Abstract

Investor muda merupakan pasar besar untuk dilakukan edukasi melakukan investasi di sector keuangan karena jumlah usia muda cukup banyak. Namun demikian untuk menarik investor tidak mudah, khususnya investor keuangan karena dalam investasi keuangan resiko yang terjadi berdampak langsung pada investor. Investor yang paling potensial untuk mendapat edukasi tentang pentingnya pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi keuangan adalah kalanganmuda. Mengingat jumlah penduduk Indonesia di usia muda cukup banyak maka merupakan pasar besar untuk menarik mereka melakukan investasi di sector keuangan. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kuantitaf dengan menggunakan kuesioner, setelah data diperoleh dilakukan tabulasi data. Setelah tabulasi data diikutidengan uji diskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik. Tahapan akhirnya dilakukan uji hypotesa dengan uji t dan uji kesesuaian model. Alat analisis yang akan digunakan dalam Analisa iniadalah PLS. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan alat analisis PLS sehingga diperoleh solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi problem yang ada. Ditemukan hubungan antara perilaku keuangan dan kompetensi keuangan serta minat investor muda terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi keuangan. Jadi pengambilan keputusan investasi keuangan oleh kaum muda dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor yaitu perilaku, kompetensi dan minat. Abstract

This research was conducted to reveal consumer behavior in terms of smartphone purchase decisions. The study tries to reveal consumer behavior in terms of deciding on product purchases, especially OPPO brand smartphones. The level of brand trust, innovation, ad creativity, and ad effectiveness are thought to influence consumer decisions in purchasing OPPO brand smartphones. The results showed that Product Innovation (X1), Ad Creativity (X2) and Ad Effectiveness (X3) had a significant effect with each value of β being 0.091; 0.589; and 0.580. Meanwhile Brand Trust (X4) has a negative effect on purchasing decisions. R2 value indicates 0.673, which means that the four variables simultaneously influence 67.3% of the purchasing decision (Y).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are forecast the demand for batik cloth and batik clothing in May 2020 and analyze the accuracy of forecasting demand for batik cloth and batik clothing. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Using data by interviews with Batik Fendy Business Managers and actual sales data from November 2019 to April 2020. There are two stages of data analysis that is calculating demand forecasting of batik cloth and batik clothing for May 2020 with the Linear Exponential Smoothing method uses a combination of α 0,8 / β 0,1 and α 0,9 / β 0,2 constant. While the second stage is to analyze the accuracy of the method of demand forecasting using the MAPE Technique. The results of this study are for batik cloth products, predicted sales demand for May 2020 is 316 pieces with 30% MAPE. As for the batik clothing forecasting demand for May 2020 is 432 pieces with a MAPE of 19,8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of machiavellian and equity sensitivity on ethical perception of accounting students in State Polytechnic of Malang.. The population used in this study were students of accounting management in State Polytechnic of Malang. The sample selection was determined using the purposive sampling method. Based on this method, 209 students were sampled from 1654 population numbers. To test the hypothesis, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 16.0. The results of analysis with multiple linear regression methods show that Machiavellian has a positive effect on ethical perception of accounting students. Equity Sensitivity has a positive effect on ethical perception of accounting students. Jointly tested, machiavellian and equity sensitivity have affect on ethical perception of accounting students.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of the application of human capital management in terms of practices such as recruitment and selection, placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and the relationship between employees and employee performance. This research approach is quantitative, all data obtained will be obtained by taking a number of procedures, the validity test, reliability and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS SEM in finding out the relationship between HCM practices and employee performance, the results of the study show the relationship and influence of the human capital management to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority of freight truck service providers at PT. XYZ by using the simple additive weighting method. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation study. The criteria for selecting a freight trucking service provider uses the dimensions of the service marketing mix. Based on the results of the study that the freight truck service providers selected to be the first choice priority of the three existing service providers are Chess Prime Trans, followed by MGM Bosco Logistics as the second choice, and PT. Indo Partner Logistics as a third choice.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction that takes place consistently will make consumers have a commitment to a brand and can further encourage promotion through word of mouth activitie. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer commitment, and the impact on consumer commitment to do e-wom activities. This research uses Gopay service as the research object and gender as the moderating variable. With the survey method on 377 respondents and the structural model testing hypotheses process, the results show that consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer commitment, and consumer commitment has a positive effect on e-WOM activities; while gender is proven to moderate the relationship between these variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze visitor loyalty based on service quality and visitor satisfaction in the Library of City X. The approach of this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation on visitors and library employees. The results show that the loyalty of visitors in Library X is quite good, but the quality of service and satisfaction of visitors is not yet in accordance with the visitors expectation. The Library and Archives Office of City X needs to improve the quality of services and facilities that will make visitors loyal and satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Shopee.com gamification as a marketing media for EWOM, positive emotion, and repurchase intention. Researchers emphasize on Shopee as one of the e-commerce that is first ranked with the number of monthly web visitors, and first ranked on the Appstore and Playstore in Indonesia. This study uses a questionnaire distributed online to 170 respondents, with criteria as the "Y" generation, and has used Shopee and has the experience to use the loyalty games program of the Shopee.com application. The results of this study were further processed and analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical technique with the smartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Shopee.com gamification had a positive effect on positive emotion, repurchase intentions, and electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Then positive emotion has a positive effect on repurchase intentions and electronic word of mouth (EWOM).

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to examine the effect of board size, and the moderating effect of ownership concentration on corporate leverage in non-financial companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. This study uses multiple regression analysis and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that board size had a significant negative effect on leverage. In addition, it can also be seen that the moderating effect of ownership concentration weakens the negative effect of board size on company leverage.
