A thesaurus limits its scope to specific subjects or related to certain subjects and is a means of standardizing terms created as a tool in the process of organizing information. A principle-compliant index language is required when organizing information. A user warrant and literary warrant approach can be used to construct a thesaurus with a particular subject. User warrant means the collection of terms based on users’ frequency of use of a term, while the literary warrant is carried out with an accurate survey of a word, phrase, or term contained in literature. The results of the analysis in the form of a thesaurus prototype can be used as a tool for document indexing and information retrieval. This becomes a tool for classifying and finding collections in the library as collections with various subjects grow. A thesaurus is a form of means of supervising controlled terms post-adjustment or post-coordination. In constructing the thesaurus, an arrangement of entries is formed to show equivalence relationships, hierarchical and associative. The results of the subject thesaurus construction can be used as a basis for further thesaurus development, which is more complete for the indexing process.

A mosque library is an institution or work unit that manages written works, printed works and/or recorded works professionally using a standard system, which was formed and developed by the mosque to meet research, knowledge, information, religious and recreational needs. As an informal educational institution, the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library should provide printed books, especially about Minangkabau Customs. This is due to the small number of printed books on the subject of Minangkabau Customs. The aim of this research is to describe the role of the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library as a Minangkabau Traditional Learning Resource and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library as a Minangkabau Traditional Learning Resource. The research method used is a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a type of research that produces insights that cannot be achieved using statistical or other quantitative methods. The results of this research indicate that the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library cannot be said to be a source of learning about Minangkabau Customs. This is due to the low level of visits to the library and the relatively small collection held by the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library. Other obstacles found in the management of the West Sumatra Grand Mosque Library are the absence of definitive management staff, the absence of a fixed budget, relatively small collections, the membership system has not yet been established and the absence of donors or institutions that provide book grant assistance and the promotion of POCADI (Pojok Baca Digital) by the Sumatra Grand Mosque Library has not yet been implemented. West to the residents of the city of Padang.

The following research aims to find out the quality analysis carried out on the Library Garden Website on the user experience when using it. In the following research, a qualitative method is used, where the author collects data sourced from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, the data was tested for validity using the credibility test with the triangulation technique method. The analysis process is carried out using two theories, namely Shedroff Theory and Miller Theory. Website quality can be determined in terms of: content, information design, performance, compatibility, visual design, and interaction design which are summarized in Shedroff Theory. Meanwhile, Miller Theory is used to represent a more specific analysis related to visual design, which consists of parts: header, feature area, body, sidebar, footer, and background. The results of the research show that the Library Garden website has a fairly suboptimal quality in presenting user experience. This is indicated by the many factors that do not match the results of the analysis of the twelve concepts according to Shedroff Theory and Miller Theory; which of course greatly affects the process of searching and disseminating information related to UPT Pusat Perpustakaan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The results of this study are expected to provide reference advice / input to the UPT Pusat Library UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in maximizing management strategies, development, and better utilization of the Library Garden Website in the future.

Social society inclusion is a process of developing the capacity of individuals and groups to participate and play a role. This research aims to discover the innovation model and development of library services based on social inclusion. And obstacles faced in the implementation of the development of the innovation. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques observation, and in-depth interviews. The data validity test with the triangulation test is through the collection of data from the results of interviews and observations that have been made. The formulation of the problem that the author will examine is how service innovation is based on social inclusion at the Kebumen Regency Regional Archives and Library Office. The results showed that the Kebumen Regency Regional Archives and Library Service innovated library services based on social inclusion, for the innovations, namely Lampborgini services, namely the latest generation mobile car services, craft academy services, namely applicative activities by involving the community in workshop activities with topics according to books in the library, kupu- kupu malam service, namely mandatory visiting activities for kindergarten, elementary, junior high school children filled with various activities according to their talents and interests, cheerful library tourism movement services, smart services, community fair services, Jurassicpark services, rational services (literacy on alun-alun). Factors that support library activities in social inclusion-based library service innovation are budget, human resources, and technological developments. Technological developments provide convenience quickly to its users, one of the media for technological and communication developments is Instagram social media. Instagram social media makes it easy to find and get information. This means that libraries need to keep up with the times. Libraries are required in order to introduce and utilize various collections, services and activities provided for the community. The North Jakarta sub-district library has social media Instagram @perpusjkt_utara to disseminate information, services, collections and activities in the library. The research aims to find out how social media and Instagram influences the use of libraries in the North Jakarta Library and archives department. The method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method to determine the influence of Instagram social media on library use with a total of 76 library user respondents. The results obtained in this research show that the Instagram social media @perpusjkt_utara with all the activities carried out encourages library users to utilize the library in terms of services, activity events and the existence of collections so that the Instagram social media variable has a significant effect on library utilization with a significance value of 0.000 0, 05 and the Pearson correlations obtained were 0.863 in the interval 0.80 - 1.000, there was a positive and strong correlation. The research concludes that the social media Instagram @perpusjkt_utara with all the activities carried out encourages library users to utilize the library in terms of services, event activities, and the existence of collections. So the social media variable Instagram has a significant effect on library utilization.

The increasing development of digital archives requires an optimal solution to face challenges in its security aspects. These challenges can be overcome by using blockchain as an encryption that keeps the archive reliable and trustworthy. This study aims to determine the development of scientific article publications that identify the relationship between blockchain and archives. Data was obtained from the database published by Web of Science (WoS) from 2015-2023. The keywords used to obtain appropriate results are “Blockchain” and “Archive” based on topics. Then 106 documents were obtained, namely articles and proceedings papers. The search results were exported in BibTex format and analyzed bibliometrically using the biblioshiny web interface from R Studio software. The results of the analysis show that blockchain-related publications in digital archives are still not very developed. This is because publications have only started since 2015, which is the beginning of innovation in the application of blockchain in digital archives. In addition, it is supported by treemap and wordcloud analysis which did not find the word archive.

The challenges for libraries today are enormous. As a growing organization, libraries must keep up with the times and the increasingly diverse information technology to survive and not be eroded by the times. Various efforts need to be made to maintain the library's existence by consistently providing the best service and involving the aspirations of the community served. This research aims to help improve the existence of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Library as supporting the tri dharma of higher education. The approach in this research is qualitative with the type of field research. The data collection method was conducted through focus group discussion (FGD). Participants in this FGD are students, lecturers, and academic staff representatives. The results of this study found that several things need to be considered to improve the library's existence, including various aspects, namely policies, services, collections, facilities, literacy activities, cleanliness, and human resources. The contribution of this research is used as a guideline to improve library governance and provide many conveniences to library users so that they feel the library's existence.

In a nation, libraries serve as centers for the management and preservation of knowledge, representing the intellectual wealth and cultural heritage of the nation. Therefore, library collections, especially rare manuscripts, require special attention due to their historical, cultural, and essential knowledge value. One of the libraries in Indonesia that possesses rare manuscripts is Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi. Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi collaborates with The National Library of Indonesia Perpustakaan Nasional to manage and preserve these rare manuscripts. This research is conducted to conduct an in-depth study of the outcomes and forms of the preservation collaboration of rare manuscripts between Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi and Perpustakaan Nasional, including its processes, benefits, challenges, and its impact on the community or readers, Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi, and Perpustakaan Nasional. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The research findings reveal that the preservation collaboration activities between Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi and Perpustakan Nasional are considered to run smoothly. Through this collaborative program, approximately 60 titles of rare manuscripts available at Perpustakaan Pusat Survei Geologi have been successfully digitized. The benefits of this collaboration are evident for both parties, although the impact on users is perceived as not yet having a significant effect.
