Abstract

E-commerce or often referred to as an online shop is the latest trend of the community in carrying out shopping activities, first before the rise of e-commerce companies like today the community to meet their needs still rely on distros around the customer lives, or to a shopping place but now it has switch to shoop online. The advantages offered by online shoop are the relatively low prices, no need to shop locations, and guarantee goods, it has an impact on retail shops that are increasingly lonely. Testimonials are one of the techniques carried out to convince customers to shop at e-commerce they have, testimonials are the responses of buyers for their experience of shopping in an e-commerce application starting from the payment process until the goods are received, the more positive experiences conveyed in the testimonials, the customer who have not shopped on an e-commerce application will be more convinced to shop. Testimonials on an e-commerce application are not always positive, there are times when testimonials are delivered by negative buyers. The customer's problem is the unavailability of percentages or information on the number of buyers with positive and negative shopping experiences because in general testimonials are only delivered in the form of a list.Keywords:  Testimonial Analysis, Text Mining Algorithm, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF)

Abstract

Philosophy is the search for truth through a systematic flow of thinking, meaning that conversations about everything are carried out regularly following the prevailing system so that the stages are easy to follow. Etymologically philosophy comes from English and Greek, namely "philosophy" and "philein". This often causes difficulties to understand the meaning of the term philosophy. The term philosophy in general has a very large number so that to do the search for the meaning of the term philosophy in a philosophical book in the form of a printed book takes a long time because it must open one by one the book manually. To solve the problems described above the author builds an Android-based Philosophy application using eclipse juno. In order to simplify the search process for philosophical terms, the Raita search algorithm is implemented in the search feature contained in the Philosophy application. The raita search algorithm is a string matching algorithm with the arrangement of characters in a matched string that has the number and sequence of characters in the same string. Raita designed an algorithm by comparing the last character of the pattern starting from the far right character of the window. Android-based philosophy application that was built by the author in this study is expected to be an effective and efficient solution to get the search results of the meaning of the term philosophy in understanding the meaning of the term philosophy.Keywords: Implementation, Raita Search Algorithm, Philosophy Application, Android.

Abstract

Augmented reality adalah pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan teknologi 3D dengan dunia nyata, dirancang dan diproyeksikan menggunakan bantuan perangkat kamera pada smartphone secara langsung (real time). Augmented reality dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang keilmuan, diantaranya bidang kedokteran, pembelajaran, periklanan, militer, serta dunia hiburan. Dalam dunia periklanan augmented reality dapat memberikan efek interaktif, sehingga lebih menarik perhatian. Salah satu implementasi augmented reality dalam dunia periklanan adalah melalui media katalog bisnis properti di kota Medan, sehingga media promosi menjadi lebih interaktif untuk calon pembeli yang diterapkan pada smartphone berbasis Android. Aplikasi dirancang menggunakan metode Natural Features Tracking yang telah diterapkan oleh Vuforia QCAR yang menggunakan metode markerless, sehingga aplikasi dapat bersifat multi objek. Augmented Reality pada media katalog bisnis properti dibuat dengan menggunakan dua aplikasi, yaitu ArchiCAD sebagai pemodelan tiga dimensi objek properti dan Unity yang merupakan bahasa pemrograman C# sebagai game engine pembuat aplikasi AR berbasis Android-nya

Abstract

The high development of knowledge and technology, especially in computer. Nowadays, the most media that are commonly used to learn how to shalat and it’s doa is book that included picture, even there is so many guide books to shalat, the willingness to shalat for children are still under- expectation. The previous learning media is ineffectiveTherefore, we will make learning media as interactive media which include the guide to shalat for children to learn about more interactive guide to shalat that more interested than it’s visual and to increase children’s interest to shalat. In this research, writers use SWOT analysis method.Using this analysis method, the result will be interactive media that will be applied toelectronic media such as computer and laptop. That will be title as “Yuk Belajar Shalat bersama Calief dan Ara”. This media will also provide using Poster, Flayer, X-Banner, Key Chain, Sticker, Mousepad, Coloring Book and Shalat Wears.Keywords: Prayer Guide, Interactive Media.

Abstract

Sharpening the image of the road display requies a degree of brightness in the process of sharpening the image from the original image result of the improved image. One of the sharpening of the street view image is image processing. Image processing is one of the multimedia components that plays an important role as a form of visual information. There are many image processing methods that are used in sharpening the image of street views, one of them is the gram schmidt spectral sharpening method and high pass filtering. Gram schmidt spectral sharpening method is method that has another name for intensity modulation based on a refinement fillter. While the high pass filtering method is a filter process that btakes image with high intensity gradients and low intensity difference that will be reduced or discarded. Researce result show that the gram schmidt spectral sharpening method and high pass filtering can be implemented properly so that the sharpening of the street view image can be guaranteed sharpening by making changes frome the original image to the image using the gram schmidt spectral sharpening method and high pass filtering.Keywords: Image processing, gram schmidt spectral sharpening and high pass filtering.

Abstract

Data is important and has a very important role in the activities of computer use. In general, the size of data that is at this time has a very large size. So at the time of sending large data through the network would lead to waste in the use of network resources when the data is accessed by other users and make the storage media more efficient in storing the data. In this study used J-BIT compression algorithm to reduce the size of text files, thus reducing the file size on storage media.

Abstract

In this era, land certificates are often used as collateral to apply for loan money, both directly and online, so the security of land certificates needs to be improved. Land certificates in digital form, the manipulation process is very easy. Today there is a lot of software that can be used to manipulate digital images. With the sophistication of the software it can make manipulated digital images difficult for humans to know directly. The process of manipulation of digital data is also easy to do, so it needs a mechanism to know that a digital certificate, does not change from the original. In cryptography, there are various methods that can be used to secure a data, both to maintain the confidentiality of the data, and detect the authenticity of the data. One technique that can be used is the hash function in cryptography. The hash function is a one-way function that can be used to determine the authentication of a message. To ensure an original document or not, there are several methods with the concept of authentication, and can detect document changes from the results of manipulation, one of which is the RIPEMD160 algorithm. Applying the RIPEMD160 algorithm will make it easier and faster to detect the authenticity of digital images.Keywords: cryptography, Hash Function, RIPEMD160

Abstract

Synopsis of cinema films is a description that illustrates the storyline of a film that will be screened on a bisocope with a brief study but can convey information related to the outline of a cinema film story that will be played on a bisocope. The number of synopsis of cinema films that are stored in the database of a system affects the use of time and space needed in the process of searching synopsis data. Synopsis search for cinema films can not be separated from the existence of string matching to match keywords searched with cinema film data stored in the database system, the better the way the string matching algorithm is applied to the search feature in a system, the easier it is for users to find data synopsis of cinema films sought. Knuth Morris Pratt uses the stage of shifting text patterns from left to right in the process of matching strings in text if there is a mismatch between the character pattern and the text character. In this study the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm is used to make it easier for users to find synopsis data of cinema films that are searched according to the keyword searches performed on the search feature in the system.Keywords: synopsis, movie theaters, String Matching, Knuth Morris Pratt

Abstract

PT. Namasindo Plas merupakan perusahaan manufaktur Plastik Nasional yang memproduksi kemasan air mineral. Banyaknya barang yang diproduksi membuat perusahaan memiliki banyak karyawan didalamanya termasuk karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap. Banyaknya jumlah karyawan yang bekerja membuat perusahaan memiliki masalah dalam menentukan karyawan kontrak yang akan diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap. Perusahaan kurang objektif dalam memilih karyawan tetap yang menimbulkan kecemburuan antar karyawan. Kesalahan dalam memilih karyawan tetap membuat karyawan tidak dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik, proses perhitungannya juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode MOORA. Metode MOORA merupakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan perhitungan matematika yang kompleks dan dapat digunakan pada kriteria yang bertentangan yaitu bernilai benefit dan cost. Hasil akhir dari penelitian menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada alternatif A4 dengan nilai 0,2106, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan kontrak yang bernama Rizky Alvian Simanjuntak yang akan diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap pada PT. Namasindo Plas.
