Abstract

Cryptography comes from the word crypto which means secret and graphy which means writing. So cryptography can be interpreted as a secret writing. The term can be defined as the study of mathematical techniques related to information security. To send information quickly with a large enough file size, it will certainly take a long time. This delivery speed depends on the size of the information sent. One solution to overcome this problem is by placing (compression) data before sending using a compression algorithm with the principle to reduce the size of the file, so that when the delivery process can be done quickly. The purpose of this study was to combine Government Standard (Gost) encryption algorithms and Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC) compression algorithms.Keywords: Cryptography, Government Standard (Gost), Dynamic Markov Compression (DMC).

Abstract

Compression is a way to compress or modify data so that the required storage space is smaller and more efficient. In this study, the large file size in the prayer reading application makes the document storage space requires a lot of storage space due to the large file size. Due to the large size of the file that is currently making a large and inefficient file storage area and the larger size of a file makes the smartphone slow due to the file. The purpose of this study is to design an android-based prayer reading application by implementing the Szymanski Ziv Storer Lempel algorithm (LZSS). And designing a compression application using the Java programming language and database used is SQLite The results of the study show that after carrying out the implementation process with the LZSS algorithm on Reading Prayers, the decompression test results are known to be compressed text files that can be compressed and the size of the decompressed text file is the same as the original text file before it is compressed.Keywords: Implementation, compression, algorithm Lempel Ziv Storer Szymanski (LZSS).

Abstract

Ketua OSIS adalah seorang siswa yang memimpin  suatu organisasi yang berada di tingkat sekolah di Indonesia yang dimulai dari Sekolah Menengah yaitu Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). OSIS diurus dan dikelola oleh murid-murid yang terpilih untuk menjadi pengurus OSIS. Biasanya organisasi ini memiliki seorang pembimbing dari guru yang dipilih oleh pihak sekolah. Elimination  and Choice Translation Reality  merupakan metode yang cocok untuk menentukan ketua dan wakil ketua OSIS. Permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi ketika melakukan pemilihan ketua dan wakil osis dalam proses penyeleksian data sering sekali hilang karena masih menggunakan cara yang manual, terlebih pemilihan ini diadakan setiap tahunnya.Proses yang tergolong masih konvensional membuat proses penyeleksian ketua dan wakil osis menjadi lebih lama,karena banyak yang mencalonkan diri data sering kali error. Dengan melakukan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan  maka hasil Penyeleksian menjadi lebih akurat, aman, dan lebih cepat dari sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, metode ini adalah solusi yang paling tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

Abstract

The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively.Keywords: Decision Support System, PSI, Selection of Achieving Teachers

Abstract

So far, the selection of the best teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura is conducted at the end of each school year. The selection of teachers is intended to choose the best teachers and motivate teachers in terms of doing the lesson. During this time the selection of the best teachers in Tanjung pura is done from several methods such as attendance in teaching, neatness, mastering classroom material. The situation of the chosen teacher is influenced by other factors such as closeness, friendship, family. So that the chosen teacher does not match the truth. In the selection of the best teachers in high school / vocational school level, the awarding of the high achievement and dedication achieved by teachers in carrying out their professional tasks needs to be given, one of which is the selection of the best teachers in high school / SMK. With the holding of the election of the best teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. Abstract

Tim sensus terbaik harus memiliki pengetahuan, keahlian, kepribadian dan kedisiplinan yang baik dalam program kerja pemerintah untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dari masyarakat/perusahaan/instansi terkait. Permasalahan dalam pemilihan tim sensus terbaik di kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Padang Lawas adalah masih kurang objektif. Teknik pengambilan keputusan dalam metode SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting ia dibandingkan dengan kriteria lain. Diharapkan untuk mengatasi  hal  tersebut  maka dibangun  Sistem  Pendukung  Keputusan Pemilihan Tim Sensus Terbaik dengan Menerapkan Metode Smarter (Studi Kasus : Badan Pusat Statistik Padang Lawas) yang akan dirancang menggunakan Visual Basic 2008 dan menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007. Pada rancangan Visual Basic akan dihasilkan proses perhitungan serta perangkingan.

Abstract

The study, entitled "Supporting System for the Decision of the Head of Distribution Section at PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar Using the SAW Method" aims to produce a Supportive System that is objective and systematic in determining the distribution heads who have the best qualifications. The research data is sourced from the relevant agencies in 2018. The data that is used as a reference for the requirements of the system requirements that are built is obtained from interviews with relevant agencies. From the interview, it was found that the problem of lack of objectivity and transparency of information in the process of determining the section head in any sector including the determination of the head of the distribution section is the absence of a standard or system used in determining the section head and only using manual selection method so that the determination of the section head is determined subjectively. In addition, the Candidates / alternatives recommended by PDAM Tirtauli themselves consist of 5 employees from a total employee population of 362 with the highest criteria and 5 criteria as the requirements for the assessment of the candidates for the head of the distribution department itself covering the criteria of responsibility (C1), achievement motivation (C2) , discipline (C3), communicative (C4), and working period (C5). This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Abstract

Marriage is the most awaited moment for everyone. Prawdding is an important thing to do before a wedding. Because prewedding photos become the latest trend for photos that will be displayed during the wedding. But in a lot of prewedding photos brides who are not satisfied with the results of these prewedding photos. This system can facilitate the bride and groom in choosing the location of prawedding photos without the need to meet in person to consult. This decision making system is made using the Weight Product method and is made with the php programming language and MySQL database. The WP method is used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives. The selection of the location of the prewedding photo uses weighting for each criterion. The bride and groom can choose the desired location based on criteria such as the number of spots, themes, location distance, number of shoots with weights determined by the user based on the level of importance. The results of this system are displaying praweding locations based on the location of prawedding photos that can be ordered by the bride and groom. The selection of prewedding photo locations can be done optimally so that the results of the decision are as expected.Keywords: Decision Support System, Prewedding Location, Product Weight

Abstract

The purpose of this research is that the results of the utilization of fish resources in producing marine fisheries by fishermen can be good using the K-Means clustring method. Data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and assisted using RapidMiner software. Data used from 2013-2017 consisted of 21 Provinces. With these data can be obtained data with high-level clusters (C1), namely Central Java with production 587002.8 and low-level clusters (C2) provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, DKI Jakarta, West Java , DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Banten, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and Gorontalo with a production of 20302.28. This can be input to the government for provinces that have low water catchment areas to be of more concern based on the cluster that has been done.Keywords: K-Means, Sea Fish Production, Clustering, Territory

Abstract

Credit is increasingly growing and is increasingly needed by the wider community, people who do not have the capital to establish a business generally prefer to do credit or borrow money to trusted parties such as banks to support the business to be established. This is an advantage for the bank. Increasing credit activities in banks, it is necessary to assess credit as a material consideration for prospective customers before the bank gives a decision to accept or reject a prospective customer request. Therefore it is necessary to build a method that can help and facilitate the bank in giving decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for making decisions is based on the criteria to determine who is prioritized to receive a loan, to assist in determining in determining someone who is eligible to receive a loan, so a decision support system is needed is to use Fuzzy logic and apply the Tsukamoto method. Decision Support Credit Provisioning System is made for the purpose of assisting and facilitating the bank as the decision maker to provide alternatives in the event of a credit application being accepted or not.Keywords: Creditworthiness, Decision Support System, Fuzzy Tsukamoto
