Buruh Harian Lepas (BHL) merupakan pekerja dengan perjanjian waktu tertentu. Dalam proses pemilihan pekerja buruh harian lepas harus dilakukan dengan pertimbangan yang matang, sehingga mampu memberikan keuntungan yang maksimal bagi perusahaan. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibangun suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam pemilihan pekerja buruh harian lepas pada PT. Socfin Indonesia menggunakan metode WASPAS. Penilaian pekerja buruh harian lepas saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual. Hal ini terkadang memakan waktu yang lumayan lama. Untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan calon pekerja BHL maka diperlukan sistem yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan penerimaan calon pekerja BHL oleh pihak manajemen kepegawaian. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan adalah Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS). Penelitian ini disusun dengan cara merancang sebuah program dengan konsep customize yang membolehkan user menginput sendiri informasi kriteria, pembobotan, serta kandidat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan dalam penentuan pekerja buruh harian lepas yang akan bekerja di PT. Socfin Indonesia.

Video is one of the multimedia content. In the video the video is stored in a file that can be changed intentionally or unintentionally. To ensure video content does not change, a mechanism is needed to detect the integrity of the video content both from the video quality and the size of the video file. In this research, video manipulation with change in duration, addition of frame and change in video file extension aims to compare the original video recording and manipulation video recording. Based on Hasher Pro testing results show that the system is running well, successfully detecting changes that occur in video files scanning video files with a percentage of 100%, all changes can be detected by the Message Digest (MD5) algorithm on the hash value.Keywords: Video, Metode Massage Digest 5 (MD5), Hasher Pro.

One way to secure imagery is with the process of encryption , encryption is the process of turning plaintext into chipertext , one of the methods that could be used is an algorithm chua chaotic noise that is the algorithms that having a manner of working with each pixel count that were on the image of pictures and then do rotation pixels in vertical synchronization and horizontal based on the length of pixels of any result rotation pixel image so that encryption would come out the more random. Sensitivity his on the early can also cause to change a significant impact on his iteration. Sensitivity is very talk in cryptography that corresponded to the principle of diffusion. To the principle of this diffusion then transformation of one bit of an initial value of chaos can cause chipertext still not succeed in decryption

Data Mining is an information discovery by extracting information patterns that contain trend searches in a very large amount of data and assist the process of storing data in making a decision in the future. In determining the pattern classification techniques do to collect records (Training set). Thesis is used as one of the graduation requirements for undergraduate students or S1. Likewise for students of Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan (STTH) Medan, they must write a scientific paper in the form of thesis to complete the study. Many processes are passed in writing thesis. Starting from the submission of proposals, the process of guidance, seminars and ends in the trial thesis. The long process of writing thesis raises many obstacles. One of them is the constraints related to communication between faculty and students in the process of guidance. Therefore designed a web-based information system to be able to overcome this. This information system is designed using PHP programming language and MySQL as database. This information system is designed based on case studies at Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan (STTH) Medan. This information system can help smooth the execution of the thesis in the campus environment, ranging from helping the department managing the proposal submission process, determination of supervisors, assisting lecturers and students in communicating schedule Thesis guidance during the process of guidance, to the process of scheduling seminars and thesis trial.

The size of the video files is relatively large, long duration and has a good top kulithen it requires a large storage space. With a very large video file size, at the time of the move process could be the process of moving failed because the media storage space exceeds the limit and consume very much quota at the time of transfer. The solution to this problem is how the video file can be compressed to accelerate the process of transferring and saving the video files and saving the quota. In this research, the algorithm used is Interpolative Coding, using the different compression methods-the difference of each value, and the compression results will be profitable, because the delivery will be easier and saves your quota and saves storage space.Keywords: Video File compression, Interpolative Coding algorithm

Site Manager (SM) merupakan pembantu project manager dalam memeriksa secara rinci pekerjaan di lapangan dan mengeluarkan instruksi di lapangan kepada subkontraktor sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan mutu yang telah di setujui. Tidak terlepas bagi PT.Graha Insani Mandiri yang mengandalkan SM proyek sebagai pembantu project manager guna menjamin terlaksananya pekerjaan konstruksi. Dikarenakan hal tersebut keberadaan SM proyek sangatlah penting bagi PT.Graha Insan Mandiri sehingga perlu ada nya proses pemilihan SM proyek di lingkungan PT.Graha Insani Mandiri. Prosedur yang dilakukan dalam tahapan memilih SM proyek tidaklah muda harus berdasarkan dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tentukan oleh PT.Graha Insani Mandiri, kendala yang dialami saat ini adalah proses pemilihan belum memeliki acuan yang kuat, sehingga memungkingkan menimbulkan hasil yang kurang objektif. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem sebagai acuan untuk proses pemilihan SM proyek tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan solusi yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut.Dengan menggunakan Metode SMARTER didalam proses pemilihannya. Metode SMARTER merupakan perbaikan dari METODE SMART yang di mana pada penentuan Metode SMARTER proses pembobotan kriteria dan sub kriteria menggunakan Metode ROC. Hasil dari Metode SMARTER berupa nilai utility dari setiap kriteria untuk nantinya dilakukan perangkingan terhadap alternative.

At this time the use of computer device technology has developed rapidly and the community. Most people use it not only for commercial purposes, but also to get information on disease detection quickly and efficiently with a computer-based application that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of the disease. for that, a system is needed to imitate the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in accordance with the knowledge of an expert who is entered into a computer system. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has occurred has made it possible for expert systems to be applied to detect disease using programming languages. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially Vasculitis. The expert system method used is a Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to handle diagnosing vasculitis. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given ease in knowing information about Vasculitis disease, its causes and deterrents. Teacher performance evaluation is a process of analysis in order to produce good teaching. The process of evaluating the performance of teachers in Kartika Pematangsiantar Middle School has not been so detailed (detailed). With such detailed assessment, it is feared that there will be subjective judgments (based on personal interests), which can lead to social jealousy for teachers who do not receive achievements. In the assessment of teacher teaching students need data on teacher satisfaction. In collecting data using questionnaires and variables used in this study there were 4 namely discipline, quality of teaching, behavior, and social relations. Kompresi merupakan suatu teknik untuk memperkecil jumlah ukuran data dari data aslinya. Prinsip umum yang digunakan pada proses kompresi video adalah mengurangi duplikasi data dalam video sehingga memori yang dibutuhkan untuk merepresentasikan video menjadi lebih sedikit daripada representasi video semula dimana jika ukuran data yang akan dipindahkan sangat besar, maka dibutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang besar juga. . Untuk keperluan pengiriman data melalui media transmisi, akan semakin lama juga waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengirimkan data. pemindahan data atau sebuah informasi tersebut sangat sering terjadi melalui media seperti internet. Kecepatan pengiriman suatu data dan informasi tergantung pada ukuran file yang akan dikirim. Kompresi File Video merupakan proses untuk menghilangkan berbagai redudancy dari kumpulan bit di file video sehingga ukurannya menjadi lebih kecil dengan memaksimalkan kesederhanaanya file, mengurangi ruang dan mengurangi kebutuhan akan ukuran yang lebih kecil untuk menyimpan data. Mempercepat pengiriman video. Untuk mengurangi pemakaian ruang penyimpanan dengan cara merubah bit-bit pada video sehingga menghasilkan file yang berukuran lebih kecil. Dalam penelitian ini algoritma yang digunakan dalam mengkompresi file video adalah Rice Codes. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh file hasil kompresi yang berukuran lebih kecil, sehingga dapat meminimalisir penggunaan ruang penyimpanan pada media penyimpanan dan karena ukuran file lebih kecil maka untuk transfer file melalui jaringan akan memakan waktu yang lebih cepat dibanding yang tidak dikompresi.
