Abstract

Research objectives are (1) to know in a position quadrant which each of product portfolio cooperatives ksp work mandiri, (2) to see how development strategy business unit corresponding to applied by cooperatives work mandiri.The kind of research used is research case study is descriptive.The majority of informants interviewed in spoke to as many as 5, namely Ahmad Zulyadaen, as manager cooperatives, Ahmat Rifai analyst credit, Muhamad Nuh as analyst credit, Sahrul Anam, as a survey and L. Jufri Ihsan as a board of trustees. Instrument data analysis with matrik market growth of boston consulting group (BCG).This method used to measure the magnitude of a business firm and controlling plans that is created in order assess estimates the profit produced. Based on the calculation on using the matrix bcg, so can be concluded that (1) Based on third bcg ksp matrix position of independent jerowaru in 2014-2015 be on the cash cow or dairy cows showing that the position of independent ksp jerowaru are on the market relative high the compete in industry slow growth. (2) are in cash cow quadrant indicates a reminder that the future of independent ksp jerowaru must try to innovation new products to make the market unsaturated, and existence company stay awake.Ksp the work of independent jerowaru should use a strategy of defense fort (fortress defense) consisting of two a cluster of the act of retracting, namely increase customer satisfaction and loyalty pelangan and action simplify to the buy back service by consumers / customers. Keywords: strategy, a matrix BCG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Characteristics and Physical Work Environment onOrganizational Commitment with work motivation as an intervening variable in the employee ofthe Gubernur Province NTB. The population in this study are civil servants, amounting to 500employees with a sampling technique that Proportionate Random Sampling totaled 83 civilservants. This type of research is associative causal research. Data collection tool was aquestionnaire containing questions about the variables Job Characteristics, Work EnvironmentPhysical, Organizational Commitment and work motivation. Data analysis was performed withPath Analysis Model Triming using SPSS. The analysis finds that the job characteristics andsignificant positive effect on organizational commitment. Job characteristics and significantpositive effect on work motivation. Physical work environment positive and significant effect onorganizational commitment. Physical work environment positive and significant effect on workmotivation. Work motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Jobcharacteristics and significant positive effect on organizational commitment through workmotivation. Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the effect of service quality which covers services system and procedure, personnel skill and ability, and service facilities and infrastructure on the satisfaction of motor vehicle taxpayers. This research adopts the associative research design as research guidelines. Probability sampling with simple random sampling technique were used in distributing 100 copies of questionnaire provided to taxpayers who use the service of Mataram Drive Thru. 100 copies of distributed questionnaire were entirely completed and returned to the researcher. Pearson correlation product moment   were given to 100 respondents / taxpayer motorists who use services Mataram Drive Thru, 100 copies of questionnaires distributed, fully completed and returned to the researcher. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to analyze the data obtained from the respondents. The research findings indicate that  systems and procedures of services, personil skills and ability, and service facilities and infrastructure have significant effect on the level of customers satisfaction 0,05 (2-sided). Therefore, it can be concluded that those three variables significantly affect the customers satisfaction. Further, service facilities and infrastructure was on the top rank, personil skill and abilitywas on the second, and systems and procedures was on the third. Finally, it is expected that the result of this study will help stakeholders of Mataram UPTD PPDRD office (the office of area tax service and levies) understand and identify the rank of variables influencing motor vehicle taxpayers satisfaction. Keywords: Service Qualites, Service Systems and Procedures, Personnel Skill and Abilities, Service Facilities and Infrastructure, Customers Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the impelementation of creating  loyalties of visitor through experiential marketing in Bandini Koffie in Mataram. Tis research is qualitative study with 7 visitors as the respondents. The data were collected through indepth interview, observation, and documentatiion.The research showed that dimension of “feel” is resulting in the sense of comfortable state and happiness in the inner of visitors in this case in Bandini Koffie, and therefore this will create the loyalty of visitor. The dimension of “sense” is resulting in the experience for the visitors in seeing, listening, tasting, touching that all are stimulating the the sense of beauty and satisfaction in Bandini Koffie. The dimension of ‘think’ is resulting in creative thought of visitors about the different places in the mind  of visitors and therefore the visitor are driven to a certain trade mark of Bandini Koffie. The dimension of “act”  is an action of marketing to give a good service that is resulting the closeness between Bandini Koffie and the visitors. The dimension of “relate” is acombination of each dimension to create the happiness, satisfaction, and good feedback of visitors to Bandini Koffie. The five experiential marketing affect the localty of visitors of Bandini Koffie in  Mataram. Keyword : Customer Loyalty & Experiential Marketing

Abstract

This research is aimed at (1) determining the significant effect of leadership on theorganization commitment, (2) determining the significant effect of work load on the organizationcommitment, (3) determining the significant effect of work environment on the organizationlcommitment.The data were collected through census method. The population the research are all 57employees working as guard in Correctional Institutions of Class II A Mataram. All of them are therespondents of this research. The analysis is using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version17.0.The research showed that the organization commitment of the guards is very high. This resultis supported by the leadership of the head of Correctional Institutions during the well running of hisfunctions, the work load of the guards is quite hard, and the work environment as the guards felt isvery good. The statistic analysis showed that : (1) the leadership has positive and significant effect onthe organization commitment. This means that the better the head of correctional institutions runshis function, the better the organization commitment of the guards and vice-versa, (2) the work loadof the guards has negative and significant effect on the organization commitment. This means thatthe more work load of the guards, the worse the organization commitment of the guards and viceversa,(3) the work environment has positive and significant effect on the organization commitment.This means that the better the work environment for the guards, the better the organizationcommitment on the guards and vice-versaKeywords : Leadership, Work Load, Work Environment, and Organization Commitment

Abstract

Sales of products achieved by PT Gerbang NTB Emas were not yet optimal. There weresome consumer obstacles and complaints that were occur. Among them were lack of production machineries and skilled manpower, quality of goods under specification and production time is not maximized. One way that can be done is to optimize value creation between consumers and producers. Value created together is expected to provide benefits for both parties. In this study aimed to analyze the process of value co-creation that occurs between the company (PT GNE) and its customers. The research method used is qualitative approach with data collection through interview, observation and documentation. The number of interviewees was five employees and one consumer. The collected data were analyzed with content analysis using NVivo software. The result of this research is that value co-creation at PT GNE can be explained through dialogue, access, risk management and transparency. Value can be interpreted as product innovation, service and strategic policy. By knowing these aspects, the company can maximize value creation along with consumers. Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the significant effect of work habit, work load, and compensasion on the work satisfaction of contract staffs in Mataram University. This research is associative causality study. The population of this research are 344 contract staffs working in the administration from which 185 samples were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis were conducted with multiple linear regression. The research showed that 1) work habit had positive and significant effect on the work satisfaction, 2) work load had negative but not significant effect on the work satisfaction, 3) compensasion had positive and significant effect on the work satisfaction. The Recommendation given that to improve a work satisfaction can be done through improving the work habit and compensation. Improving the work habit includes work discipline and enhancing the sense of belonging to the organization through the appreciation the expertise as well as provide role in the work. The aspect of compensation, the amount of compensation and timeliness of the provision needs to be increase. The application of incentives periodically is also necessary. Aspects of the work load is necessary to develop the job characteristics so that the work load is not impressed light. Keywords:  work habbit, work load, compensation, work satisfaction

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyse (1) The signification impact from internal marketingto job satisfaction at Region General Hospital Patut Patuh Patju West Lombok. (2) The significationimpact from job satisfaction to customer orientation at Region General Hospital Patut Patuh PatjuWest Lombok. (3) The signification impact from internal marketing to customer orientation at RegionGeneral Hospital Patut Patuh Patju West Lombok. This research is an assosiatif causal study. Thedata were collected by using questionaires distributed to nurses in Region General Hospital PatutPatuh Patju West Lombok totaling 150 people. The data was processed and analysed by Path Analysisthrough AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) Internal marketing has a positive andsignificant impact on job satisfaction. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact oncustomer orientation. (3) Internal marketing has a positive and significant impact on customerorientation. Abstract

The research objectives are (1) to find out the significance influence of Quality of Work Life on employees’ Organizational Commitment, (2) to find out the significance influence of Individual Characteristics on employees ‘Organizational Commitment, (3) to find out the significance effect of Quality of Work Life on employees’ work performance, (4) to find out the significance influence of individual characteristics on employees’ work performance, (5) to find out the significance influence of employees’ Organizational Commitment to employees’ work performance, (6) to find out the significance effect of Quality of Work Life on Employees’ work Performance through Organizational Commitment, (7) to find out the significance influence of individual characteristics on Employees’ Performance through Organizational Commitment. This type of research is associative causality. Data collection tool was conducted using questionnaires given to 61 employees of BP3TKI Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat Province. Data analysis and hypothesis was tested using path analysis. The results showed that (1) Quality of Work Life has significant influence on employees’performance. (2) Individual Characteristics has significant influence on employees’performance. (3) Quality of Work Life significantly affects the Employees’ Organizational Commitment. (4)Individual characteristics significantly influence the Employee Organizational Commitment. (5) Organizational Commitment has significant influence on employees’ performance. (6) Quality of Work Life significantly affects the Employees’ Performance through Organizational Commitment. (7) The individual characteristics significantly influence Employees’ Performance through Organizational Commitment. Abstract

A number of teachers are found unenergetic and undisciplined because of some reasons, suchas no appreciation of they did at work, exclusion of school activities, no trust from the school leaders,no proper treatment in terms of promotion. All of these problems happen among teachers of LabuapiHigh School of West Lombok Regency. This study aims to investigate the significant influence ofindividual and organizational factors, either simultaneously or partially, on the teachers’Organizational Commitment.This research is categorized as an associative study. The population encompassed all 70 highschool teachers in Labuapi Distric of West Lombok Regency. These teachers were all taken assamples of the study. Data collection method involved the use of a questionnaire containingquestions about the Individual Factors, Organizational Factors, and Organizational Commitment.The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Results of the study indicate that the Individual and Organizational Factors simultaneouslyand partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable of Organizational Commitment. Themost dominant variable affecting Organizational commitment was the individual factor. This studyrecommends that principals of High Schools in Labuapi District of West Lombok constantly meetteachers' great expectations towards work appreciation, involve them emotionally in work-relatedactivities, nurture teacher's responsibility to work, develop a sense of pride for the teachers, providethem with more education training and pastoral care for students, increase the amount of free time togather with family, and reduce the pressure in both career and family matters.Keywords: Individual Factors, Organizational Factors, Organizational Commitment, MultipleRegression Analysis.
