Divorce happens due to continuous disputes and fights due to economic reasons. This research aims to analyze the factors causing the increasing rate of divorce as well as its main causes amid the pandemic in Ternate City. This paper employed the normative juridical method which is a literary study that studies documents. Results showed that divorce is the last resort. Economic status is the factor that wives often use to file for a divorce, as husbands are no longer able to provide for the wife, causing family conflicts that lead to divorce. The second factor is the rampant cases of work termination. This has become one of the main causes of divorce amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Attorney General's Office as a sub-system of the criminal justice system in Indonesia has the authority to conduct restorative justice in narcotics abuse crimes based on Attorney General Guidelines Number 18 of 2021. This research examines the basis and legal consequences of the application of restorative justice by the prosecutor's office for narcotics abuse crimes. This research uses juridical-normative methodology. Through this research, problems were found related to the application of restorative justice, both in terms of legal foundations that do not have conformity between one regulation and another and the legal consequences in the form of a decree of termination of prosecution as a legal product that has no legal remedies. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the internal rules of the prosecutor's office related to restorative justice. In addition, the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) needs to be revised to accommodate the application of restorative justice.

Cybercrime, particularly Sniffing, poses a hazard in the digital age since attackers illegally breach customers' data, resulting in losses and widespread concern. This study aimed to clarify the legal protections available to victims of sniffing cybercrimes and the banks' obligations to their clientele. This study includes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials with a normative legal approach. The analytical method produced information through descriptive analysis using qualitative methodologies. The research findings demonstrated that, despite the lack of a required special institution and ambiguity surrounding accountability in resolving disputes deemed harmful to customers, Law No. 27 of 2022 and Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 3 of 2023 indicated that there was legal protection for customers' data. As a result, customers must take greater precautions to protect their data.

In conventional and Sharia-based business agreements, collateral serves different functions for the parties. For the debtor, collateral increases the capacity to gain the creditor's trust. For the creditor, collateral fosters confidence that the debtor will fulfil its obligations according to the agreed agreement. Consistent use of appropriate collateral institutions fosters legal certainty in making business agreements. This research uses normative juridical, conceptual and statutory approaches and descriptive analysis techniques. This research aims to find concrete legal arrangements of collateral in conventional and sharia business agreements. The results are 1) collateral law is included in the scope of private law whose existence provides legal certainty and protection for creditors as an additional agreement (accessory) regulated in Books II and III KUH Perdata, 2) rahn and kafalah are forms of collateral in sharia agreements until now still do not provide legal certainty because they use material security institutions fiducia and mortgage rights.

The issue of referring to foreign law in constitutional deliberations often triggers criticism as "cherry picking". This research examines how the Constitutional Courts of Indonesia and South Africa use foreign law in their jurisprudence, focusing on its legitimacy and impact on the protection of human rights and democratic principles. The research uses a normative juridical method with comparative, statutory, and historical approaches by analysing decisions from both courts as well as relevant secondary sources. The findings show that both courts utilise foreign law but differ significantly in their approach. The South African Constitutional Court often cites foreign precedents directly, while the Indonesian Constitutional Court more often uses international law as a reference. The research concludes that the Constitutional Court's use of foreign law can enhance human rights and democracy jurisprudence if properly integrated into the national legal framework.

Digital currency as a transaction medium with the idea of introducing a decentralised currency. The absence of government intervention indirectly can potentially replace the unit of value of legal tender in a country. Efforts were made to anticipate this, and Bank Indonesia developed the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) or digital rupiah as stipulated in Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning The Development and Strengthening of The Finansial Sector. The provision does not explicitly regulate security for digital rupiah users. The research aims to analyse the legal aspects of using digital rupiah as a transaction tool for land sale and purchase payments. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The development of the digital rupiah is inseparable from various risks, plus the absence of adequate regulations so that digital rupiah cannot be used in land sale and purchase transactions.

The National Human Rights Commission and the Indonesian National Police have the same authority as investigators. In this case, of course, there must be a clear division of powers, considering that the position of the National Human Rights Commission is fragile to exercise its authority because it has yet to be regulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to discover the potential, implications and ways of resolving authority disputes at the National Human Rights Commission and the Indonesian National Police. This research is normative juridical research, using statutory, conceptual and theory approaches. The potential and implications of authority disputes can occur because it is not expressly regulated regarding the authority to investigate between the National Commission on Human Rights and the Indonesian National Police, and the settlement effort has not been established as a formal mechanism with a legal basis.
