This study aims to analyze the influence between non-interest income and profitability of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to analyze the influence between non-interest income and the risk of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study are Conventional Commercial Bank companies in Indonesia during the period 2020 quarter I to quarter IV. Data analysis in this study used linear regression assisted by the SPSS program. In this study it is proven that non-interest income (Fee Based Income) has a positive effect on profitability as measured by Return on Asset and Return on Equity and non-interest income (Fee Based Income) has a negative effect on bank risk as measured by Standard Deviation of Return on Asset and Standard Deviation of Return on Equity.

The "MATO" system is a profit-sharing system that is unique and privileged in managing Padang Simple restaurant. It is still rare for previous studies to in-depth analyze the application of the "MATO" system, especially in the Padang Simple restaurant in Yogyakarta. This study aims to analyze the application of the "MATO" system in the management of employee payroll at the Padang Simple restaurant, Yogyakarta. The data in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with the manager of the Padang Simple restaurant in Yogyakarta. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the analysis show that the "MATO" system is a combination of a profit-sharing system and a point system in employee payroll. The system is implemented by mutual agreement and becomes a motivation in improving employee performance. Furthermore, related to the proportion of salaries, it was found that the proportion of employee salary distribution in the mato system was divided by 50% for owners and 50% for employees. The proportion is divided from the company's net profit.

This study aims to test the whether of self control has an effect on saving behavior on students to the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. And whether financial literacy has an effect on saving behavior in students of the Economics and Bisiness Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University Of Technology Sumbawa. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were obtained by probability sampling method with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection method using a questionnaire . In proving and analyzing this, multiple linear regression was used. The results of study show tgat : 1) Self-control affects the saving behavior of students from the Economics and Business Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. 2) Financial literacy affects the saving behavior of students from the Economics and Business Faculty of the University Of Technology Sumbawa. It can be concluded that Self-control and Financial Literacy have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior in conventional banks (students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University Of Technology Sumbawa)

Entrepreneurship activities are one of the programs in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KW-MBKM). Entrepreneurship has been taught as a subject at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Jakarta State Polytechnic (JTM-PNJ). This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurship learning that has been implemented by JTM-PNJ as a basis for developing entrepreneurial learning and supporting the implementation of MBKM. As an indicator of development are the provisions set by the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding KW-MBKM. The research was carried out at JTM-PNJ for the academic year 2020/2021. The data sources of this research are JTM-PNJ students who have received entrepreneurship learning. Methods of data collection is done by using the method of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that: [1] the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning based on entrepreneurial values is good; [2] SCL learning has been carried out even though it is not optimal due to the lack of practical material/direct experience; [3] the implementation of entrepreneurship learning has not been managed at the university level (PNJ); [4] collaboration between several courses to support entrepreneurial learning has not been carried out; [5] the use of rubrics in the assessment has not been carried out; [6] collaboration with the business incubation unit in learning has not been intensive; [7] collaboration with the business world in entrepreneurship learning is still lacking; [8] the effect of the learning process is relatively small on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning.

This study is likely to make a positive contribution, particularly in increasing the productivity of virtual workers and as an evaluation material for companies looking to further optimize their workers' digital skills to produce more productive work results. This study used a purposive non-probability sampling method and a quantitative approach by E-survey to collect a complete dataset of 387. The SPSS 26 was used to inspect all items’ validity and reliability in the research instrument. To assess the overall structural model, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was utilized, and to identify the amount to which all variables observed were connected to the underlying latent components, and it used a structural equation model with AMOS. The proposed theoretical model results revealed that the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) score is 0.961 with 0.070 in RMSEA and 0.039 in RMR. The NFI value is 0.976 with an AGFI score of 0.927 and a CFA score of 0.984, which satisfy all the criterion values. It is found that digital skills do not have a significant and no direct relationship with E-worker productivity. However, digital skills are found to directly and positively impact the direction, persistence, and intensity of work effort.

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction of employees at the Palu Health Polytechnic. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were all employees of the Palu Polytechnic, totaling 69 people. This research sample uses the census technique, so that the entire population is used as the research sample. Based on this, the sample of this study amounted to 69 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Sources of data in this study sourced from primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data using correlation analysis which aims to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that there was a relationship between motivation and job satisfaction of employees at the Palu Health Polytechnic with a weak level of relationship.

The industrial era is changing rapidly from the 1st industrial revolution until now become the 4th industrial revolution or Industry 4.0 Era. As the supplier of the workforce, vocational schools need to follow the industrial changes trough the education they gave to the pupils. The education system that accommodate the 4th industrial revolution is Education 4.0 system. The purpose of this study is to build development strategies for SMKS Bumi Sejahtera, a vocational senior high school in Bogor Regency, in term of implementing Education 4.0 system. This study was starting with analyzing the school management and environment by applying internal and external evaluation and continued by analyzing the business position. Purposive sampling technique was used by aiming stakeholders and users who understand SMKS Bumi Sejahtera’s management or vocational high school in general. Analyzing processes were included environmental analysis using IFE and EFE matrics, business potition was analyzed by looking into the IE matric. Alternative strategies were analyzed from SWOT matrics and the priorities are based on QSPM. Findings indicate that the school already in a good business position, so an intensive strategy is recommended. Implementation steps are made to help the school in running the alternatives strategies.

Human resources (HR) are factors that play an important role in all industrial sectors and business activities. Industrial area as a place to concentrate the activities of the processing industry which is equipped with infrastructure, facilities and other supporting facilities provided and managed by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable (a case study of company employees in the MM2100 Industrial Estate). The respondents of this study were 100 company employees in the MM2100 Industrial Estate. The type of data used is quantitative and the data processing technique uses Smart PLS. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and the work environment variable had a positive and significant influence on commitment. Organization and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising, brand image and consumer trust on online buying interest. This study also aims to examine the effect of advertising and brand image on consumer trust in E-Commerce Shopee. This research is a quantitative research, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The population in this study were all Shopee users in Bekasi Regency and the sample used was 214 Shopee users aged over 17 years and domiciled in Bekasi Regency. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between brand image on consumer trust, advertising on consumer trust and advertising on buying interest, while brand image on buying interest and trust on buying interest does not have a significant effect.

The phenomenon that is used as the object of research is Price and Promotion of Consumer Behavior. This study aims to determine how much influence price and promotion have on consumer behavior. Data was collected using the Questionnaire and Literature Study technique. The research method used is the method of quantitative analysis. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases of Sari Roti products at the Indomaret Minimarket Bogor Branch 2, with a research sample of 155 respondents. The results of the study found: a) Price (X1) has a significant influence on consumer behavior of 0.434. This means that there is a relationship between the X1 variable that will affect the Y variable, which is 43.4%; b) Promotion (X2) has a significant influence on consumer behavior of 0.679. This means that the X2 variable will affect the Y variable in the amount of 69.7%; and c) Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Consumer Behavior of Sari Roti Products at Indomaret Bogor Branch 2 of 0.705. This means that the variable Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) together with Consumer Behavior (Y) is 0.705. This value reflects that the relationship between Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) together with Consumer Behavior (Y) qualitatively has a very strong and positive relationship of 70.5%.
