Cryptography comes from the word crypto which means secret and graphy which means writing. So cryptography can be interpreted as a secret writing. The term can be defined as the study of mathematical techniques related to information security. To send information quickly with a large enough file size, it will certainly take a long time. This delivery speed depends on the size of the information sent. One solution to overcome this problem is by placing (compression) data before sending using a compression algorithm with the principle to reduce the size of the file, so that when the delivery process can be done quickly. The purpose of this study was to combine Government Standard (Gost) encryption algorithms and Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC) compression algorithms.Keywords: Cryptography, Government Standard (Gost), Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC).

Mata Kuliah Pilihan adalah mata kuliah yang boleh dipilih oleh mahasiswa dari daftar yang disediakan perguruan tinggi. Ada perguruan tinggi yang mengizinkan mata kuliah pilihan dari program studi berbeda ada pula yang justru mewajibkan. Mata kuliah pilihan ini ada karena guna memenuhi SKS yang menjadi target dan untuk mendalami lebih kanjut mata kuliah yang memang diminati Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dijumpai pada persoalan penilaian mata kuliah adalah banyaknya mata kuliah pilihan yang disediakan, sehingga mahasiswa bingung dalam memilih mata kuliah yang memang cocok dengan mereka. Frequent Pattern Growth (FP Growth) adalah salah satu alternatif algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan himpunan data yang paling sering muncul (frequent itemset) dalam sebuah kumpulan data dengan algoritma FP-Growth dalam menganalisa data mata kuliah pilihan untuk mendapatkan pola kecenderungan Mahasiswa dalam memilih mata kuliah. Untuk melakukan penggalian dari data mata kuliah pilihan, penulis menggunakan sebuah algoritma yang menjadi dasar dari algoritma-algoritma yang lain yaitu frequent pattern growth (FP-Growth). Hasil yang didapatkan akan selalu berbeda dan bergantung kepada input user pada saat pembuatan aturan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini memproses data transaksi mata kuliah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Komputer, dan menghasilkan aturan dan yang memenuhi minimum support dan minumum confidence serta yang banyak pemilihan adalah sistem pendukung keputusan, teknologi IoT, desain grafis, sistem informasi pendidikan game edukasi, pemrograman CMS, Data Mining yaitu sebesar 100%

The purpose of this study is to generate watermarking of an input image. The watermarking process will begin with the process of reading color image pixels. After that, the process will be continued by calculating the step message value inserted and inserting all the necessary values in the watermarking checking process. In the event of an attack, then at the time of watermarking formation, a specific noise value (randomly generated) will be calculated to be inserted into the image. After the process of watermarking formation, then the process can be continued with checking watermarking and extracting messages.

3D (three-dimensional) animation is now familiar to most people. The use of 3-dimensional animation is now also increasingly common in filmmaking, advertising, and even as a medium of designing objects and buildings. The purpose of this research was to design and create a 3-dimensional garden animation video that can be used as visualizing objects that appear more real and close to their original form, in the design and creation of this animation researchers use the MDLC (Multimedia Deveploment Life Cycle) method, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. After that, the process of modeling objects with modeling techniques used, namely primitive modeling and Polygonal Modeling then entered the environment, texture, animating camera operation to the rendering stage using the Blender application, then into pieces of 3-dimensional animated video. After the process is complete, the process of combining videos that have been made in the Blender application and the addition of text and audio using Adobe Premiere Pro cc software. The last stage is the final rendering process that produces a 3-dimensional animation video of the park as a whole in the .mp4 file format with a video duration of 4 minutes

munculnya wabah Covid-19, membuat sistem pendidikan ber-inovasi untuk proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satunya yaitu mendorong adanya metode belajar secara online yaitu melalui e-learning. Di wilayah Kabupaten Sambas pada khususnya, beberapa perguruan tinggi sudah menerapkan e-learning untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar Namun demikian, e-learning juga memerlukan adanya evaluasi untuk men-getahui tingkat keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaanya. Melihat kondisi tersebut, maka dirumuskan metode yang terdiri dari faktor-faktor yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kesiapan perguruan tinggi terhadap implementasi e-learning menggunakan e-learning readiness (ELR). Output dari peneitian ini selain mengetahui faktor kesiapan e-learning juga strategi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan perguruan tinggi dikabupaten sambas terkait implementasi e-learning.

Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kabupaten sambas berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi dari pengawas sekolah dengan melakukan kegiatan bimbingan Teknis kepada semua pengawas sekolah baik dari pengawas SD, SMP, dan pengawas dari Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sambas. Dalam bimbingan Teknis ini dilakukan sebuah kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi pengawas sekolah dalam bidang teknologi informasi dengan membuat media digital yaitu website. Website pengawas sekolah ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana komunikasi pegawas sekolah dengan sekolah binaannya. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pendampingan pembuatan website ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, praktek dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 21 orang pengawas yang menghasilkan website pribadi pengawas sekolah. Umpan balik yang di dapatkan dimana 81% peserta pelatihan memahami materi pembuatan website pengawas sekolah dan 81% puas penyampaian materi pelatihan.

Sambas Regency is part of the province of West Kalimantan, whose administrative area includes 19 sub-districts with a total of 183 villages. If viewed from the number of towns, the exciting thing that becomes information for the needs of the community is informed about the development of each city, both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, community life to the number of residents in the village. Currently, information on village data such as population, average occupation, existing facilities and infrastructure, village vision, and mission can be obtained by asking directly to the village office for the form of the information displayed in the form of a village profile report document. This information search is categorized as less effective because it must come directly and takes a long time in the data search process. For this reason, it is necessary to visualize village information through infographic videos developed in motion graphics by applying the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. Before publishing the infographic video, it was first tested by five material experts, and 18 village communities. The results of this study will get infographic videos of 10 villages in the Sambas district in MP4 format with a duration of 10 minutes.
