Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of work safety and health transformational leadership and organisational culture on the organisational commitment and at analysing which variable is the most dominant to affect the organisational commitment of employees of Mataram Fish Quarantine, Harvesting and Quality Control (FQHQC) Class II. This research is associative-causal research where the data were collected from 57 employees of FQHQC Class II Mataram through quetionnaires. The data were analysed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and the hypothesis was tested partially and simultaneously. The research showed that work safety and health, transformational leadership and organisation culture partially and simultaneously have significant effect on the organisational commitment employees of FQHQC Class II Mataram. The variable of transformational leadership is the most dominant factor to affect the organisational commitment of employees of BKIPM Class II Mataram. The research concluded that work safety and health, transformational leadership and organisational culture have significant effect on the organisational commitment of employees of BKIPM Class II Mataram. The variable of transformational leadership is the most dominat factor to affect the organisational of employees of BKIPM Class II Mataram. The transformatonal leadership style applied in FQHQC Class II Mataram should prioritize the improvement of work safety and health, organisational culture of employees to improve the organisational commitment of employees of FQHQC Class II Mataram. Keywords:      Work Safety and Health, Transformational Leadership, Organisation Culture, and Organisational Commitment.

Abstract

        This study aimed to analyze the differences in perception between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders to transparency and accountability in financial management of the school. The population in this study were all teachers, staff, administrators of the school committee who becomes the object of research, vocational superintendent, Board of Education Central Lombok, and Non-Governmental Peoples, which operates in the field of education. The object of this study is SMKN 1 Central Praya, SMK 1 Praya, SMK 1 Kopang, SMK 1 Pujut, SMK 1 Janapria, SMK 1 Batukliang, SMK 1 North Batukliang, SMK 1 West Praya, and SMK 2 Central Praya. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 227 people. Statistic analysis results show: 1) the difference in the average perception of internal and external stakeholders on the transparency of financial management SMK in Central Lombok regency; 2) There is no difference in the average perception of stakeholders internal and external to the SMK accountability in financial management in Central Lombok regency.          Keywords : Stakeholders Perception, Transparency, Accountability, Financial Management Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) To analyze the significance of the influence of motivation factors consisting of existence, relationship and growth on employee productivity. (2) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used in this study is associative research. Data collection method used in this research is census method as much as 128 employees. The data collection tool used questionnaires and analyzed using moderating regression analysis (MRA). The results showed (1) motivation factors consisting of the needs of existence, relationship and growth have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. (2) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) The atmosphere of diversity is not able to strengthen the influence of the relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

The increasing leverage ratio every year can not boost up the share closing price that tends to fluctuate and decrease every year. The fluctuation in the profitability and the growth ratio of company also tend to decrease followed by the decreasing of share price. This research is aimed at determining the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on equity (ROE), and company growth on the share price in manufacture company in subsector of pharmacy during the period 2011 – 2015.The population of this research is all manufacture company in subsector of pharmacy registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011 – 2015. The samples were 8 manufacture companies selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected through documentation and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS program.The partially (t-test) research showed that 1) Leverage did not have effect on the share price, 2) profitability had negative effect on the share price, 3) company growth did not have effect on the share price in manufacture companies subsector pharmacy in 2011 – 2015.Keywords: debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity ratio (ROE), company growth, share price

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on OCB, to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Climate, to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate on OCB, to analyze the Climate of Transformational Leadership Mediation Organization against OCB. This research was conducted at Population and Civil Registration District Agency Of Mataram with 45 people as a sample using saturated sampling technique that is sample determination technique when all member of population used as sample. The type of this research was associative causal research and data collection tool was Analysis PLS-SEM. The results of the data analysis shows that, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The Climate Organization has a positive and significant impact on OCB. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the Climate of the Organization. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on OCB through the Climate of the Organization. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate and OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of spirituality in the workplace on teacher organizational commitment in the Gunung Sari Al Aziziah Islamic boarding school. The research’s paradigm is the positivist paradigm with quantitative methods as the right design to achieve the research objectives. Through this approach the researcher distributes a structured questionnaire aimed at obtaining data to be analyzed to 115 teacher respondents in the Gunung Sari Al Aziziah Islamic boarding school. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squre (PLS). The results showed that spirituality in the workplace had a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment at the Al AziziahGunung Sari boarding school. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh spiritualitas pesantren Al Aziziah Gunung Sari. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah paradigma positif dengan metode kuantitatif sebagai desain yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Melalui pendekatan ini peneliti mendistribusikan kuesioner terstruktur bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dianalisis untuk responden guru 115 di Pesantren Al Aziziah Gunung Sari. Data di analisis menggunakan Partial Least Squre (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasi guru di sekolah asrama Al Aziziah Gunung Sari.Keywords :spirituality in the workplace, organizational commitment

Abstract

This research entitles Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation to the Work Satisfaction (A Study at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram). It is aimed at analyzing the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and compensation to the work of the staffs at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram, both simultaneously and partially. This particular research is an associative research. Those surveyed are 103 staffs in total who are employed as civil servants at that particular department. The sample of the research was selected using total sampling technique, in which it took all civil servants as respondents. The instruments were examined using multiple linier regression analysis method, in which the software SPSS 20 was used to examine research hypothesis. The research reveals that ,(1) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation partially effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (2) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation simultaneously effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (3) physical work environment effected the staffs’ work satisfaction dominantly.Key words: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the elements of corporate image that is personality, reputation, value, and corporate and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the customer's decision in choosing banking services at PT. Bank BRI Cabang Mataram. This research is expected to provide benefits such as: Academically, the requirement for unanimity courses Masters (S2) in the Management Program, University of Mataram. Theoretically, this study is one opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during the Marketing Management in college. In practical terms, the expected results of the study can be used as consideration for PT. Bank BRI Cabang Mataram to promote the company. This type of research is associative causal research and sampling techniques using accidental sampling as many as 100 customers of Bank BRI Cabang Mataram. Analysis techniques used is Multiple Linear Regression.The results showed that: personality significantly influence the customer's decision. Reputation significantly influence the customer's decision. Value significantly influence the customer's decision. corporate significantly influence the customer's decision. The dominant variables strongly influence the customer's decision that personality factors BRI Bank Cabang Mataram. Overall personality, reputation, value, and corporate significantly influence the customer's decision.Then, the most important thing and should not be overlooked is that in a business, especially PT. Bank BRI Cabang Mataram is idealism product or performance that must be constantly maintained and improved. Because this is what distinguishes between other Cabang Bank BRI Unit and Other Bank. Keywords: Decision of customers, Elements of corporate image.

Abstract

The use of mobile services as a medium of communication showed increasing trend over time in the community. it also affects the changes in their behavior patterns. especially people who want the ease of communicating and getting information.  The problem formulated in this study is: what factors are influencing the decision-making of buyers of mobile services XL (study of mobile users XL in rural areas of Central Lombok district). seen from the aspects of individual consumers. environmental aspects and marketing stimuli aspects. and which of these factor dominantly influence the decision on the purchase of XL's mobile products.  This research is the associative / relationship study described through quantitative research approach to determine the effect of variable on the number of XL product user services in rural areas of central Lombok regency. Methods of sampling used is non probabiliy sampling. While the sampling technique is accidental sampling. The total number of sample is 100 people. There are 13 research variables. Thc variable is measured with Likert scale. Hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis through F test and T test with confidence level at 95% (a=0,05). The Results of partial testing of the nine factors that have significant influence show that simultanously consumers need (X1). consumers income (X2). the influence of family / neighbors (X4). consumers social interaction (X5). recomendation of consumers' friends (X6). price of XL credits (X8), quality of XL cellular service (X9). the availability of the service center of XL cellular (X I 0) and the availability of stores or vendors that sell cellular services XL (X 12) affect the decision of XL cellular services in Central Lombok Regency. meanwhile, the availability of the service center of XL is the most dominant factor.  From the results of this study. it is suggested that the marketers pay attention on marketing stimuli factors, in particular the availability of the service center as a consideration in formulating marketing strategic. and also for fellow researchers to conduct research on consumer behavior related to the their needs and desires. Keyword : changing patterns of behavior, individual aspects of consumer, environmental aspects, aspects of marketing stimuli, decisions on purchasing XL mobile services, availibility of service centers, needs and desires.
