Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of search engine optimization as a promotional media in increasingbuying interest e-commerce Elevenia, to determine the effect of social media as a promotional media in increasingbuying interest e-commerce Elevenia, and the role of using search engine optimization and social media as media. promotion in increasing interest in buying e-commerce Elevenia in Purwakarta Regency students. This study uses a quantitative research model, with the method used in the research is quantitative descriptive method and a sample of 99 respondents from high school students residing in Purwakarta Regency. This research shows that Search Engine Optimization has a significant effect on increasingBuying Interest E-Commerce Elevenia's, then social media has a significant real effect on increasingPurchase Interest E-Commerce Elevenia's, and for bothvariables. searchengine optimization and social media as promotional media in increasing interest in buying e-commerce Elevenia in Purwakarta Regency students.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the indirect influence of service quality on e- loyalty of MOSTOnline Trading users through e-customer satisfaction of PT XYZ. This study is a quantitative research.Methods of data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square-PLS with SmartPLSapplications. Methods of data collection is using questionnaire which distributed to 162 respondents.The findings suggest that e-service quality has significant effect on e- service customer satisfaction;e-customer satisfaction is positively related to e- loyalty. The findings revealed that there is indirectinfluence between e-service quality and e-loyalty through e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to prove the effect of flexible work arrangements on employee performance in the Covid-19 period on employees of THE BMT Dharmasraya IT Elementary Foundation. The methods used in this study are quantitative with descriptive and causalitytypes of research. The population used in this study was an employee in the Human Resources Section at the Dharmasraya BMT Foundation with a sample number of 60 respondents with sampling using Saturated sampling technique. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of spss application version 24 for windows. The results showed that flexible work arrangements had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. By having the advantages all employees can manage work time according to their own wishes.

Abstract

Internal CSR is an important part of corporate social responsibility. Although the survey results reveal that businesses with CSR practices are able to increase employee interest in the company and potential employees so that the benefits of CSR can be felt by businesses, CSR practices for employees are still neglected. This study aims to examine the effect of internal CSR on organizational commitment and the effect of organizational commitment on performance. This study was conducted on permanent employees of Aceh Islamic Banks, which amounts to 325 sample and the sampling technique used simple random sampling. Using a questionnaire as a research instrument with a self-administered method. PLS-SEM is a data analysis method used in this study with the Smartpls 3 analysis tool. The study found that internal CSR that is empowerment, skill development and work environment affect on organizational commitment but skill development has no significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment have a significant effect on maqasid al sharia and job performance at Islamic banking in Aceh.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of Digital Marketing and Lifestyle on the decision of users of Mobile Learning (Ruang Guru) in industry 4.0. It was conducted in quantitative research design in which the data source was secondary data in the form of Ruang Guru user data. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression with classic assumptions, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test. Capital feasibility test was the coefficient of determination, F Test and t Test. Based on the result of the classic assumption test, it showed that Digital Marketing and Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of Mobile Learning user decision in Ruang Guru. By using a multiple regression analysis system, the research showed that Digital Marketing and Lifestyle partially influenced the decision of Mobile Learning users with the value of Digital Marketing variable ttest 11,973 > ttable 1,671 and ttest Lifestyle tcount 5,105 > ttable1,671. The result indicated the Digital Marketing and Lifestyle variables simultaneously had a positive effect on the decision of Mobile Learning users in the amount of 81,2% and 18,8% explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

Manufacturing sector is substantial for economic development in terms of economic growth, value added, export, and employment. This article investigates and compares manufacturing sectors’ roles on economies in four provinces in Java Island, Indonesia, i.e. the Province of Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah and Jawa Timur. This article used secondary data in terms of Input Output Table in general and backward linkage effect ratio and forward linkage effect ratio in particular. By doing so, the article discusses leading sectors in manufacturing subsectors. The Input Output Tables were published by BPS in 2021 which represents 2016 data. The results show that five manufacturing industries play significant roles as leading sectors, i.e. food and beverages, textile and garments, paper and printing, chemical and pharmacy, and rubber and plastic. In contrast, tobacco processing, coal and oil refinery, and base metal are three manufacturing subsector which are not included in key sectors in majority of provinces. In general, more manufacturing sectors have stronger backward linkage effects ratio rather than forward linkage effects ratio. The provincial governments could use information about leading sectors in development planning, such as Medium-Term Development Planning (RPJMD) in quest to achieve more sustainable developments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms (audit committee, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), leverage, and the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on earnings management in manufacturing companies in a row in 2017-2020. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data derived from annual reports and company financial statements. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method with the number of samples according to the criteria of 40 companies. The analytical technique method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent audit committee and board of commissioners had a significant negative effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, leverage has a significant positive effect on earnings management. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

In distribution activities, decisions in choosing vehicle routes affect the effectiveness of mileage, travel costs, the number of vehicles that must be used and other factors in order to obtain optimal benefits while reducing distribution costs. This activity has various obstacles, especially the limited number of vehicle fleets and the limited vehicle load capacity. Therefore we need the right decision in determining the route. The variable is used in the distance between the distribution location, the length of each location distribution with the warehouse, and the amount of demand for each distribution location. The area of the company's distribution consists of 40 is the address of the consumer. In determining vehicle scheduling, the Saving Matrix method is used and is followed by the use of the Nearest Insert methods in determining the optimal route. The results obtained by the Saving Matrix method are fifteen routes. From the comparison of the sub-methods used, it was found that the Nearest Insert sub-method produced the minimum distance, namely 431.70 kilometers or 19.42% of the initial route distance and was more efficient up to Rp 689.077 or 28.77% based on the total transportation cost. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between brand loyalty and brand trust on Grabfood customers' purchasing decisions. The research focuses on the various effects of product brand loyalty and brand trust on Grabfood customers' purchasing decisions. This study adopted a cross-sectional quantitative research design. In today's competitive business world, marketers and manufacturers of most brands now encounter multiple variables that not only influence customers' purchasing decisions, but also ensure their purchasing preferences. The variables used and relevant in this study are product brand loyalty, brand trust and purchase decision. When examining the relationship between these variables, the study found a positive relationship between brand loyalty, brand trust, and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is the desire, interest and willingness to work hard or have a strong will to be independent or try to fulfill their needs without being afraid of the risks that will occur, and willing to learn from failure. Students are the forerunners of entrepreneurs who will build the country's economy. Education for students about entrepreneurship is needed to be able to grow interest in entrepreneurship, one of whic is through entrepreneurship courses. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence students in entrepreneurship in terms of economics. This research is included in field research, namely research on cases that occur in the field or occur in PGSD students at Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin. Determination of the subject in this study using purposive sampling, in order to obtain as many as 10 respondents. Data collection techniques in research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, the results show that the economic factors consist of capital and opportunities to meet economic needs. Economic factors are matters relating to the relationship with the economy that affect the entrepreneurial interest of PGSD students. Then related to interest, it can be seen that PGSD students are categorized as very interested in entrepreneurship, as evidenced by the majority of answers from interviews with students stating that they have a very big desire to run a business to become entrepreneurs because it promises quite a large profit.
