Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influenced of social support, work demand and work environment toward the stressed of Nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric Hospital in West Nusa Tenggara. To collect the data by random sampling method. The population of this research is  99 nurses. Those data analyze through double regresi linier. The result showed that social support, work demand and work environment have influenced toward job stressed of Nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric Hospital in West Nusa Tenggara. Work demand has been the most influenced towards job stress of Nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric Hospital in West Nusa Tenggara. From the result of these study it is recommended to the management  of Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric Hospital in West Nusa Tenggara to facilitate and address the needs of all nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric Hospital in West Nusa Tenggara. Keywords: job stress, Social Supports, Work Demand, Work Environment

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Patient satisfaction in hospital services is an indicator for the service quality. Mental Hospital of Nusa Tenggara Barat (RSJ NTB) as the only one technical institute  in West Nusa Tenggara, specifically cover of services and development of services in mental  health field has responsibility to support the realization of vision and mission of local governments to carry out the basic tasks and function as well as possible, including the success of the implementation of the national health insurance. The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze patient satisfaction before and after the status of management application become PPK-BLU in psychiatry ward in Mental Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis used in this reserach is comparative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The research conducted in treatment room of Psychiatry ward in  Mental Hospital NTB. The total number of respondents was 158 respondent. Patient satisfaction level was calculated using Parasuraman model (Responsibility, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, and Responsiveness)), whereas the hypotheses with  different two mean test for observation satisfaction before and after the local public service. Recommendations of this research is as an input and evaluation of the quality of health service in Mutiara Sukma Mental Hospital West Nusa Tenggara province. Expected later there are beterment of comfortable and improving service quality of each units that the goals to patient satisfaction continuously. Keyword: Patient satisfication, BLUD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan budaya organisasi di Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatif (pengamatan terlibat), pengkajian dokumentasi dan tehnik wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan untuk menjamin kredibilitas data yang diperoleh peneliti menguji secara triangulasi sumber, diskusi dengan teman sejawat dan menggunakan pengecekan data. Dari data yang terkumpul diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Budaya organisasi NW berupa praktek manajemen sumber daya manusia; tradisi dan upacara; dan lambang/ simbol serta berupa semboyan/ jargon. Budaya tersebut didasarkan pada nilai-nilai Islami yaitu Iman dan Taqwa. (2) Nilai-nilai yang dilestarikan dan dikembangkan adalah nilai perjuangan/ pengabdian (yakin, ikhlas, dan istiqomah), nilai keilmuan (kepeloporan), nilai kebersamaan (kompak, utuh, bersatu), dan nilai semangat (NW fil khair NW fastabiqul khairat). (3) Pemimpin berhasil menanamkan (menginternalisasi), meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas keimanan dan ketaqwaan  bagi pengurus dan jama’ah/ warga NW. dengan cara terus mensosialisasikan, melestarikan dan mengembangkannya, pada kader-kader NW, santri, simpatisan  maupun anggota jama’ah NW, melaui lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran, madrasah/ pondok pesantren, majelis dakwah dan majelis ta’lim, badan-badan otonom serta tradisi-tradisi organisasi. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Peran Pemimpin.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining and explaining the effect of public relations marketing on the brand image and customers loyalty at Studio Alam TV9. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research employed three variables of Public Relations Marketing, Brand Image, and Customers loyalty. The visitors of Studio Alam TV9 that have visited twice or more are the populations of this study. 110 visitors are the respondents of this research selected through purposive random sampling to which the questioners were distributed. The data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on that path analyzed the research showed that public relation marketing has direct and significant effect on Brand Image. And the brand Image has direct and significant effect on the customers loyalty.  Beside that it is found that public relation marketing has indirect but significant effect of the customers loyalty through brand image. It is suggested that TV9 maintain and improve the public relation marketing ti improve the brand image and make the customers loyalty.Keywords: Marketing Public Relation, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Every company has different problems of each type, including in the categorization of whether the company is categorized to be bankrupt or not. This study was conducted to study and detect the possibility of bankruptcy of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia using the Altman Z-Score model. The sample used in this study is a pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the company publishes regular financial statements in 2012 until 2016. In the Altman Z-Score model, grouping companies into three categories ie not bankrupt, prone to bankruptcy, and bankruptcy. For companies that fall into the category of bankruptcy, should be more careful in asset management and corporate policy making and strive to continue to improve the company's performance and try to utilize assets owned more effectively and efficiently, so that will gain a more optimal advantage. While for companies that are in a healthy condition must still maintain and improve the performance of the company, so it will be sustinable and minimize the occurrence of bankruptcy. Setiap perusahaan memiliki permasalahan yang berbeda dari setiap jenisnya, termasuk dalam pengkategorian apakah perusahaan tersebut dikatakan bangkrut ataukah tidak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari dan mendeteksi kemungkinan terjadinya kebangkrutan perusahaan farmasi yang ada di Indonesia dengan menggunakan hitungan model Altman Z-Score. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan perusahaan  tersebut menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara teratur pada tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Dalam model Altman Z-Score, mengelompokkan perusahaan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu tidak bangkrut, rawan bangkrut, dan bangkrut. Bagi perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori rawan bangkrut, harus lebih berhati–hati dalam pengelolaan aset dan melakukan pengambilan kebijakan perusahaan serta berusaha untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan berusaha memanfaatkan aset yang dimilikinya dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga akan memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih optimal. Sedangkan bagi perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi sehat harus tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya termasuk melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan bisnisnya, sehingga akan tetap terjaga keberlangsungannya dan memperkecil kemungkinan terjadinya kebangkrutan.Keywords :altman z-score, pharmaceutical company, bankruptcy, sustainableKata kunci : Altman z-score, perusahaan farmasi, kebangkrutan, keberlangsungan

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of financial and non-financial compensation, eitherpartially or simultaneously, on the employee work performance of Central Bureau of Statistics ofWest Nusa Tenggara. The study also aims to determine the most dominant variablesinvestigatedthat affect the employee work performance. The study uses an associative-causal researchapproach aiming to reveal the relationship between two or more variables. Population of the studyconsisted of 68 people and they were taken entirely as a respondent. To collect data, aquestionnaire instrument was used. Proir to the study, the instrument was tested todetermine itsvalidity and reliability. Further, the study employed multiple linear regression with statistical test ofdetermination (R2), t-test (partial test), F-test (simultaneous test),and individual coefficient ofdetermination (r2 test). Result of the study show that: (1) Financial Compensation had no significanteffect on the employee performance but non financial compensation did significantly influence theemployee performance. (2) There was a significant effect of the simultaneous FinancialCompensation and Nonfinancial Compensation on the Employee Performance. (3) The nonfinancialCompensation had indeed a dominant influence on the employee performance. For futureresearch,it is suggested if the study analyzed the effect of compensation on employee performance,especially in government agencies that have earned remunisasi (Performance Benefit),futureresearchers not include financial compensation variables and add other variables that can affect theemployee work performance such as employee behaviors, leadership style, working conditions,working environment, the complexity of task, and other similar others.From the theory ofindependent variables studied should be even more so that it can be seen that the dominantvariable and the most dominant influence employee performance.Keywords: Employees performances, Financial Compensation, Non Financial Compensation..

Abstract

The objecives of this study were (1) to determine whether the workload significantly effectsthe employee depression, (2) to determine wether the comfort of working may weaken the effect ofqualitative excessive burden on employee depression, (3) to determine whether familiarity with coworkerwill weaken the effect of qualitatively excessive burden on employee depression, (4) todetermine whether the availability of working facility may weaken the effect of quantitativeexcessive burden on depression of employees of KPU in all districts on Lombok. This research isassociative research. Respondens are 45 people taken by the census. The instrument of datacollection in this study is questionnaire. The statistical analysis used was analysis ModeratedRegression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS for Windows version 16.0.The research showed (1) either quantitative or qualitative workload of the members of theorganization in general can make employee depressed, (2) qualitatively excessive burden whensituated in comfortable working situation does not effect employee depression, (3) qualitativelyexcessive burden negatively effects the employee depression when situated in familiarity with coworkersthat would weaken the effect of the depression of the employee, (4) qualitatively excessiveburden positively effects the depression of the employye if situated in the availability of adequateworking facilities. Depression may occur if the updates/rejuvenation of working facilities areoptimally done and this may strengthen the effect of the depression of employee in all districts on theisland of Lombok.Keywords : Workload, Working Environment, Work Depression

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions based on financial ratios : Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Fixed Assets Turnover (FATO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), dan   Earnings Per Share  (EPS) at the companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This type of research is comparative , and sampling using purposive sampling. The type of data using quantitative data and data sources obtained from secondary data. The analysis technique used is the model for the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, and parametric test Paired Sample T Test to test hipoteisis. The results showed that there were significant differences between before and after mergers and acquisitions based on financial ratios Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) in the comparative period of 2 years before and 2 years after puberty and acquisitions as well as comparison of 2 years before the 3 years after the mergers and acquisitions. The results also showed a significant difference based on financial ratios Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) at a ratio of 2-year period prior to 2 years after the mergers and acquisitions. While based on the ratio of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), fixed Assets Turnover (FATO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Earnings Per Share (EPS), the results showed that there were no significant differences for all the study period.Keywords: Mergers and acquisitions, financial performance, quantitative, Paired Sample T Test

Abstract

Service quality is one important part in a service company such as Perum Damri Branch Mataram. This research is aimed at (1) analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the organization commitment, (2) analyzing the significant effect of leadership on the organization commitment, (3) analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the service quality, (4) analyzing the significant effect of leadership on the service quality, (5) analyzing the significant effect of the organizational commitment on the service quality.            This research is associative causal study. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed for census to the population of 104 employees of Perum Damri. The data were analyzed with path analysis with Amos 2.1 for windows.            The research showed that (1) work satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment, (2) leadership has positive but not significant effect on the organizational commitment, (3) work satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the service quality, (4) leadership has positive but not significant effect on the service quality, (5) the organizational commitment has significant effect on the service quality. Keywords : work satisfaction, leadership, organisasional commitment, service quality

Abstract

            This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of company growth, capital structure, and profitability on the value of the company. The object of  this research is manufacture companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample of this research is selected through purposive sampling. There are 21 companies of 146 manufacture companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed with path analysis. The research showed that company growth did not have significant direct effect on the value of company, while the capital structure and profitability had significant effect on the value of the company. Company growth and capital structure did not have significant effect on the value of company through profitability. Company growth had negative effect on profitability while profitability had positive effect on the value of the company. Profitability is not able to be the intervening variable.Keywords : company growth, capital structure, profitability, and value of the company.
