Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is an outbreak that has an impact not only on the health sector, but also on almost all elements of human life in many countries. the economy was hit hard, as reflected in the decline in the world stock index. This is the background for the author to conduct research on the performance of world stock indices represented by the Dow Jones Industrial Average, DAX, Nikkei 225, Kospi and JCI indeces. The research method uses descriptive statistics with frequency distribution methods. Secondary data comes from literacy studies in the form of statistical data. The results showed a decrease in all indices. The decline started in the second week of February with the deepest decline in March, by the end of the year all indexes experienced a rebound. There is still uncertainty in the future economy due to the pandemic which is still not over. Economic policies in each country are certainly different and affect market optimism. Choosing the right portfolio with careful consideration and always monitoring economic developments is certainly a common thing to do.

Abstract

This research was conducted to reveal the behavior of tourists in terms of their decision to visit Gemah Beach in Tulungagung. This research can be used by the tourism manager of Gemah Beach to understand what is most important for tourists. Innovation, trust, and electronic word of mouth are thought to influence tourists' decisions to visit Gemah Tulungagung Beach. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling by means of purposive sampling where sampling from the population is done randomly and with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. The results showed that Innovation (X1), Trust (X2) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X3) had a significant effect with the respective values of β were 0.102; 0.478; and 0.691. Abstract

The pandemic has changed the order of the world of Business. The impact of the pandemic was also felt by MSME business actors which resulted in a decrease in income. The Association of Farmers and the Development of Livestock Honey Production is one of the affected MSMEs. In addition to decreasing income, business capital has been eroded. These MSMEs do not have risk management to anticipate every business risk that occurs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The emphasis in this study focuses on the analysis of the conclusion process as well as the analysis on the dynamics of the observed phenomena relationship using scientific logic. The application of risk management to honey business actors recommends four things with an emphasis on three things, namely: elimination, substitution, and administration. These three things are the most appropriate recommendations to deal with the systematic risk of a COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The implementation of a sharia accounting information system (SIA) is needed for hospitals that are owned and whose patients are Muslim. Especially for hospitals that have been certified under sharia, it is imperative to own and operate a sharia SIA. The use of Islamic SIA can increase stakeholder satisfaction, especially hospital patients. The purpose of this paper is to explain how the Integrated IT Program can simultaneously improve hospital performance. We use Unified Modeling Language (UML) to develop Sharia AIS. The location of the observation in the context of community service is Muhammadiyah Hospital in Lamongan. The computerized AIS program is developed using UML while the database server uses MySQL and PHP as compilers. The approach to this report is qualitative based. Data were collected by interview, outside observation, and relevant documentation. Review The findings of this report indicate an increase in performance in terms of: new patient registration, invoice creation, printing of financial reports, and monitoring of accounts receivable. The four indicators show performance in terms of shorter working hours. SIA Syariah continues to be developed until all computerized systems are integrated for better compliance with hospital business ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this innovation is as written in the regulation of the head of Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of National Land Registry Department) number 18 in the year of 2009 about LARASITA Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia, to make it easier for the people who has business with land registry office to follow up their business without having to come to the office, and so that the people can get the cost information and express their complaints about the land registry service easily. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative method. The location of this research is in Land Registry Office of Kota Magelang. Data's gathering techniques used are interview and observation techniques. The result of this research showed that LARASITA gives service to the people in land certificate service. The suggestion that can be given is a repairment in the connecting antenna to support the internet access in LARASITA implementation. Abstract

This study attempts to know the quality of product and price to consumers purchasing interest, either in the simultaneous and partial .The sample used in this research 30 respondents. The method of analysis of the data using the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption, and with the help of the multiple linear regression spss 22.0 version for windows. The results of tests indicated that the product quality and price significant simultaneously with the level of significance of 0,000 < 0,05 consumers purchasing interest. While based on partial shows that the product quality and price significant of the significance of 0,000 < 0,05 and 0,005 < 0,05 to consumers purchasing interest.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan teknik manajemen produk dalam mengukur layak atau tidaknya produk atau jasa, setelah itu dilakukan perbandingan produk yang ada dengan produk pesaing dengan tujuan meperbaiki kekurangan yang ada agar mampu bersaing dengan produk yang sejenis. Quality control digunakan sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir adanya produk gagal yang tidak bias dihindari dalam kegiatan operasional sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan produk yang dipilihnya serta produsen bisa mencapi target output yang berkualitas sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini difokuskan kepada upaya mimalisir produk gagal dengan metode statistic of quality control dengan alat analisis diagram kontrol. Berdasar hasil evaluasi terjadinya produk gagal pada UD.UTUN masih dalam kategori batas wajar dengan nilai rata-rata kerusakan sebesar 0.096 atau 9,6% dari total produk. Nilai pengendalian kualitas batas atas (UCL) 0,14 atau 14% dan (LCL) batas bawah -0,05 atau 0% karena LCL kurang dari 0.

Abstract

The purphose of this study is to analyze the antecedents of customer loyalty of Bank BNI Syariah which is influenced by Islamic branding, service quality and trust. The sample in this study was 148 customers using purposive sampling using multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS 25. The results showed that Islamic branding, service quality and trust have an effect on customer loyalty. The implication of the results of this study is expected to maintain and improve the application of Islamic Branding and service quality, especially for PT. BNI Syariah KCP Jombang so as to gain customer trust that will foster a sense of customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at PT Brataco Chemical Medan Branch. This research used a descriptive approach with SCM analysis. Based on the research results, the company's suppliers consist of suppliers of main and supporting raw materials. Purchases of raw materials are made by pre-order with a credit payment system. Incoming raw materials will be checked with order data. If the item does not match the order, it will be returned to the supplier for replacement. Meanwhile, the appropriate goods will be placed in the warehouse and then the production process is carried out. The production process is carried out in two stages, namely the first stage to produce low TDS & nearly neutral PH and the second stage to produce Aqua Demineralization. The production results are then checked for conformity with the predetermined standards. Products that pass will be distributed to consumers using a car provided by the company. Orders that do not fit or are defective, then consumers can return to the company to be replaced with new goods.
