Abstract

Abstract Commanditaire Vennootschap is a limited partnership business entity that is not a legal entity, while a Limited Liability Company is a legal entity that has rights and obligations as legal subjects. To increase its business, the status of a Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV) may be changed to a Limited Liability Company (PT). The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the tax consequences arising from the change in the status of a limited partnership business entity (commanditaire vennootschap) to a limited liability company. This research is a descriptive qualitative analytical study with a library research approach, where the approach to the problem is carried out by reviewing the provisions of applicable tax regulations to determine the tax consequences of changing the status of a business entity CV to a PT. The data used in this study is secondary data using library materials / document studies. The results show that the tax consequences arising from the transition are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and Income Tax Final on the transfer of assets and will experience a change in Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and different tax treatment between CV (Commandary Vennootschap) and PT (Limited Liability Company). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine marketing channels, marketing margins, share of prices received by farmers and marketing efficiency. Determination of respondents for livestock business is done purposively. With the number of respondents as many as 30 people consisting of each breeder with the consideration that the selected respondents know the marketing flow of broiler eggs produced. While the determination of farmer respondents used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to determine the marketing margins, prices and marketing efficiency received by farmers so that 30 farmers each are obtained. in the goatan village farm, Tumpang sub-district, Malang district” as follows: 1). Breeders- Collectors. 2). Retailer - Consumer. The margin on the first channel is IDR 3,797-. and the second channel is Rp. 1,664-. The average price value received by all farmers is 83.6%. While the first efficiency value is 24.8%. And the second efficiency value is 6.9%. The results of this study also show that the efficiency value of the first marketing channel is greater than that of the second efficient channel

Abstract

Providing the right motivation and creating a good quality of working life, fostering organizational commitment for employees so as to create job satisfaction and have an effect on improving employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of quality of job satisfaction on Performance Through Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation. This research at PT. Bumihutani Lestari Katingan Regency using primary and secondary data. The analytical techniques in this study use SEM-PLS. The results in this study that the quality of work life does not significantly affect performance but will have an effect if mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation. With the result that improvement in performance of working life will increase if mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation.

Abstract

The title of this research is the Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Licensed Cadastre Surveyor Service Office (KJSKB) Ihsan Pakaya Sampit. The population in this study were employees of the Licensed Cadastre Surveyor Service Office (KJSKB) Ihsan Pakaya. This study uses saturated sampling, the sample in this study as many as 35 employees. The data were tested using validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing and research data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and analysis of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, the t-test for the Work Discipline variable (X1) is tcount 4.444> ttable 2.03693 and the significant level is 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance. While the t-test for the variable of Work Motivation (X2) is tcount 4.624> ttable 2.03693 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. Then for the f-test, namely fcount 45.223> ftable 3.29 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it means that there is a simultaneous influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ihsan Pakaya Sampit Licensed Cadastre Surveyor Service Office (KJSKB). The number r of 0.859 shows the relationship/correlation between employee performance and the independent variable is strong (Significant). R Square of 0.739 means that 73.9% of the Employee Performance variable (Y) can be explained by the Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables. While the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as Organizational Culture, Compensation and so on. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 0.425 + 0.501 (X1) + 0.459 (X2) means that the score / constant value (α) indicates that if there is no increase in the Work Discipline and Work Motivation variables, the Employee Performance value is 0.425. And each addition of one score/value of the Work Discipline variable gives an increase of 0.501 to Employee Performance with the condition that X2 is fixed and each additional score/value of the Work Motivation variable gives an increase of 0.459 to Employee Performance with a fixed X1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of environmentally responsible consumptiom and the driving factors that influence the informants in Yogyakarta. The research method used is a qualitative study through in-depth interviews with 20 participants who identify themselves as consumers who are responsible for the environment. The interview data are processing using ATLAS.ti program assistance. The four primary forms of environmentally responsible consumption behavior included purchasing environmentally friendly products, reducing consumption behavior, recycling, and reuse. Those behaviors are mainly influenced by internal factors and supported by external factors. Various stakeholders can use the results of this research to understand and design strategies to improve responsible consumption behavior patterns in society.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic that hit many countries including Indonesia, the government has implemented a Work From Home policy that has an impact on all fields, including education. With this government policy, the world of education takes online learning. The change in the learning system from face-to-face to distance learning has changed student learning methods. The online learning method has not been tested for its effectiveness. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method where primary data is obtained from questionnaires given to student respondents from the Antasari State Islamic University, the Open University and the Indonesian Academy of Secretary and Management Citra Nusantara, all of whom are domiciled in Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using online survey methods with questionnaires given using Google Form. This study aims to determine student perceptions of the effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that students did not feel the effectiveness of online lectures with the various obstacles they faced in online lectures. The toughest obstacles in conducting online lectures include the lack of supporting facilities such as a stable internet network and the absence of laptop facilities which are very important in online lectures.

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of perceived risk, usability, trust and convenience on attitudes towards mobile banking usage. banking. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to 102 people in Ambon city government bank customers. The results of multiple regression stated that the risk perception variable had no effect on attitudes to using mobile banking, the perceived usefulness variable had a significant effect on attitudes to using mobile banking, the perceived trust variable had a significant effect on attitudes towards using mobile banking, and the perceived convenience variable had a significant effect on usage attitudes. mobile banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Padang City Water Supply Company. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Padang City Water Supply Company which amounted 287 employess. The sampling technique in this study used Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 75 employees at PT. Padang City Water Supply Company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that Leadership, Work Motivation and Communication had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Padang City Water Supply Company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure, firm size and profitability partially and simultaneously on Islamic stock prices. The object of research is a company listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period. The research method uses quantitative methods with causal research design (causality). The research sample was 12 companies for 4 years of research so that the number of observations in this study was 48 observations. The analysis technique in this study uses the IBM SPSS For Windows program with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that capital structure had an insignificant negative effect on Islamic stock prices, firm size had a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices, and profitability had a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices, and together with capital structure, firm size, and profitability. significant effect on Islamic stock prices.

Abstract

With an uncertain work environment, and can change considering the Covid19 pandemic has lasted until now, making employees feel confused, worried and afraid and feel insecure while working (Job Insecurity), whether there will be layoffs, salary cuts, opportunities for promotions as well. still uncertain. In addition, employees may also experience work stress, due to the uncertainty of the work environment, workloads that are more than usual, changing work systems, then stress that is influenced by job insecurity felt by employees, resulting in stressed and decreased employee performance which will later lead to a decrease in employee performance. affect the company itself. In this study using quantitative research type of explanatory research, the sample used is all employees of Gets Hotel Malang as many as 50 employees, data collection techniques carried out by researchers are through observation and questionnaires.
