Abstract

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Abstract

All hopes parents want a healthy toddler, but not all parents, especially mothers, understand about toddler health, how to care for toddlers, nutritional intake or nutritional quantities for toddlers, not all parents, especially mothers, understand that, so this causes toddlers to not get good health and an adequate dose of nutrition from mothers.To overcome the above problems, the Old Village Health Center made a selection program for healthy toddlers from Sei Lepan sub-district in order to help mothers understand more about toddler health, about the nutrition intake of toddlers and also so that the Old Village Health Center knows how many healthy toddlers there are in the District Sei Lepan, but the selection is still manual which requires a very long time.In order to avoid the above problems, it is necessary to build an application for a Healthy Toddler Selection Decision Support System in Sei Lepan District by using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, so that it can help the Old Village Health Center in the assessment process to make it more accurate and the decisions made are satisfactory.Keywords: Decision Support System, Healthy Toddler Selection, MAUT Method.

Abstract

File gambar merupakan sebuah file yang memiliki size cukup besar, apalagi file gambar tersebut berformat bitmap. Dimana format bitmap merupakan format yang minim kompresi.Tentunya hal tersebut menjadi kendala dalam proses pengiriman file gambar serta memerlukan ruang penyimpanan yang besar. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan cara mengkompresi data tersebut. Kompresi data dapat mengurangi ukuran penyimpanan data pada memori internal maupun eksternal, mempercepat pengiriman data dikarenakan ukuran penyimpanan menjadi lebih kecil. Kompresi data memiliki beberapa algoritma yang dapat digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan algoritma additive code yang dimana merupakan salah satu teknik kompresi lossless sehingga hasil dekompresi dari data terkompresi sama dengan data aslinya. Perancangan sistem ini terdiri dari 2 proses utama yaitu proses kompresi dan proses dekompresi serta proses menghitung kinerja pembanding Ratio of Compression (RC), Compression Ratio (CR), dan Redudancy. Pada proses kompresi file gambar berwarna yang berekstensi *.bmp dengan menggunakan algoritma Additive Code menghasilkan Ratio of Compression (RC) sebesar 1,739 , Compression Ratio (CR) sebesar 57,5 %, dan Redudancy sebesar 42,5 %. Pada penelitian kompresi file gambar menggunakan algoritma additive code ini diharapkan dapat membantu user dalam mengkompresi file gambar yang awalnya berukuran besar menjadi lebih kecil.

Abstract

Prepaid Card is a card that can only be used if there is a nominal number of pulses or data packets first. This card has an active period that varies depending on the policies and programs of each provider. Many card users are still confused about choosing a prepaid card that is good for use, so they really need information that can be used as a reference in choosing a prepaid card. In this study conducted to analyze a selection of prepaid cards using the TOPSIS (Technique For Order of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method in determining alternative choices for all prepaid card users, using several assessment criteria, namely: Cost (C1), Feature Completeness (C2), Signal (C3), Promotion / Advertising (C4), and Service Quality (C5). And also by using 6 alternatives, namely: Telkomsel (A1), Axis (A2), IM3 (A3), XL (A4), US (A5), and 3 (A6). And the results of this study were ranked first, namely: 3 (A6) as the first rank with a value of 0.5286 followed by XL (A4) with a value of 0.5238 as the second rank, and Telkomsel (A1) with a value of 0.5027. IM3 (A3) with a value of 0.4988, Axis (A2) with a value of 0.4765, then the last US (A5) with a value of 0.1905. It is hoped that this research can provide a better input to all prepaid card users.Keywords: TOPSIS, decision support system, pematang siantar, prepaid card

Abstract

Diarrhea is a condition in which a person defecates in a runny or liquid form and occurs repeatedly. Diarrhea can cause the loss of large amounts of water and substances needed by the body. Diarrhea is one of the health problems in developing countries, especially in Indonesia both in urban and rural areas. Diarrhea morbidity rates around 200-400 occurrences among 1000 residents each year. Thus in Indonesia there can be around 60 million incidents each year, most (70-80%) of these sufferers are children under five years (BALITA). Some patients (1- 2%) will fall into dehydration and if not immediately helped 50-60% of them can die. This group experiences more than one incidence of diarrhea every year. Abstract

Putri pariwisata merupakan salah satu media promosi untuk mengenalkan budaya daerah dan potensi wisata yang dimiliki setiap daerahnya. Dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kabupaten Nias Barat mengadakan seleksi untuk mendapatkan putri terbaik untuk menjadi putri pariwisata sesuai dengan ketentuan. Proses masih tergolong manual membuat proses seleksi menjadi lebih lama dan kurang efisien. Sistem penilaian menggunakan SPK sangat membantu juri dalam proses penyeleksian untuk mendapatkan putri terbaik dari sekian banyaknya putri yang terdaftar. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakana metode Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) untuk membantu sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu juri dalam proses penyeleksian berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penerapan Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment) (WASPAS) diharapkan memudahkan juri dalam proses penyeleksian yang sesuai dengan kriteria, lebih cepat  dan lebih efisien sesuai dengan yang diharapkan

Abstract

Ikonos imagery is a satellite image that has high spatial resolution with an accuracy of one meter pixels for panchromatic and four meters to multispektral. Ikonos imagery is often used to map the process, view, measure and memoniotring areas of work/activities on the Earth. Ikonos image of Government also often use it for things like national security evaluation against the occurrence of the disaster, city planning, mineral exploration and mine planning monitoring of agriculture, and others. Image digital imaging results over long distances using satellite is often there are disturbances in the form of light distortion, noise or other distractions that cause the object on the image less obvious or obscure. This discussion on the research being done is knowing the process of detection on image by calculating the difference between two dots are bertetanggan, and is in the process of smoothing and thresholding on image ikonos. The methods used in this research is a method of Marr-Hilderth. In addition, a process that is done on this research is conducting a testing method against Marr-Hilderth, which can be implemented to fix the blurry objects on images ikonos. The results of this research is to generate image ikonos with display clear object with the menerapakan method of the Marr-Hilderth and tested using the matlab application version 7.8 (r2009a).Keywords: Ikonos image, image processing, method of Marr-Hilderth, Matlab 7.8

Abstract

Decision Support System (SPK) is a computer-based system that combines models and data in an effort to solve unstructured problems with user involvement through an easy-to-use user interface. This system is used to help decision making in semitructured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. Simple Additive Weighting method is one of the settlement methods for Multi attribute decision making (MADM) problems. This method evaluates several alternatives to a set of attributes or criteria, where each attribute does not depend on each other. Hope from the results of the study, the use of Simple Additive Weighting as a model of the Eligible Decision Support System for Rastra Assistance using the weighted product method in Karang Bangun Village, Siantar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency can help the village in calculating the feasibility of rice recipients and to determine the eligibility of recipients of rice faster and more accurate. because this application is easier than the old system and the data storage is more accurate.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Simple Additive Weighting, Rastra, Poor

Abstract

Couples / soul mates have been determined by God the Almighty, humans are created in pairs and all humans must have been determined to live mate depending on the efforts of the man himself. Because of that we as human beings who want to endeavor and strive.         Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed which can overcome problems in choosing the best partner. The method used in the Decision Support System (SPK) is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because it is appropriate for the decision-making process and can determine the weight value of each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives.                 Islam provides solutions and signs in choosing a mate, one of which is endeavor. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a monitoring system of PDAM customer water meter data using ATMEGA 16 microcontroller and to know the accuracy of the system that has been designed. The results of this research will be expected to help the PDAM (local water company) in overcoming the existing problems regarding the recording of water meter data is not accurate. In this research there are 5 sample of meter data which used by method used is demonstration application. In the research of monitoring system of customer water meter data there are 2 forms of testing conducted that is the testing of water flowmeter sensor and data transmission GSM SIM 800. From the test results accuracy of flowmeter water sensor reaches 100% while GSM SIM 800 data transmission only 95%.
