Abstract

Kepalacabangmerupakan orang yang berwenangdanberkuasadalammemimpin meeting maupun briefing bersamadengankaryawannya dan memiliki tanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan perusahaan. Hal inidapatmembantukaryawandalammemahamiapa yang diinginkandandimaksudkanolehkepalacabangselakupimpinan di kantorcabang. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada saat Pemilihan Kepala cabang Pada PT. Dakota Buana Semesta yaitu masih adanya bersifat kekeluargaan dan ketidaksesuaian jabatan sehingga PT. Dakota Buana Semesta tidak mengalami peningkatan, tidak terpacu maju dan akan berdampak ke operasional lainnya. Hal ini tentunnnya sangat tidak baik karena mempengaruhi kelancaran operasional Pada PT. Dakota Buana Semesta dan sasaran tujuan tidak tepat. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan kepala cabang sehingga cara Ini tidak dianggap objektif karena tidak sesuai dengan data kepala cabang.Untuk mengatasi penentuan kepala cabang, maka penulis memilih metodeImplementasi MOORA. Metode ini dapat menyaring alternatif terbaik dikarena Metode Moora mampu menentukan tujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang bertentangan, sehingga penggunaan metode ini tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Padapenelitian ini penulis tertarik untuk melakukan suatu penelitian dengan menerapkanmetodeImplementasiMetodeMOORA Penulisberharappenelitianinidapatmemberikanhasil yang lebihbaikdanbersifatobjektifterhadapmenentukanpemelihan kepala cabang yang dilakukanpada PT. Abstract

Nowadays many people pursue photography, some make it a job and not many people pursue photography as a hobby and for fun. The object sought also varies, for example public places and even underwater objects. Underwater photography activities are usually called underwater photography which is done during scuba diving. There are several factors that influence image quality in underwater photography activities, one of which is caused by absorption and scattering of sunlight when it reaches the sea floor. This is an obstacle if you want to get high quality images. This is because some pixels are brighter than other shimmering pixels [1]. Image quality improvement is the right solution to fix the problem in the underwater imagery described above. The method used to improve image quality is Fourier Transformation and Similiarity Measurement. First improvements using Fourier transformation and after repairing, the distance between the two objects is similar, the image after repair and before repair.Keywords: Underwater Imagery, Fourier Transform, Similarity Measurement

Abstract

The process of selecting the North Sumatra Ambassador Language Finalists at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so that the selection process is carried out less precisely and the resulting decision is less satisfactory for the participants of the Ambassador Finalists North Sumatra Language. In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Promethee II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final score or to find the finalist ranking of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. Thus the Decision Support System is needed in order to help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining the Finalists of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for the selection of North Sumatra Language Ambassador Finalists using the Promethee II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making a decision to choose the North Sumatra Language Ambassador and the resulting decision is satisfactory.Keywords: Decision Support System, Language Ambassadors, Promethee Method ii

Abstract

Optical Character  Recognition (OCR) adalah  sebuah sistem komputer yang digunakan secara otomatis untuk mengenali serangkaian karakter yang berasal dari mesin ketik, mesin cetak ataupun tulisan tangan. Dengan kata lain OCR adalah  proses pengalihan dokumen teks menjadi file komputer tanpa harus mengedit nya ulang, setiap karakter baik huruf,  kata, kalimat dapat dikenali secara tepat dan dibaca oleh perangkat lunak yang lain. Permasalahan yang sering timbul dalam proses pengenalan dokumen komputer adalah bagaimana teknik pengenalan untuk mengidentufikasi berbagai jenis karakter dengan berbagai ukuran dan bentuk. Maka dari itu untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut penulis memilih untuk menyelesaikan nya dengan membuat pengenalan pola huruf menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan  Metode pengenalan yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode Delta Rule. Sebelum proses pengenalan, citra yang digunakan dengan format *bmp atau jpg*  diolah terlebih dahulu di proses preprocessing yang meliputi binerisasi, segmentasi, dan normalisasi gambar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah hasil pengenalan pola huruf menggunakan metode delta rule. Dilakukan ujicoba dengan memasukan sempel data berupa scan dokumen berbentuk jpg

Abstract

Pematangsiantar  is a developing city in North Sumatra, so it is not surprising that there are a lot of freight forwarding partners that offer goods delivery services to peoples such as POS Indonesia, JNE, JET Express, J & T Express and SiCepat Express. Many factors that influence people, especially online shop users on the selection of freight forwarding companies, such as the length of delivery, price, type of fleet, range, to company experience. Then it is necessary to build a system that helps the community in taking a decision. Abstract

Education is an effort specifically by  goverments  to provide the generation with appropriate academic potentials through which the successors attain the required capabilities to survive the natiions. .The process this transfer of information is carried out in school. But still, every thing does not run as smoothly as expected. The purpose of this research is to identify the problems serving as barrcades affecting the students to achieve the goals of learning.For a solution, the writer suggests the use of algorithm ELECTRE II as calculation to  discover  the best alternative. This method is implemented  into an application of  Vb Net 2010. Abstract

Higher education is an education level that includes diplomat, undergraduate and doctoral programs. The purpose of higher education is to improve the quality of the workforce, to help improve the quality of the workforce each university must have the facilities needed in teaching and learning activities. This study discusses the Analysis of the K-Means Method in the Grouping of Universities by Province Based on the Facilities of the Village. Sources of data obtained from data collected based on documents from 2003 to 2018 through the website of the Indonesian Statistics Agency. Data is processed into 2 clusters, namely the highest facility level cluster (C1) and the lowest facility level cluster (C2). So that obtained from 34 provinces 3 provinces are grouped in high facility level clusters (C1) and 31 provinces are grouped in low facility level clusters (C2). This can be input to the government for provinces that have higher education institutions that still have inadequate facilities in each village and are of more concern to the government based on the cluster that is being conducted.Keywords: K-Means, Higher education, Grouping, Facilities

Abstract

The existence of a technology that identifies and controls patients with potential drop out TB disease which is increasingly rapid will be a top priority, especially for the health team in following up the success of treatment. In this study, an expert system was used to diagnose patients with potential Drop Out tuberculosis by using a Case Based Reasoning model to see patients with potential Droup Out. For variable names used are pulmonary smear patients (+), new patients, pulmonary smear (-) / ro (+), new patients, extra pulmonary, relapsed patients, re-treatment, default patients, re-treatment patients, failed patients and others -other. The last detection process is taken from the highest value obtained in the diagnosis of all the symptoms that have been witnessed. Based on the results of the application of the Expert System on Potential Drop Out Tuberculosis Patients at Cut Meutia Hospital in North Aceh based on the case code 31 with a detection system for the AFB (+) Lung Patient with its detection symptoms, the patient coughs with phlegm for 2-3 weeks or more. the results of sputum examination, patients who have been treated with TB drugs less than 1 month and TB patients on sputum examination, patients who have been treated with TB drugs less than 1 month, TB patients stop the treatment and TB patients return to the facility health service facilities with the highest case value of 0.6111 of all detection systems that have been tested.Keywords: Expert system,  CBS, TB

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the algorithm that can improve the security message with a hybrid cryptosystem using algorithm hill cipher and RSA asymmetric key with  a key so that the size of file after the encrypted small time for process encryption and decryption fast. The algorithm used is a modification algorithms Hill Cipher. This research uses  hybrid cryptosystem, which message is hidden by using hill cipher and the key is hidden by using RSA algorithm. The results of this research is that a better message security by making the hybrid cryptosystem using fingerprint image of sender as a key that will be secured because the encryption key is not equal tothe decryption key. Besides it is very difficult to guess the key figures for the sum of characters that is sent to the recipient's key is not equal to the actual number of key characters. The time is used to decrypt the ciphertext with hybrid hill cipher and RSA algorithm for the number of characters and fingerprint image with the same threshold value turned out to be longer than the time that is used to decrypt the cipher text with hill cipher algorithm. The sum of characters (size of file) after encrypted and decrypted same. This is because the use of modulo 256 in the calculation of the encryption so the limit of character  after encrypted and decrypted between 0 to 255. Each character encrypted will be 1 ASCII character as well.

Currently, in the world of abundant and sustainable data, it can be utilized in data mining in order to better manage the feasibility analysis of Medium-Scale Micro Enterprises (UMKM) for the kraside products at Pt. A more effective pawnshop this research was conducted to utilize existing court ladies as a source of strategic informationfoUMKM In processing UMKM data and classifying the feasibility period for krasidan products to use data mining techniques. The eligibility period for UMKMrecruitment uses the J48 method. the attributes used consist of business groups owned by prospective nassabah, the high or low number of sales in the future is the average needed by UMKM.In this thesis the software used is Weka.
