Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of financial performance with liquidity variables, solvency, and activity on stock performance with profitability as an intervening variable on SOEs post-privatization on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is the entire IDX-listed SOEs. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling with a total of 5 SOEs. This type of research is associated with analytical techniques using path analysis. The results found that there was a significant negative influence between the liquidity ratio and the solvency to partial profitability with the P-value each of-0.021 and-0.000. While the ratio of activity affects significant positive to profitability with a P-value value of 0.000. The research also found that liquidity and solvency also have a significant negative impact on stock performance with the price earning ratio indicator with P-value respectively – 0.039 and-0.006. The ratio of activity and profitability positively affects the stock performance with P-value each of 0.000 and 0.013. The results of this study also proved that the profitability variables proved to be the ability of the liquidity ratio, solvency, and activity to the stock performance of state-owned enterprises in the Indonesia Stock Exchange after privatization

Abstract

Previous research on customer loyalty in e-marketplaces mostly relates it to service quality, satisfaction, and trust. Meanwhile, e-marketplace consumers also need effective service recovery and a pleasant customer experience, especially for millennial consumers. However, research on the factors that shape loyalty to e-marketplaces in Indonesia, especially on the millennial generation, rarely sees the relationships simultaneously. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer experience, service quality, and service recovery on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction and trust toward online marketplace. Data were obtained from 169 millennial consumers of Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak di Greater Jakarta selected using purposive sampling technique. The hypotheses were tested using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) technique. This study found that consumer experience and service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality and service recovery had a positive effect on customer trust. Since the study involves respondents who had experienced problems when shopping in online marketplaces, customer satisfaction did not directly affect loyalty, but must be through customer trust.

Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of size, profitability, leverage, capital intensity and independent commissioners on the effective tax rate of manufacturing companies in Indonesia (empirical studies on mining, utility, transportation and infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019). The population in this study were 128 mining, utility, transportation and infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The sampling method uses a purposive sample based on certain criteria. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company has a significant effect on the effective tax rate. Meanwhile, leverage, profitability, capital intensity ratio and independent commissioners have no significant effect on the effective tax rate. Adjusted R Square shows a value of 0,109. This means that 10,90% of the change in the effective tax rate is caused by existing variables. The small coefficient of determination in this study is caused by the independent variable being tested that has little relationship with the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study uses PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as the object of research. This study wasconducted with the aim of analyzing how to forecast operating expenses at Bank BRI. The data used inthis study is secondary data, namely the operating expenses of PT Bank BRI obtained from theFinancial Statements of PT Bank BRI where the data is obtained from the official website of PT BankBRI from 2016 in the 1st quarter to 2020 in the 4th quarter. The method used in this study is the TimesSeries method by calculating the calculation of the error rate (the difference between the results of theincident and the results of the study). The type of times series method in this journal is the LeastSquare Method which is based on the calculations of previous years that have been running, while theMean Absolute Defiation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) are used to calculatethe forecast error. The results of the study can be concluded that by using the least squares method topredict the operating expenses of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the 4th quarter of 2021and 2022 are Rp 96,140,848 and Rp 106,155,635, with forecasting errors obtained from calculations,namely MAD Rp 23,190,171 and MAPE 52 ,38%.

Abstract

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of competence and compensation towards job satisfaction. As many as 40 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows competence and compensation have a significant effect on Job satisfaction, While the compensation isn’t significant the influence of job satisfaction.

Abstract

Good performance is optimal, efficient and effective performance, namely performance that is in accordance with organizational standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate and is influenced by Self Efficacy. Servant Leadership is an attitude and behavior of a leader who prioritizes the development and interests of subordinates, without thinking about personal gain, Organizational Climate is something that was created to influence employees to obtain good performance, through the internal environment so as to create work motivation, and Self Efficacy is an individual's assessment of his ability or competence to perform a task, achieve a goal, and produce something. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate and is influenced by Self Efficacy on employee performance in three sub-district offices of Kapuas Hulu district. The population in this study were all employees at the Pontianak City Inspectorate, West Kalimantan Province. The sample in this study were 71 respondents. The data analysis model used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate and is influenced by Self Efficacy can predict or explain its effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate and influenced by Self Efficacy have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas (LDR), profitabilitas (ROE), terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019, dengan mengungkapkan dan menyajikan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan objek pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang melibatkan 40 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019 dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 (lima) tahun adalah sebanyak 13 sampel perusahaan. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 for window. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas yang diukur dengan (LDR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham (PBV) pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2019, Sedangkan Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (PBV) pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and entrepreneurship on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in West Nias Regency. It is undeniable that leadership and entrepreneurship are factors that can affect the performance of a business. Improved leadership and entrepreneurship will have a positive impact on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The research sample identified 150 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in West Nias Regency. The method of collecting information for research is by distributing questionnaires to all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises owners and employees. Data analysis methods for diagnostic tools, which include descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing including T-test and F-test. The research tool used to process and analyze this analytical data is SPSS version 25.0. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. At the same time, leadership and entrepreneurship are very influential in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the simultaneous influence of work loyalty, education and training on job promotion at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, to determine the partial effect of work loyalty on promotion of the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, to determine the partial effect of education. on the promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office, to determine the partial effect of training on the promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office.This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, while the object of this research is about work loyalty, education, training and promotion with 72 respondents. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test are processed to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0.486X1 + 0.290X2 + 0.347X3 + 1. The results showed that work loyalty, education and work discipline together had a significant effect on promotion of the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency with Fcount > Ftable (72.174 > 2.672) at a significance level of 0.0001, then the results of the study also proved that work loyalty individually significantly influence the promotion of the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Nagan Raya Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.486.The results also prove that individual participatory education has a significant effect on promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a regression coefficient value of 0.290 and individual training has a significant effect on promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a regression coefficient value of 0.347. After conducting this research, the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency should be able to further improve services to the community, so that customers become satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the level of Purchase Decisions on Xiaomi smartphones based on Product Features and Brand Image on members of the Mi Fans Karawang Facebook community. This research was conducted through a statistical technique approach using SPSS 24, data collection using incidental sampling technique on 362 respondents with research subjects being members of the Mi Fans Karawang facebook community. Before testing the hypothesis, in this study, the validity of the data was tested. The data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and path analysis. The results of this study reveal that Product Features on Xiaomi smartphones are in the agreed criteria, meaning that Product Features on Xiaomi smartphones can be well received by consumers. Furthermore, the Brand Image on Xiaomi smartphones is in the agreed criteria, meaning that the Xiaomi smartphone brand image can be well received by consumers. Then, the Purchase Decision on the Xiaomi smartphone is on the agreed criteria, meaning that the Purchase Decision on the Xiaomi smartphone can be accepted by consumers. There is a moderate and unidirectional positive correlation between Product Features and Brand Image Quality. Partially Product Features have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. While the brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Features and Brand Image have a Positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions on Xiaomi smartphones (a case study on the Mi Fans Karawang facebook community)
