Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and organizationalcommitment to turnover intention Educators Play Group at the Institute for Early ChildhoodEducation ( ECD ) in Mataram . The method of data collection is a sample survey and the populationin this study were all early childhood educators in play group in Mataram . The sample wasdetermined using random probability sampling technique with a total sample is 85 people . Theanalytical tool used to process the data and test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression .The results showed that compensation has a significant influence on turnover intention aswell as the commitment of the organization to have a significant effect on turnover intention . Effectof compensation and significant organizational commitment on the partial test or simultaneously .Compensation is more variable than the dominant influence of organizational commitment .Keywords : Compensation , Organizational Commitment , Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to find relevant main factors of conflict in SAMSAT Offices throughoutthe Island of Lombok. The study design includes an confarmatory research. Total respondent in thisstudy is 181 SAMSAT employees, but the actual data are based on 159 questionnaires. The maindata collection techniques are by using questionnaires, which were previously tested for their validityand reliability in other populations. Initial stage of data analysis are correlation test, KMO andBartlett's, anti-image correlation test, communalities, eigenvalues and the matrix componentsrotation. The conflict factors that are inputted in the factor analysis are 16 variables, whereas therelevant conflicts factors are only ten (10) including; workload variables, a job description,competition for resources, the dependence of the work, vagueness field tasks, the problem of status,social relationships, decision making, personnel policies and goal difference. The main conflict factorsare the main job description, the competition for resources, the dependence of the work, vaguenessfield tasks, the problem of status, social relationships and decision making. Those variables arecollected in the first factor are able to explain the variation conflict of 29.390 percent.Keywords: The Conflict Factors and Work Conflict.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention with regularity as moderating variable of Wardah consumers in Mataram. This research is quantitative study. The populations are women users of Wardah cosmetics in Mataram. the samples are 190 woman respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis or interaction test as the hypothesis test with the special multiple linear regression in which the regression equation consists of interactional elements (dual or more multiplication of independent variables).The research showed that promotion mix had some significant effects on the behavior intention which meant that the better the promotion mix, including advertisement, sales promotion,  publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing was, the better the behavior intention reflected through loyalty, propensity to switch, willingness to pay more, external response to problem, and internal response to problem was. Religiosity moderated the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention. This meant that the higher the religiosity was, the stronger the correlation between promotion mix and behavior intention was. Religiosity was a moderating variable that cannot be an independent variable. Keywords: promotion mix, behavior intention, religiousity.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyst store atmosphere influence towards impulsive buying. The research location was Hypermarket Lombok Epicentrum Mall Mataram. This research is a quantitative associative research. Data were collected from 100 samples. Then data were analyst by using linear regression tool. This research found that general interior, store layout and interior display shown positive influence and significant importance towards consumer impulsive buying. Overall research showed that general interior was more dominant when come to influence consumer impulsive buying. It is recommended that Hypermarket should observe and take into the consideration of the variant store atmosphere with more comprehensive in order to simplify the accuracy of the strategic direction that will create consumer impulsive buying. The management of the hypermarket should be more innovative in changing the exterior of the store by making the outside of the store more attractive and unique.   Keywords    :  Store Atmosphere, Store Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, Interior Display, and Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

This thesis is aimed at analyzing the effect of diversification of electronic products and the reputation of company on the repurchase interest in UD. Mekar Sari in Praya Central Lombok. This research is to analyse the effect of variable of company reputation on the repurchase interest in UD. Mekar Sari. This research is an associative study with all consumers buyimg the electronic products as the research population. The sample were 100 respondents. The data were analysed using SPSS.The research showed that Diversification of Electronic Products conducted by UD. Mekar Sari providing the various types, brands, and size of products has positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of consuumers. The Company reputation was measured with the company’s competence, excellee, trust of cconsumers, the company’s experience had positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest in UD. Abstract

Islam has regulated all aspect of human life, one of them is e-commerce. During the development, the criminals also increase. This is because of a lot of violence of business ethics that is not in aware of five basics principles of life; religion, soul, descendents, logics, and wealth (maqashid sharia). The aim of this research to determine the implementation of business ethics and the implementation of maqashid sharia in Bukalapak.com. This research is using qualitative approach. To study the content, the writer analyzed the collected information through some evente registered in the websites of Bukalapak.com. The conclude this research is the implementation of business ethics have been done well as applied by Rasulullah SAW, as in maqashid sharia with four protection system has been applied to protect the rights of the customers. The recommendation of this research is that all regulation should be applied well. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio toward financial distress in trade, services and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This study is considered the causative research. The sample is all trade, services and investment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2017. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a level of 5 percent, liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress in the companies and leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in the companies. Based on the results of this research, it can be used as a corrective action before it develops into severe financial distress and lead to bankruptcy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2017 sebanyak 134 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory dan www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi perusahaan agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan tindakan-tindakan perbaikan sebelum financial distress berkembang menjadi parah dan menyebabkan kebangkrutan.Keywords:Bankruptcy; Financial Distress; Leverage; Liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of Quality of work life and trust in leaderson the organizational commitment; and to examine the influence of trust in leaders andorganizational co0mmitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study wasconducted at the goverment-owned training centres throughout Lombok island.This is an associative causal relationship study involving 86 employees of thecentres as respondents of the study. For data analysis, the researcher employed PathAnalysis Research Design of SPSS Amos program.Result of the study show that the Quality of work life positively and significantlyinfluenced the organizational commitment. Also trust in leaders influenced theorganizational commitment. Quality of work life positively and significantly influenced theorganizational citizenship behavior. However, the trust in leaders negatively andinsignificantly influenced the organizational citizenship behavior. Finaly, it was found thatorganizational commitment positively but not significantly influenced the organizationalcitizenship behavior of the employees of the goverment-owned training centres throughoutLombok island.Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, Quality of work life, trust in leaders,organizational commitment.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif Perusahaan (Competitive Advantage), pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, dan pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan melalui Keunggulan Kompetitif (Competitive Advantage) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Efek Singapura dan terpilih sampel melalui purposive sampling yaitu 33 perusahaan dari LQ45 di Indonesia dan 26 perusahaan dari Strait Times Index di Singapura pada tahun 2014-2016. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji asumsi klasik untuk mengukur pengaruh variable terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia dan di Singapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Modal Intelektual terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif, Modal Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, dan Keunggulan Kompetitif mampu memediasi pengaruh Modal Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada tahun 2014-2016.This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Competitive Advantage, the effect of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Financial Performance, and the effect of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Financial Performance through Competitive Advantage (Competitive Advantage) by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study was the financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange and was selected by purposive sampling, namely 33 companies from LQ45 in Indonesia and 26 companies from the Straits Times Index in Singapore in 2014-2016. The data processing of this study uses path analysis (path analysis) and classic assumption test to measure the influence of variables on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia and in Singapore. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Intellectual Capital on Competitive Advantage, Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance, and Competitive Advantage able to mediate the effect of Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance in 2014-2016.Kata Kunci :Modal Intelektual, Kinerja Keuangan, Keunggulan Kompetitif Keywords :Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This research examined the influence of interpersonal communication, medicalfacilities, trust and word of mouth (WOM) outpatients in Mataram City Hospital.Specifically, the objectives of this research was to determine the significance effect of theinterpersonal communication and medical facilities toward the trust and WOM outpatientsin Mataram City Hospital. The samples using purposive sampling method. Respondentswere public patients undergoing outpatient treatment and patients who had more than twotimes in poly Mataram City Hospital. This research uses the path analysis with theapplication Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed thatinterpersonal communication positive and significant effect toward the trust, medicalfacilities positive and significant effect toward the trust, interpersonal communicationpositive and significant effect toward WOM, medical facilities are not exhibited significantlypositive effect toward WOM, trust were positive and significant effect toward WOM,interpersonal communication positive and significant effect toward WOM through trust, aswell as medical facilities significant and positive effect toward WOM through trustoutpatients in Mataram City Hospital.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Medical Facilities, Trust,and Word Of Mouth(WOM).
