Abstract

This research uses accidental sampling technique. And the data is tested using validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing and research data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and analysis of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, the t-test for the price discount variable (X1) is tcount > ttable (5.376 > 2.01174) and the significant level is 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the price discount on impulse buying decisions. Meanwhile, for the t-test for the bonus pack variable (X2), namely tcount > ttable (3.752 > 2.01174) and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the bonus pack on impulse buying decisions. Then for the f-test, namely fcount > ftable (26.945 > 3.20) and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously price discount and bonus packs on impulse buying decisions for Batik Gallery consumers in Sampit. The number r of 0.731 shows the relationship/correlation between impulse buying decisions on consumers of Batik Gallery in Sampit and the independent variable is strong. The R square value of 0.534 means that 53.4% ​​of the impulse buying decision variables to consumers (Y) can be explained by the price discount variable (X1) and the bonus pack (X2). While the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other variables such as price, product quality, location and so on. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation Y = 1.679 + 0.728 (X1) + 0.445 (X2) means the score / constant value (α) indicates if there is no increase in the price discount and bonus pack variables, the value of the impulse buying decision is 1.679. And each addition of one score/value of the price discount variable gives an increase of 0.728 on impulse buying decisions with the condition that X2 remains and each addition of one score/value of the bonus pack variable gives the same increase of 0.445 on impulse buying decisions with fixed X1.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced several art shows to be cancelled. However, under these circumstances, artists and art workers are looking for new opportunities to remain present in the public eye. One of them is by utilizing virtual exhibitions. This study aims to audit the communication process in a light arts performance program called SUMONAR FEST. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach and a communication audit. Data collection was carried out by studying literature through an online light art show event. The sample selection indicators are discussion events, performances, and SUMONAR FESTIVAL with the presentation of works that are representative and have an impact to inspire light art artists in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that, SUMONAR FESTIVAL 2020 with the concept of Virtual Exhibition 360 succeeded in bringing the spirit of work for light art artists. The collaboration between the government, practitioners and the community is also a supporting factor for the sustainability of this activity in addition to utilizing technology in the form of Virtual Exhibition 360.

Abstract

CSR is interpreted as a form of moral responsibility that needs to be given by companies to support the welfare and safety of the environment and society. PDAM Surya Sembada is one of the BUMDs that also participates in CSR activities. From several CSR activities in it, this research focuses on how the implementation process is, what are the weaknesses and strengths of the program and what impact is felt by the company in the MBR Middle School Student Scholarship Program. Through a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation, the research shows that the CSR program of PDAM Surya Sembada is a form of strategic collaboration with the City Government and the Surabaya City Education Office and the implications of the obligation of CSR theory. Some strengths, weaknesses and impacts of program implementation were also found.

Abstract

Indicators of socio-economic development have long been a matter of debate. Economists and non-economic groups have challenged the question of per capita income as an indicator of development because of the inaccuracy of these indicators, so several new indicators have emerged. The new indicators generally focus on human development. This study aims to describe the influence of independent variables such as the number of poor people, economic growth and the minimum wage on the Human Development Index in Bungo. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS application. Based on the t-test, have been found that economic growth and workers' minimum wage had a significant effect on the Human Development Index. In contrast, the number of poor people had no significant effect on the Human Development Index. The regression model in this study is the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE). This research is expected to be used as input for human development planning in Bungo Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the startup branding strategy of Sandy Collection. To find out how startup companies start their business to brand their products so that they are more widely known by the public. Sandy Collection on January 12, 2021, started to market its products on the TikTok application and create educational content to get impressions more than 807,000 viewers with more than 23,000 likes. The purpose of this study is to explain the trategy of Sandy Collection company in branding their products using TikTok as social media, so this research focuses on how to brand products on social media. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The informans of this research are the owner of Sandy Collection, Content Creator, Public Relations Sandy Collection, and Social Media Admin. The result of this research is Sandy Collection using 4 social media marketing for company branding: pull strategy, push strategy, endorse, sponsorship.

Abstract

Efforts to handle all forms of input from service users of PT. Angkasa Pura is a priority for companies to improve their capabilities. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, various groups have felt the impact. This makes PT. Angkasa Pura carries out several policy considerations, as well as evaluations that are in line with existing conditions in the field. Of course, with this evaluation, there are several problems related to comfort due to the features of airport facilities that are not felt by the company, even the service users of PT. Angkasa Pura. This research was conducted offline at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan, to be precise at PT Angkasa Pura Balikpapan Septenver 2021. In this study, the research sample or subject of this study was Public Relations Team of PT. Angkasa Pura, namely the Head of Public Relations of PT. Angkasa Pura. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews and obtained directly from informants who were at the research site. The results of the study concluded that related to the PR strategy carried out by PT. Angkasa Pura is providing voting rights from service users regarding complaints about the company through various platforms that make it easier for service users, this is given by the company not only as a forum for complaints but also as a form so that companies can participate in conveying more detailed information. related to the company, also conducts 2-way communication to its communicants.

Abstract

As the international community pays more and more attention to environmental issues, people tend to think about how to adapt to various issues in order to progress and develop in an environmentally conscious way in this era of globalization. The increasing demand for innovative and environmentally friendly products has prompted companies to focus on creating green supply chains, and companies adopt practices that minimize environmental damage (Rehman et al., 2015), which makes this a necessary condition to address competition in global markets Businesses innovate, select companies that meet the green supply chain standards for evaluation. This research aims to get the right criteria when selecting green kaolin suppliers in the supply chain and prioritise suppliers to find out which one is the best fit for the company.Method used in this study is the BWM method for weighting criteria and assessing the performance of green supply chain-based kaolin suppliers using the PROMETHEE method. This study compares the TOPSIS and Promethee methods in their ranking and the results show that the Promethee method has accuracy and correlation with ranking values ​​ (Beniyanto & P, 2018), and can be used for qualitative and quantitative data compared to TOPSIS, but TOPSIS has the advantage that the concept is simpler and easier understood so that decision-making is faster.

Abstract

Themed "Mantra Lumina" The Art of Light Performance held by SUMONAR has a very deep meaning, both for all parties involved in the festival and for the entire community who are still surviving in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The SUMONAR Festival is still present in the Virtual Exhibition 360 concept, the developments that continue to occur in the world of information technology are the reason for making this research. Aims to audit the communication process of the light arts show program and its future opportunities. The research method used is an evaluation method using a communication audit approach. This research design uses the five main stages of the Northwest Npower approach. The results of the communication audit stated that the implementation of SUMONAR FEST 2020 was going well by utilizing virtual exhibitions and website 360 ​​media as the venue for the event and in accordance with applicable public communication rules. Although, there were some shortcomings that occurred, such as the lack of monitoring instruments during the event, lacking the attention of the audience on social media to attend. The recommendations given sharpen the instrument for monitoring events and are expected to further develop Vitual Exhibition 360 by implementing virtual reality 360 technology for alternative art performances in the future.

Abstract

Many companies have implemented supply chain value integration systems such as ERP. One of them is PT Pos Indonesia which implements an ERP system in order to integrate activities into a system. ERP has elements and components that can be integrated into activities such as HRM, R&D, marketing and finance. Other advantages of implementing ERP are knowing sales predictions, managing inventory, being able to control all activities in one system. Recommendations for future research to test the ERP system for improving performance at the PT Pos Indonesia company.
