Firm Value after being moderated by Dividend Policy. It is because the direct effect of Free Cash Flow and Profitability toward Firm value is bigger than the indirect effect. The results indicate that Dividend Policy is just predictor moderation in this case.Dividend Policy, Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Firm Value, Manufacture, MRA

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini, adalah mengetahui signifikansipengaruh secara simultan dan parsial serta dominasi dari Budaya Organisasi, IklimOrganisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi IlmuKesehatan YARSI Mataram.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi,gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifatserta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh dosentetap di STIKES YARSI Mataram yang berjumlah 78 orang, Metode pengumpulan data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan yaitu berupa skor yangdiperoleh dari tiap jawaban kuisioner yang disebar pada responden. Instrumen penelitianmenggunakan skala pengukuran berdasar skala Likert. Model analisis yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi linier berganda dan proses analisis menggunakan bantuan komputer denganprogram SPSS.Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasaan di atas, maka kesimpulan dari penelitian yangdapat diambil adalah : (1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari budayaorganisasi, Iklim Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen pada SekolahTinggi Ilmu Kesehatan YARSI Mataram. (2).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secaraparsial dari budaya organisasi, Iklim Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosenpada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan YARSI Mataram. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the significant influence between product quality, price,and store atmosphere toward consumer purchase intention on the gold and pearl store inSekarbela Mataram city. Intake of respondents conducted with convenience samplingtechnique using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis techniqueused is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, it can beconcluded that the variable quality of the product, price, and store atmosphere positive andsignificant impact toward consumer purchase intention on the gold and pearl store inSekarbela Mataram city. This means that if the quality of the product, price, and storeatmosphere is enhanced by the gold and pearls shop owners in Sekarbela city of Mataram,can be increasing the consumer purchase intention. While the dominant variable affectingconsumer purchase intention is the store atmosphere variable.Keywords:Quality of Product, Price, Store Atmosphere and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research is aimed first at determining the effect of physical surrounding on the satisfaction of  supermarket consumers in Mataram (MGM Plaza, Niaga, Jembatan Baru and Ruby), scond at determining the physical surrounding variable that dominantly affect the supermarket consumer’s satisfaction in Mataram. This research is assosiative research to determine the correlation between two or more variable. The analysis showed that the equation regression of   Y = 0,981 + 0,078 X1 + 0,052 X2 + 0,273 X3 + 0,351 X4 . The result emphasixed the theory and researchs about the physical surrounding effect on custumer / consumers’ satisfaction. The determinanting analysis showed that R2 or R square is 0.582  the F-test = 33.058 is bigger than F-table = 2.70 wich mans the simultaneously the physical surrounding, goods pattern position  chaseer position and parking lots together affect significantly the consumers’ satisfaction. Partially, two varibles have significant variable affecting the consumers’satisfaction, namely parking lots and chaser position. Two other varable of physical surrounding and goods position do not have significant effect.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of work environment and incentives on the work satisfaction of health center laboratory workers in West Lombok. The population of this research are all 40 workers of health center laboratory in West Lombok. The analysis is completed with multiple linear regression. The research showed that work environment and incentive simultaneously have positive and significant  effect on the work satisfaction. Partially, work environment has positive a significant  effect on work satisfaction and incentive  has positive and significant effect on work satisfaction. Work environment has more dominant  effect comparing to the incentive effect on the work satisfaction of workers of health center laboratory in West Lombok.Keywords :  Work Satisfaction, Work Environment, Incentive.

Abstract

Development strategies for small and medium enterprises in Manokwari Regency.Globally, the economic actors should be able to strengthen the capability during the ASEAN Economic Community including small and medium business actors.  Therefore, this paper was intended to analyse and develop the strategies to enhance the capacity of small and medium enterprises in Manokwari Regency.  The primary data concerning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of 50 small and medium enterprises were obtained systematically by implementing questionnaires and direct interviews to apply the SWOT analysis.  The results revealed that the proper strategies were the growth strategy, market and product development, and market penetration.Persaingan yang ketat antara pelaku ekonomi termaksud pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Manokwari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh usaha kecil menengah yang tercatat di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Manokwari. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 UKM. Data dikumpulkan melalui melalui penyebaran kuisoner dan wawancara langsung terhadap usaha kecil dan menengah. Tehnik analisis data dengan mengunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT untuk melihat strategi yang tepat bagi pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Manokwari.Keywords : Growth strategy, market and product development, and market penetration

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macro and micro fundamental factors on the company’s value, and the object of research were infrastructure sector companies and construction sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015 to 2017. Fundamental macro factors consist of inflation and exchange rates. While the micro fundamental factors consist of DER and ROE. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this study, 13 companies that were included in the research criteria, which were engaged in the Infrastructure and Construction Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data collection techniques are documentation techniques and then the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, inflation, exchange rates and DER have no effect on firm value. ROE has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The variable that has the most dominant influence on firm value is ROE. This shows that among the research variables, ROE most influences investors' decisions to buy the company's shares.                                                                  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor fundamental makro dan mikro terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang mengambil objek penelitian pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur dan sektor konstruksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015 sampai 2017 . Faktor-faktor fundamental makro terdiri dari inflasi dan kurs. Sedangkan faktor-faktor fundamental mikro terdiri dari DER dan ROE.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan yang masuk kriteria penelitian,  yang bergerak  pada Sektor Infrastruktur dan Sektor Konstruksi yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik dokumentasi dan selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, inflasi, kurs dan DER tidak berpengaruh nilai perusahaan. ROE  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap nilai perusahaan adalah ROE. Hal ini menunjukkan di antara variabel-variabel penelitian, ROE yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan investor untuk membeli saham prtusahaan tersebutKeywords : inflation, exchange rate, DER and ROE

Abstract

 This study aims to find out the influence of the quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence on the decision to purchase mining services by PT Berau Coal to PT BUMA. In this study, data collection was carried out through survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents within the company organization PT Berau Coal starting from the position of supervisor /engineer to general manager. The number of samples taken in this study was 50 people. Thetechnique sampling used in this study is Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0. The results of data processing show that the variable quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence affect the decision to purchase mining services. Parameters for testing the effect of service quality on service purchasing decisions show a t value of 3.191 (sig = 0.003), the influence of people on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.341 (sig = 0.024), the effect of the process on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.400 ( sig = 0.021), and the effect of physical evidence on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.797 (sig = 0.008). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, orang, proses dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa penambangan oleh PT Berau Coal kepada PT BUMA. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dalam organisasi perusahaan PT Berau Coal mulai dari posisi supervisor / insinyur hingga general manager. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 23.0. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, orang, proses dan bukti fisik mempengaruhi keputusan untuk membeli jasa penambangan. Parameter untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan pada keputusan pembelian layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 3,191 (sig = 0,003), pengaruh orang pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,331 (sig = 0,024), efek dari proses pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2.400 (sig = 0,021), dan pengaruh bukti fisik pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,797 (sig = 0,008).Keywords : Quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence, service purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of profitability on company value and how the influence of profitability on company value with CSR disclosure as a moderating variable. With the purposive sampling method, there are four samples of mining sector companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2010-2017. Data is processed using SPSS version 23. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). MRA is used in this study to analyze CSR Disclosure as a variable that moderates the effect of the independent variable Profitability on the dependent variable Company Value.The result of the research which has been done by using multiple linear regressions shows that profitability has significant and positive influence to the firm value. Meanwhile, the analysis of moderating variable with the interaction test method of MRA shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility does not moderate the influence of profitability on the firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan bagaimana pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan CSR sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Dengan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan empat sampel perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2010 – 2017.  Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier dan Moderated Regresion Analisys (MRA). MRA digunakan di dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengungkapan CSR sebagai variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel independen Profitabilitas pada variabel dependen Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dengan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan analisis variabel moderating dengan metode uji interaksi MRA menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas pada nilai perusahaanKeywords : Profitability, ROA, Firm Value, Tobin’s Q, CSR Disclosures

Abstract

 This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach.With 89 sample of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) which is obtained by cluster sampling technique, consisting of customers which has received a Partnership Program of CSR assistance in Lombok Island in last 3 (three) years (2014-2016). This study used a causal correlation, which have independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (variables that are affected). This research aims to determine the causal correlation between independent variables, CSR on the loyalty of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) on Lombok through the Corporate image variable.Based on the results of the research and discussion it is inferred that : 1) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Corporate Image. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables and Corporate Image. 2) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on customer loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables on customer loyalty. 4) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 89 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diperoleh dengan teknik cluster sampling, terdiri atas nasabah yang telah menerima Program Kemitraan bantuan CSR di Pulau Lombok dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2014-2016). Hubungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat (kausal), dimana ada variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipegaruhi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen yaitu CSR terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Corporate image.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR dan Citra Perusahaan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis data juga ditemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel Corporate Image pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil analisis data juga menemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR pada Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Corporate Image.Keywords : CSR ; Corporate Image ; Customer Loyalty
