Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Social Media Marketing Strategies dan Implementasinya dalam mempromosikan industri pakaian lokal. Metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menguraikan fenomena pengaruh Social Media Marketing Strategies dan Implementasinya dalam mempromosikan industri pakaian lokal, dengan pengambilan data yaitu kuesioner dengan menggunakan Google Form, lalu disebarkan melalui Social Media yaitu Instagram dan Whatsapp Group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 191 responden yang sudah pernah menggunakan lima merek pakaian lokal yaitu Erigo, Roughneck 1991, 3Second, Maternal Disaster dan Thanksinsomnia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing Activities (Interactivity, Informativeness, Personalization, Trendlines, WOM) berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness dan Brand Image. Brand Awareness, Brand Image, memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Brand Equity dan Consumers Purchase Intention. Brand Equity memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Consumers Purchase Intention. Industri pakaian lokal dapat memanfaatkan Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness, Brand Image dan Brand Equity yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan Consumers Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Health development is essentially an effort carried out by all Indonesians aimed at increasing awareness of the components, willingness, and ability to live healthy for everyone in order to realize the highest degree of public health, as an investment for the development of socially and economically productive human resources. economical. The Puskesmas itself is a Technical Implementation Unit of the Regency/City Health Office, each of which its performance will build the performance of the Regency/City Health Office. For puskesmas performance, the City/Regency Health Office uses the Puskesmas Performance Assessment (PKP) instrument. The PKP instrument is prepared by the Provincial Health Office so that the uniform is used for one province. Through surveys and interviews conducted by researchers in several health centers, based on the perceptions of respondents, researchers found several problems including the leadership of several puskesmas heads which were considered not good enough to provide the necessary direction and policies to improve the performance of puskesmas, internal and external health centers that were it is still considered good enough and the human resources owned by the puskesmas are still sufficient which is indicated by the assignments that are not in accordance with the abilities and expertise possessed by the officers and the lack of innovation made by the puskesmas in providing services to the community. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational communication on the performance and competence of the apparatus. To analyze service innovation as a moderating variable between leadership, organizational communication and apparatus competence with the performance of Puskesmas in Pekanbaru City. In this study, the sample was 101 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and the data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis. The results show that leadership has an effect on work innovation. Organizational communication has an effect on work innovation. Competence affects the organizational performance of employees. Leadership has a significant effect on employee organizational performance moderated by innovation. Organizational communication has a significant effect on organizational performance moderated by innovation. Competence has a significant effect on organizational performance moderated by innovation.

Abstract

This research attempts to find several factors influencing students’ attitudes when watching commercial advertisements on television. The data used here is taken from surveying over 148 respondents who are university students. The method used is multivariate regression trying to find the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable. From the estimation result, we find that only economic conditions and forms of advertisement can be able to affect the attitude of respondents. All other independent variables, namely intellectuality, family background, and social circumstances, cannot alter anything of the dependent variable. This finding informs us that various forms of advertisement are not so important to involve the intellectuality of the audiences, family background, and social condition. This research can enrich discourses regarding efficient ways for many firms to attract audiences’ attention positively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in Taba Lestari Village in preventing Covid-19. Limitation of the problem in research on Police efforts in preventing Covid-19 in Lubuklinggau (Study on the Role of Bhabinkamtibmas, Taba Lestari Village). This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data source related to this problem is the Police Efforts in preventing Covid-19 in Lubuklinggau (Study on the Role of Bhabinkamtibmas, Taba Lestari Village). Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The aspects of this research are protection, protection and service to the community. Based on research from the aspect of protection, protection and service to the community, monitoring and evaluation as well as socialization and participation in the prevention and control of Covid-19. The role played by Bhabinkamtibmas has been well realized in Taba Lestari Village

Abstract

This research is entitled “Analysis of the Quality of Briquette Charcoal Products on the Needs of Export Markets in the Middle East and Europe of PT. Nudira Sumber Daya Indonesia). Coconut briquette charcoal is one of Indonesia's leading products that is widely popular in various world markets, limiting research to only the Middle East and European markets. This study was made for prospective exporters with the aim of analyzing the quality of coconut briquette charcoal products in the European and Middle Eastern markets. This study also aims to provide solutions, information to prospective exporters of coconut briquette charcoal to better know what kind of market needs are suitable to penetrate the market in each existing segment. This study uses primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The author found several differences in product attributes based on the taste of coconut briquette charcoal in the two markets. The author also suggests that further research into broader markets other than the Middle East and European markets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether planning for HR procurement, organizing HR and providing motivation has a direct or indirect effect on the productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) through the quality of human resources. This study focuses on human resource management activities such as HR procurement planning, HR organization and motivation which only affects other variables, namely the productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) through the intervening variable of HR quality. In this study, the independent variable is HR procurement planning, HR organization and motivation, the dependent variable is Small and Medium Industry (IKM) productivity, while the intervening variable is HR quality, where data analysis uses PLS 3.0 path analysis. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method using path analysis, with a sample of 100 people, using probability sampling. Partially, only the motivational variable for HR has a positive and significant effect on the variable quality of HR in Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and the work productivity variable for Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in North Sumatra. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of HR procurement planning, HR organizing and motivating HR have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in North Sumatra through the variable of HR quality in Small and Medium Industries (IKM). Through the results of the study, only the motivational variable for HR has indirect implications for the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Indonesia through the quality of HR in Small and Medium Industries (IKM), where by providing more motivation to businesses, Small and Medium Industries and Medium Enterprises (IKM) will be able to improve the quality of their human resources while at the same time increasing the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Economic Growth, Investm ent and Human Development Index, both partially and simultaneously on income inequality between districts / cities in North Sumatra Province. The data used in this study are secondary data with panel data types, combined time series and cross sections from 2014-2018 and 33 Regencies / Cities of North Sumatra Province. The variables used are Inequality Income (Y), Economic Growth (X1), Investment (X2) and Human Development Index (X3). In analyzing the data used multiple linear regression models using Eviews.The results of this study indicate that economic growth, investment and HDI simultaneously affect income inequality. While partially only HDI has a positive and significant effect on income inequality. The panel data regression model used is the Random Effect Model (REM).

Abstract

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax imposed for domestic consumption in the form of gods or services. Value added Tax is imposed on domestic consumption by individual, corporate and government tax payers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the number of Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP), the inflation rate and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar on Value Added Tax receipts at the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java Regional Office II. The data used is secondary data from 2015-2019. This type of research uses causality research that explains the relationship between the amount of PKP, inflation rate and the exchange rate of the rupias against US dollar on the Value Added tax (VAT). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result by data, the variable number of PKP has significant effect on VAT receipts, while the inflation rate and the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar have no effect on VAT receipts.

Abstract

The LPD Supervisory Agency report stated that LPD profits in Buleleng Regency in 2021 decreased by 2 billion rupiah compared to 2020. The decline in profits was the result of the inability of the community to pay credit based on loans at the LPD. Many people have lost their jobs, especially in the tourism sector, which is the cause of the Covid 19 pandemic, which certainly affects the performance of the LPD in Buleleng Regency. This study examines the role of entrepreneurship, hita karana-based organizational culture, and competitive advantage to improve LPD operating performance in Buleleng district. The subject of this research is village credit institution (LPD) in Buleleng district, Bali Province. The data analysis technique uses the GSC-based sem method. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely the positive and significant influence of corporate entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. The second hypothesis is rejected, which states that entrepreneurship has an effect on LPD operating performance in Buleleng Regency. The research findings also show that competitive advantage has a significant effect on the operational performance of the LPD in Buleleng Regency. The results of the study show that organizational culture based on tri hita karana has a significant effect on the operational performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The results of the analysis also show that the tri hita karana-based organizational culture strengthens the relationship between the company's entrepreneurship and operating performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at Q-life Clinic Surabaya. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used path analysis, using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Q-life Surabaya clinic. (3) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention at Q-life Surabaya clinic. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction at the Q-life clinic in Surabaya.
