Abstract

Dunia bisnis yang penuh persaingan membuat para pelakunya harus selalu memikirkan strategi-strategi terobosan yang dapat menjamin kelangsungan bisnis mereka.Salah satu aset utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan masa kini adalah data bisnis dalam jumlah yang luar biasa banyak. Ini melahirkan kebutuhan akan adanya teknologi yang dapat memanfaatkannya untuk membangkitkan “pengetahuan-pengetahuan” baru, yang dapat membantu dalam pengaturan strategi bisnis. Teknologi data mining hadir sebagai solusi. Makalah ini akan mengulas permasalahan bisnis yang ada dalam mendeteksi potensi hipertensi dari data-data histroris atau data set yang ada selama ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah Decision Tree dan Naive-Bayes yang sama-sama merupakan bagian dari metode Data Mining Klasifikasi (Supervised Learning).Metode Decision Tree dan Metode Naive mengubah data training yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk tabel dengan atribut dan record menjadi menjadi pohon keputusan (decision tree) dan aturan-aturan keputusan (rule).Metode Naïve Bayes data dinyatakan dalam tabel dengan atribut dan record terutama untuk data-data-data yang tidak konsisten maupun bias untuk mendapatkan hipotesis dari suatu keputusan. Dari data training yang diolah terdapat perbedaan keputusan yang dihasilkan antar kedua metode tersebut, hal ini terlihat pada proses pembentukan pohon / tree pada tree yang dikembangkan untuk atribut usia dengan instance tua terdapat 1 data training yang menyatakan ya dan 1 data menyatakan tidak, maka untuk menentukan pilihan memerlukan campur tangan seorang pakar, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada proses pembentukan tree jika terdapat kondisi leaf node memiliki nilai entropy yang sama, maka membutuhkan inputan pengetahuan dari sang pakar. Hasil keputusan dari metode Naïve Bayes lebih akurat dari pada hasil keputusan metode Decision Tree.

Abstract

Kebutuhan Teknologi dan Informasi yang canggih seperti sekarang tidak dapat dielakkan lagi hal ini berguna untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia. Manusia dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkannya asalkan perangkat kerasnya terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Seperti halnya di dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya Perguruan Tinggi Informasi di butuhkan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dan dosen dalam melaksanakan aktifitas belajar-mengajar sehingga aktifitas belajar-mengajar dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Untuk memberikan layanan informasi yang cepat ini maka setiap perguruan tinggi telah menyediakan layanan situs web dari tiap masing-masing perguruan tinggi. Akan tetapi penggunaan situs web perguruan tinggi ini belumlah terpakai secara maksimal hal ini dapat dilihat bahwasannya penyampaian informasi ratinggnya akan tinggi ketika di awal dan diakhir tahun ajaran saja. Untuk memaksimalkan pemakaian situs web inilah maka pada penggunaan situs web perguruan tinggi di pergunakan dengan sebaik mungkin dimana pada saat tengah-tengah tahun ajaran disaat kegiatan perkuliahan sedang dilaksanakan dan aktifitas kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswa sangat penuh dengan aktifitasnya seperti seminar, hut himpunan kemahasiswaan dan lainnya masih menggunakan papan dinding di setiap organisasi kemahasiswaan dan di setiap jurusan prodi. Dengan penyampaian informasi dengan menggunakan papan dinding ini peneliti melihat sangat merugikan perguruan tinggi selain lingkungan kampus terlihat kotor dan tidak asri, dan berdampak merugikan yang lainnya seperti banyaknya kertas yang tidak terpakai dan terbuang untuk menyampaikan informasi tersebut sesudah informasi tersebut di umumkan. Penyajian informasi ini juga dilihat sudah tidak efektif dan efisien lagi penggunaanya bagi mahasiswa hal ini karena mahasiswa harus melihat secara langsung informasi yang di butuhkan di papan dinding perguruan tinggi tersebut karena tidak menghemat dari segi waktu. Dan untuk mengatasi dan menjembatani hal tersebut sehingga penggunaan situs web suatu perguruan tinggi tersebut dapat maksimal penggunaannya maka peneliti mengambil suatu judul yaitu Sistem Pusat Informasi Kemahasiswaan Dengan menggunakan Metode MVC dan Menggunakan PHP dari perguruan tinggi tersebut.

Abstract

Currently an industry if it is to be a sustainable company that life continues, then it must have a system that works is set operational standard operating procedures. Without such standards, the company does not have a handle in running the company. This problem will be felt when the company handle billing, therefore, to then be made to the system can handle billing system.On this system will set up the billing process to avoid cheating in it. All these systems are adapted to the conditions of the company from all sides. So that the system can be run in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the company.

Abstract

Jembatan adalah suatu struktur konstruksi yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan dua bagian jalan yang terputus oleh adanya rintangan-rintangan seperti lembah yang dalam, alur sungai, saluran irigasi dan lain-lain. Suatu sistem jaringan jalan terdiri dari jalan dan jembatan dilakukan apabila rencana jalan melintasi sebuah sungai atau bersinggungan dengan jalan yang telah ada. Pemilihan jenis jembatan sendiri didasarkan pada panjang bentang jembatan serta tingkat lalu-lintas yang melaluinya.Sebagai studi kasus, data yang digunakan dalam kajian desain alternatif jembatan menggunakan plat girder merupakan data pembangunan Jembatan RSUD Kota Tangerang yang merupakan salah satu contoh dari pemilihan tipe jembatan yang berdasarkan panjang bentang.Adapun hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelat girder flens 40 cm x 4 cm dan ukuran web 142 cm x 0,8 cm sebagai struktur girder untuk desain alternatif jembatan serta perbandingan volume didapatkan untuk struktur pelat girder dibutuhkan bahan baja sebanyak 30,525 m3 sedangkan untuk struktur beton existing membutuhkan bahan beton sebanyak 344,218 m3.

Abstract

The main factor that effect the regulation to traffic light, especillly at the intersection is the large volume of vehicles. If have more vehicles are passing, they will have a long queue of vehicle pass through it. This means it needed the green light at the traffic light with sufficient time, so that the volume of the vehicle at the intersection can be reduced or even entirely passed. Related to the timing of the traffic light, it is necessarry to have a automatic control system that can be used to control it. In the timing of the traffic lights optimally at intersections, the data obtained are processed by using the method of Webster, and then conducted an analysis the data of the processing results. From the data processing volume of traffic density, then used as input data to control the timing of traffic light.

Abstract

Behaviour and existing of free electron has attact the attention for the scientist. Researches for studying characteristic of free electron have been carried out in order to utilize such electron in several purposes in the life. Development in solid statesphysics has lead to good understanding of free electron behaviour in state materials. Solid-state physics forms the theoretical basis of materials science. It also has direct applications, for example in the technology of transistors and semiconductors. Throughout the development technology of semiconductor, electron current in semiconductor chips can be utilized for several purposes due to digital codes. Solid-state electronics are those circuits or devices built entirely from solid materials and in which the electrons, or other charge carriers, are confined entirely within the solid material. Recently has been developed a kind of method to produce semiconductor material using nuclear technology. This paper will describe the technology of producing semiconductor material using neutron beam irradiation in a nuclear reactor core. Nuclear technology with neutron beam irradiation can produde very good in quality due to its hight impurityof semiconductor material.

Abstract

Umpire test (referee test) may be conducted by the coal supplier based on the potential loss due to the difference Certificate of Analysis (COA) in both ports (loading and unloading). The purpose of the research was to determine a comparison of COA from non-probability sampling compiled with standard. The research method used quantitative methods by collecting COA data on both ports. These data on the receipt of coal was obtained from a coal-fired steam power plant (PLTU). A Sampling at both ports was conducted by the non-probability sampling method. The assumption was determined that the sample preparation and analysis process had complied with the American Standard Testing and Material (ASTM) standards. The ratio of ash (dry basis) in both COA to its average was processed statistically by taking confidence intervals with a confidence level of 95%. This research showed that the ratio was in the range of 10.213% up to 16.793%, exceeding precision 10% as required by ASTM D2234-16. Therefore, the comparison of COA data from non-probability sampling, could not be used as a reference for the doubt of the work of independent surveyors e.g. COA unloading, then it is technically that umpire test could not be conducted by such comparison.

Abstract

The source of waste produced by PT PLN (Persero) UPDL Tuntungan comes from offices and classrooms, mess and dormitories, parks and roads as well as dining rooms. We need a good waste management system planning for optimisation existing waste treatment. The research objective is to calculate the generation and composition, plan operational techniques and waste management schemes. The method of measuring the generation and composition of waste uses SNI 19-3964-1994. The results of the study showed that the solid waste generation based on the maximum capacity produced was 210.10 kg/day or 1,752.23 l/day with the composition of the solid waste produced as a whole of food remaining 11.20%, wood and plant waste 65.07%, fabric/textile 1.59%, rubber 1.26%, plastic 10.80%, metal 0.75%, glass, 1.14%, paper 5.34%, tissue 1.29%, and styrofoam 1, 56%. Garbage operational techniques that will be planned starting from storage using a 20L bin will be divided into 5 types, namely organic, plastic, paper, etc. and hazardous and toxic materials, and placed 1 container of 120L size garbage for trash from the dining room. Collection and transfer using 660L depot transfer. Transporting garbage using a 1 m3 garbage motor to the TPS for further composting and sorting. For garbage that still has a sale value, it is sold to pelapak and the residual waste is taken to the landfill.

Abstract

This research aims is to increase engine power by raising the air temperature and fuel temperature into the engine and its effect on the resulting of SFC. Diesel engines that are use turbocharger, the air temperatures have increased but the fuel temperature is still fixed. The problem is how if the air temperature and fuel temperature are raised whether the engine power will increase and the SFC will change. This study was conducted with experiments using a car that the air temperature is adjusted up to 100oC and the fuel temperature that goes into the engine is made a maximum of 70oC. The test results show that with rising air temperatures and fuel temperatures going into the average power engine will raise and save fuel, power and saving SFC occurs at 90°C and 70oC fuel. Rotation of engine that can produce power and fuel-efficient is at around 2000 rpm.

Abstract

Controlling electrical equipment within a certain time frame is one thing that is quite important. By controlling existing equipment in the house such as air conditioning, TV, fans, etc. It is often found that some electrical tools that survive are not used, in addition to waste also shortens the life of the electrical appliances. Therefore we need control and supervision of electrical devices using intelligent power strips. IoT or commonly known as the internet from things that are concepts that are intended to get the concept of the benefits of internet connectivity that is connected continuously. This concept can be used for monitoring and controlling electrical equipment that connects smart electrical terminals or power strips. By using an electrical terminal device that is paired with a system and module that can be controlled using a smartphone. Android is one of the many smartphone OSes that can bridge or facilitate all human work, one of which is in terms of control, which functions from this android as a remote control media that can be accessed by electronic devices in the home and certainly has connected first with the IoT module. This study discusses making smart sockets or smart power strips that can be rotated using a smartphone so that any electrical equipment can be used on users who do not use home.
