Abstract

The increase in population, urban development and road construction are the demands of many communities in obtaining public street lighting for road users by providing better services. Public street lighting has become a necessity for many people, which is very important for two-wheeled, four-wheeled, and many-wheeled drivers for safety and comfort in traffic, especially at night. Therefore, the authors conducted a new research design by arranging public street lighting in the area of ​​the Depok Cilodong highway, with the aim of providing the beauty of the road environment by the model of the arrangement and installation of poles, pole height and PJU lamp models to the road body. Its uniqueness is seen from the perspective of the side of social and environmental impacts that are generally not seen by the local government and the level of evenness of road lighting on road materials is still lacking, so that the impact on the road user community is better and more modern. The method used with the Dialux EVO 8.2 Program for short road lengths can choose street lights taken from the IES Lighting data on the 10W Eco Led, 10 VAC Milky Way, which is installed with a height of 8 meters with a distance between poles 15 meters with a large amount of procurement allows for high costs. For the long distance of the road, you can use the 20W Led Bimasakti Eco street light, 10 VAC, which is installed with a height of 8 meters and 20 meters between the poles. So by analyzing the selection criteria, it is capable of producing street lighting with lighting levels in accordance with SNI 7391-2008 and considering the quantity of material procurement as well as the tipping point which has an impact on financing for installation services.

Abstract

Beragamnya metode yang ditawarkan oleh fuzzy logic kontroller membuat sebagaian orang meneliti mengenai perbedaan metode inferensi yang digunakan oleh fuzzy logic controller. Sejauh ini terdapat tiga metode fuzzy logic kontroller yang telah dikembangkan yaitu Mamdani, Sugono dan Sukamoto. Pada jurnal ini penggunaan fuzzy logic kontroller akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan motor dc penguat terpisah sebagai beban untuk melakukan pengaturan kecepatan motor dc. Pada paper ini tujuan utamanya adalah dapat mengendalikan kecepatan dari motor DC Penguatan Terpisah dengan mengatur tegangan jangkar dari motor tersebut. DC motor merupakan salah satu jenis motor memiliki banyak aplikasi dan memiliki kemudahan untuk mengatur kecepatan pada motor tersebut. Logika fuzzy yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah inferensi sugeno dimana dengan konfigurasi Multiple Input Single Output (MiSo). Dimana input berupa error dan perubahan error dan output berupa duty cycle dikarenakan yang dikendalikan oleh logika fuzzy adalah Boost Converter selaku controlled voltage source. Target pada jurnal ini adalah dari kecilnya nilai steady – state error dan minimnya osilasi sehingga mampu membuat sistem lebih stabil. Pada studi ini, Hasil pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Simulink by Matlab dengan Hasil pengujian berupa error rata rata sebesar 5.36%.

Abstract

Kompor merupakan kebutuhan sehari-hari yang digunakan masyarakat sebagai alat untuk menyediakan berbagai makanan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pokok. Penggunaan kompor gas sangat umum digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan karena mudah didapat dan ekonomis (Pemerintah di Indonesia masih mensubsidi tabung gas 3 kg sehingga harganya sangat terjangkau). Namun saat ini pemerintah mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakan kompor induksi sebagai pengganti dari kompor gas untuk mengurangi impor gas yang selama ini jumlahnya terus meningkat. Pada penelitian sebelumnya dilakukan perbandingan antara penggunaan kompor gas, listrik, dan induksi dengan mengujinya dalam mendidihkan 1 liter air. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian performa kompor gas dan kompor induksi dalam penggunaannya sehari-hari dengan membandingkan pemakaian energi dan aspek ekonomisnya selama 4 minggu. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa pemakaian energi pada kompor induksi dalam 4 miinggu lebih hemat energi dengan pemakaian sebesar 9900,571 kJ dibandingkan dengan kompor gas yaitu 225389,75 kJ di periode waktu yang sama. Namun dari keekonomian, kompor induksi menghabiskan biaya lebih besar yaitu Rp. 4048,45,- dibandingkan dengan kompor gas yang menggunakan gas subsidi yaitu sebesar Rp. 2400,-. Sedangkan untuk biaya pemakaian kompor gas dengan gas nonsubsidi besarnya biaya adalah Rp. 5625,-.

Abstract

The Jakarta Outer Ring Road North W2 Section I has a different road width and also an interchange that is curved like a circle. On this toll road the distance between the piles used in both type of road is the same, that is equal to 30 m. Determination of the distance between the poles of the street lighting for straight roads and curved paths in this thesis using the phytagoras method. Where the distance between the lampposts for a straight road with the width of the road ranges from 4.5 m to 14.5 m from the calculation results require the distance between piles of 21.09 to 29.85 (<30 m) this results in less lighting standard. And for the width of the road ranging from 15.5 m to 30.5 m from the calculation results require the distance between the piles of 31.01 m to 50.82 m (> 30 m) which results in waste in the installation of the number of poles. Whereas for curved roads with a road width of 7.5 m for the placement of light poles in the arches of the road requires a smaller distance between piles of 20.96 m (<30 m).

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik is a company that distributes electricity. In the distribution process of electricity distribution from generators to consumers, there is an inconsistency with the data on electrical energy supplied from power plants to the energy that is consumed. consumers are also the background of this research. The research objective is how much energy losses (losses) in the conductor that flows from the generator to the maximum and minimum consumer consumption during 2018. This research method is 1. Preparation stage by identifying problems with energy loss (Losess), 2. Pre-Research Stage This stage is looking for reference sources that will be used either from books, internet, thesis results or practical work related to the theme taken namely energy loss, 3. Data Selection Stage This stage is data collection in accordance with the targets and objectives of this study. The results of the study were the minimum losses recorded during 2018, which was (-2.041%), and the maximum value was (1.588%). The conclusion of this research is that the smaller the size of the carrier, it means that the lower the cost of distribution. And if the smaller the size that is on the conductor, it means that the voltage drop and the average total value of distribution losses per year will be even greater.

Abstract

Electrical Measurement is one of the courses in Electrical Engineering, which consists of theoretical and practical subjects. The system of taking practical courses should be implemented after taking theoretical courses or simultaneously in one semester. But in reality there are still students who take practical courses before taking theoretical courses, especially in the Electrical Measurement course. Based on the description above, the researcher would describe whether there is an influence of learning outcomes of Electrical Measurement Theoretical Courses on learning outcomes of Electrical Measurement Practical Courses. This research must be held to measure motivation to learn of students and learn the interaction between learning motivation and Electrical Measurement Practical Courses. This research was analyzed using two-way ANAVA (Two Way ANOVAI) with a 2x2 factorial design and further tests using Tukey Test. The result was there is an interaction between Electrical Measurement Theoretical Courses and student's learning motivation of their Electrical Measurement Practical Courses' results. This can be seen from 16.66 and Ft = 4.04 at α = 0.05 with Fh> Ft means H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Scott's transformer size which is suitable for use in the electrical system of the 4th Floor, F&G Building, Herry Hartanto Building, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University. found in the electrical system. The research used is a quantitative and qualitative approach. This quantitative study was used because the researchers wanted to know and calculate the magnitude of the harmonics that occurred on the 4th Floor, F&G Building, Herry Hartanto, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University and designed a single passive tuned filter parameter. Whereas qualitative research was used to analyze the comparison between before and after the installation of Scott transformers and their effect on the harmonic value of the 4th Floor, F&G Building, Herry Hartanto, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University. The results of this study are the simulation results of the Scott relationship transformer installation can eliminate voltage harmonics so that the electric waves formed into pure sine and Scott transformer connection installation can reduce the highest THD value in panel A, Floor 4, Building F&G, Herry Hartanto Building, Faculty of Technology Industry, Trisakti University from 11.45% to 1.28x10-5%

Abstract

Studi mengenai pengoperasian pembangkit listrik dari energi terbarukan dengan tenaga angin khususnya terkait dengan peran sistem kontrol pada pembangkit listrik tenaga angin relatif masih sangat terbatas. Peran sistem kontrol sendiri sangat penting di dalam konversi daya pembangkit listrik seperti ini. Oleh sebab itu untuk mengetahui serta menyelidiki pengaruh sistem kontrol konverter daya pada pembangkit listrik tenaga angin khususnya dengan Double-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) dibutuhkan pemodelan dari pembangkit listrik tenaga angin dengan DFIG serta sistem kontrol yang dapat digunakan untuk simulasi pada jaringan atau sistem tenaga listrik. Penelitian dengan demikian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembangkit listrik tenaga angin dengan generator DFIG beserta sistem kontrolnya yang dapat mengatur konversi daya secara optimal pada operasi yang terkoneksi ke jaringan listrik. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan pada penelitian ini yang terdiri dari kajian literatur, persiapan perangkat untuk simulasi memakai MATLAB/Simulink, pemodelan DFIG dengan penurunan persamaan yang berlaku, penyederhanaan model, disain kontrol, simulasi dan analisis. Pada tahapan penelitian ini hasil yang didapat merupakah sebagian tahapan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan pemodelan DFIG yang disederhanakan. Model DFIG yang disederhanakan ini diperoleh setelah melalui perumusan persamaan matematis dari rangkaian ekuivalen DFIG, menurunkan persamaan untuk model transien DFIG dan menyusun model DFIG dalam bentuk state space. Selanjutnya penyederhanaan dari bentuk state space diperoleh hubungan antara stator dan rotor DFIG.

Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the activities of the PLN UPDL Semarang as the provider of education and training at PLN to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak by arranging learning schedules and methods, implementing New Habit Adaptation (IMR) in the form of wearing masks, maintaining distance, washing hands with soap, and equip sufficient Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This effort must be communicated to all workers as a form of compliance with the implementation of the Work Safety Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation number 50 of 2012. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of communication in the UPDL Semarang environment in preventing Covid-19 transmission. In this study the authors used survey, observation, interview methods to obtain preliminary data. Furthermore, these data are evaluated and confirmed with secondary data related to the impact of communication. From this study, it was found that occupational safety and health communication in an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the PLN UPDL Semarang environment reached an effectiveness of 78.29%. Things that need to be improved in this communication are the use of brochure / poster communication media

Abstract

Public and government demands for PLN to serve all people to enjoy electricity with a target of 100% Electrification Ratio. To fulfill the Electrification Ratio, of course, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the distribution transformer with the addition of an insert transformer and a new transformer. So that the increasing number of connections to customers' homes or buildings will result in overload or unbalance loading of the distribution transformer. The problem is the number of transformers 3,938 units at PLN UP3 Padang with limited load measuring officers only 70 teams, there is still a transformer failure of 0.41% in 2019. This is because the load measurement is done directly (manually on site) so it requires large human resources and costs. Under these conditions, a realtime online load measurement system is needed. This study uses the Root Couse Problem Solving (RCPS) methodology and system and equipment design by creating a transformer load monitoring system both unbalance and overload online Real Time. With this System and Equipment, the substation load in realtime with a speed of 2 seconds, the condition of the transformer is known. Telemetering function by sending load data so that the risk of damage to the transformer can be reduced because this tool is an early warning against unbalanced loads, single phase outages and so on. So that PLN can maintain life time and recovery time in maintaining the quality of its service.
