Abstract

Map images that are on Google Maps can also be screenshooted, when taking image maps / maps the image quality is not optimal, this is because the ability of the computer used to take the image does not support high graphics. This map image can be used as material for the purposes of work that uses images such as graphic design, namely printing.The ability of computers that do not support large graphics processing in getting a good image is not a major problem in image improvement. Because the image that is not maximized, its color elements can be manipulated with digital image processing techniques, one of the methods for manipulating elements of image colors is the CLAHE method. The CLAHE method is applied and calculates the pixel values that exist in each RGB layer. In the field of graphic design images that have less intensity can be improved by increasing contrast. Image contrast enhancement can be done by the CLAHE method.Keywords: Maps Imagery, Contrast, CLAHE

Abstract

TCP/IP (singkatan dari Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) jika diterjemahkan adalah protokol kendali Transmisi/Protokol Internet, adalah gabungan dari protokol TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) dan IP (Internet Protocol) sebagai sekelompok protokol yang mengatur komunikasi data dalam proses tukar-menukar data dari satu komputer ke komputer lain di dalam jaringan internet yang akan memastikan pengiriman data sampai ke alamat yang dituju. Kebanyakan dari pengguna jaringan internet mengalami gangguan koneksi internet dikarenakan kesalahan dari TCP/IP tersebut. Tujuan system pakar ini dibangun  untuk diagnosis gangguan jaringan yang disebabkan kesalahan dalam TCP/IP. Dari system pakar ini memberikan informasi mengenai gannguan TCP/IP, jenis-jenis kesalahan, dan solusi dari gangguan TCP/IP. System pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining,  yaitu teknik yang dimulai dengan fakta yang diketahui, kemudian mencocokkan fakta-fakta tersebut dengan bagian IF dari rule IF-THEN. Bila fakta cocok dengan bagian IF, maka rule tersebut dieksekusi. Hasil pengujian dengan system ini menunjukan bahwa system mampu menentukan gangguan beserta memberikan solusi dan penanganan yang harus dilakukan oleh pengguna, berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang yang sebelumnya dipilih oleh pengguna.

Abstract

PT. Yudhistira Ghalia North Sumatra. Where Inventory (stock) of goods is an important thing in a company for data collection or checking activities in order to find out the amount of goods that are used up and goods that will be needed in a company. Inventory of goods is always needed in company activities. So that in the supply of books has been delayed for making stock and excess stock making of books. In this study, multiple linear regression method will be used to predict book inventory data. So for that we need to predict book inventory data for the future how many books should be in stock. Multiple linear regression algorithm has advantages such as generalizing and extracting from certain data patterns, being able to acquire knowledge even though there is no certainty, and being able to do calculations in parallel so that the process is shorter. After being predicted, it will be possible to produce results that can be used in the future so that it can help PT. Yudhistira especially the part of the inventory of goods which must be provided in the following month.Keywords: Data Mining, Inventory, Multiple Linear Regression Algorithms

Abstract

Pesan teks merupakan cara berkomunikasi yang dikirim dalam bentuk tulisan, pesan teks saat ini sangat banyak digunakan dalam media electronik, yang sangat populer yaitu pesan SMS (short message service) yang dikirimkan dengan memanfaatkan jasa operator selular, namun pesan tersebut, terancam tidak aman karna bisa terjadi pencurian data pesan. Untuk itu perlu terdapat pengamanan pada pesan teks yang dikirimkan dengan menggunakan teknik enkripsi dan dekripsi. Banyak algoritma kriptografi yang digunakan untuk pengamanan, diantaranya algoritma super playfair cipher dan two square cipher merupakan perkembangan dari metode playfair cipher. Metode ini cukup rumit cara pemecahannya dibanding metode klasik lainnya. Metode super playfair cipher dan two square cipher  tergolong dalam algoritma kriptografi klasik yang menggunakan teknik penyandian subtitusi dan tranposisi karakter yang memiliki kunci simetri atau kunci yang sama dalam melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsinya.

Abstract

Cryptography is used to protect the contents of information from anyone except those who have the authority or secret key to open information that has been encoded. Along with the development of technology and computers, the increase in computer crime has also increased, especially in image manipulation. There are many ways that people use to manipulate images that have a detrimental effect on others. The originality of a digital image is the authenticity of the image in terms of colors, shapes, objects and information without the slightest change from the other party. Nowadays many digital images circulating on the internet have been manipulated and even images have been used for material fraud in the competition, so we need a method that can detect the image is genuine or fake. In this study, the authors used the MD4 and SHA-384 methods to detect the originality of digital images, by using this method an image of doubtful authenticity can be found out that the image is authentic or fake.Keywords: Originality, Image, MD4 and SHA-384

Abstract

DOC is known by Day Old Chicken is a chicken one day old, the usual weight of  normal average DOC Chicken in the range 35-40 gram of  his recordor. Researches take a case study Arab Chicken is a descendant of chicken brkiel-silver from Belgium whose spawn ability is sufficient and generally DOC Arabian Chicken has a soft brown fur color tend to be dark, has the same shape and size both in cockerels and hens so it is very difficult to distinguish. All data collected will be implemented in a system where the system is helping to facilitate the processing of data in determining the quality of chicken DOC Arabic using AHP (Analytic  Hierarchi  Process). At the stage of the AHP(Analytic  Hierarchi  Process) Method to determine the Quality of Arab Chicken DOC begins with the process of defining the problem as a general goal in the hierarchy of powers that the Criteria and Alternatives are preferred in making pairwise comparision matrices, calculating vector values, calculating eigen vectors testing consistency and normalize the data. The use of calculations thourgh AHP (Analytic  Hierarchi  Process) method is faster than manual calculations so that in determining the quality of Arab Chicken DOC is much more efficient and the accuracy of the data is more assured.

Abstract

Al-Quran is a holy book that contains instructions and instructions for the life of Muslims. In the Al-Quran there are interpretations quoted from the previous verse and have an implied meaning, so to be able to obtain these verses textually and contextually it is necessary to classify the interpretation of the Al-Quran to facilitate Muslims in finding topics in theAl-Quran. In this study, it is proposed to classify the topic of Al-Quran verses in English translation which consists of three classifications, namely commands, prohibitions and others. In this research the system design is done by collecting datasets, preprocessing to get clean data, selecting features using gain information, classifying using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method, and testing the system. The results of the tests conducted resulted in a value 64,10% for accuracy, 63% for precision, and 62.68% for recall using the value of k = 17 and the dataset containing data testing and data training of 1:9, respectively.Keywords: classification, topics of Al-Quran, K-Nearest Neighbor, Information gain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan kendala yang membuat petugas kesulitan dalam mengestimasi laju pertumbuhan penduduk disetiap tahunnya dengan memanfaatkan variabel terikat dan variabel bebas. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Simalungun dalam bentuk softcopy yang berjudul “Kecamatan Pematang Bandar dalam Angka 2015-2019” dengan url http://simalungunkab.bps.go.id dengan data kependudukan kecamatan pematang Bandar dari tahun 2015-2019. Kecamatan pematang Bandar merupakan salah satu dari 32 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Simalungun yang terdiri dari 10 nagori dan 2 kelurahan. Data yang digunakan telah diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan datamining estimasi terhadap laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Kecamatan Pematang Bandar, menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil pengujian yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa perhitungan manual dengan pengujian menggunakan software SPSS memiliki nilai persamaan regresi linier berganda yang sama, yaitu Y= (-129,857) + 1,337 X1 + 0,682 X2 dengan nilai constant (a) adalah -129,857 sedangkan nilai laki-laki [X1] adalah 1,337 dan nilai perempuan [X2] adalah 0,682. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi atau masukkan kepada petugas pencatatan kependudukan dalam mengestimasi laju pertumbuhan penduduk terutama disetiap tahun.

Abstract

Ulos batak toba is one of indonesia traditional fabric, precisely the traditional cloth of the batak toba. From time to time the ulos fabric was growing in terms of  type and motif. One of the companies that produces ulos batak is cv. Ala dos roha. The authors conducted this study aimed at predicting the amount of production of ulos batak to produced later. The author uses the previous request, inventory and production data using fuzzy logic tsukamoto. The final result of the calculation with this method will be more effective and efficient so as to speed up the decision making time to predict the amount of production to be produced next.Keywords: prediction, amount of  production, method of tsukamoto

Abstract

The selection process for Student Language Ambassadors at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so the selection process is less precise and the resulting decisions are less satisfactory for the students' Language Ambassador participants.  In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Exprom II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final grade or to find the value of the Student Language Ambassador ranking. Thus the Decision Support System is needed so that it can help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining Student Language Ambassadors. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for selecting Student Language Ambassadors using the Exprom II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making decisions choosing Student Language Ambassadors and the decisions determined are satisfactoryKeywords: Decision Support System, Student Language Ambassador, Exprom Method II
