Abstract

Poor Student Assistance is very helpful for students to meet the needs in learning activities and in completing the students themselves is very supportive in government programs that have to study nine years (preferably up to the upper secondary level), to help smooth the Poor Student Assistance which is directly to students and this does not aim for students who excel because it considers the condition of students. To find out the pattern of determining poor students' assistance recipients can be done by utilizing student data and poor student aid recipient data. Searching for patterns of determining students who receive aid from poor students is expected to be able to analyze the factors that greatly affect the recipients of poor student assistance. The method in accordance with the above problems using the Description Method, Description is one of the uses of data mining to explore and collect a lot of data. Abstract

File teks adalah jenis file digital yang berisikan teks, fungsi dari file teks adalah menyimpan data atau informasi  yang dapat di akses dan diatur oleh pengguna. Semakin banyak file teks yang disimpan maka semakin banyak pula penyimpanan yang digunakan. Untuk  itu diperlukan metode pengecilan file teks sehingga hanya memakai penyimpanan yang sedikit atau disebut dengan kompresi. Dari penjelasan yang telah tertera diatas, maka pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses kompresi jenis file teks yang akan di kompresi dalam penelitian ini adalah file teks yang formatnya Portable Document Format (PDF), dengan menerapkan dua metode yaitu Algoritma Prediction By Partial Matching (PPM) dan Algoritma Sequitur. Dari kedua metode tersebut akan dianalisis dan dibandingkan metode mana yang paling efisien dalam kompresi file teks.

Abstract

The many choice of study programs in University, the fact is that it does not make prospective students quickly and easily decide the study program they will take. The selection of study programs is one of the problems faced by students who want to continue their studies to Universities. Many student feel confused about what study program is suitable for them. There are many factors that cause this, including because of the desire of parents, the ability of  yourself, ideals,prospect, or it could be just to follow along with other friends. Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah program perlindungan sosial yang memberikan bantuan Non-tunai kepada keluarga miskin yang ditetapkan sebagai keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM). PKH merupakan program yang berbasis keluarga miskin sehingga yang menjadi sasaran utama adalah keluarga yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi. Pemilihan pemberian kelayakan bantuan PKH di Desa Bulumario Kecamatan Sipirok tersebut masih manual dan memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam mengambil keputusan. Maka dari itu untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut penulis memilih untuk menyelesaikan nya dengan membuat sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Multi Attibute Utility Theory (MAUT). SPK merupakan sistem informasi interaktif yang menyediakan informasi, pemodelan dan pemanipulasian data. Metode MAUT digunakan untuk merubah dari beberapa kepentingan kedalam nilai numerik dengan skala 0-1 dengan 0 mewakili nilai terburuk dan 1 nilai terbaik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merekomendasikan pemberian kelayakan bantuan PKH pada Desa Bulumario Kecamatan Sipirok berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode MAUT. Dilakukan uji coba dengan memasukkan sampel data sebanyak 15 calon peserta PKH. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemberian kelayakan bantuan PKH berdasarkan ranking, dari 15 calon peserta PKH terdapat 10 calon peserta PKH dengan ranking terbesar yaitu Berlin Siregar (A11) dengan nilai akhir 0,72348, Juriana (A10) dengan nilai akhir 0,61295, Masra (A4) dengan nilai akhir 0,38268, Der Hutasuhut (A7) dengan nilai akhir 0,35765, Gabena Rambe (A12) dengan nilai akhir 0,28136, Herlina (A1) dengan nilai akhir 0,19963, Isni Rambe dan Rawati (A13,A3) dengan nilai akhir 0,10132, Salmina Harahap (A9) dengan nilai akhir 0,04209, Elli Dalimunte (A5) dengan nilai akhir 0,04192.

Abstract

Leasing companies are financing equipment or capital goods that are used for the production process of a company, both directly and indirectly. Financing through leasing is a very simple financing in the procedures and implementation and therefore leasing that is used as an alternative payment seems more attractive. As an alternative source of capital financing for companies, especially in the credit analyst section. In credit-worthy consumer decision-making activities, a computer-based system model that can provide data analysis, calculation of criteria for credit applicants, and help processing data into information to make decisions from the semi-structured problem is needed. A decision system (DSS) is the right choice to help select credit applicants. The system is designed with the Elimination and Choice Translating Reality (ELECTRE) method which is one of the multi criteria calculation methods based on the outrangking concept map by using paired comparisons of other alternatives based on each criterion. The data used in this paper are in the form of alternative data samples, criteria data, criteria weight, and suitability rating for each alternative to the criteria.Keywords: ELECTRE, Credit Analyst ,Kredit, Leasing

Abstract

Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

Abstract

The Ministry of Communication and Informatics carries out communication and informatics services to the public as well as supervising and regulating licensing in the field of Communication and Information to government and community institutions. For this reason, the Communication and Information Agency of Deli Serdang Regency recruits experts with predetermined criteria. An expert is someone who is considered a trusted source of certain techniques and expertise in assessing and deciding things correctly, well, and reliably in accordance with a particular field. a decision support system in selecting experts using the method. Decision support systems can solve unstructured problems. In general, a decision support system is built in order to guide the steps in deciding a decision using the SPK method. Abstract

The use of internet technology in the government environment is known as electronic government or e-government. In simple terms, e-government or digital government is an activity carried out by the government by using information technology support in providing services to the community. In line with the spirit of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, e-government has a role in improving the quality of public services and helping the process of delivering information more effectively to the public. Over time, the application of e-Government has turned out to have mixed results. In developed countries, the application of e-Government systems in the scope of government has produced various benefits ranging from the efficiency of administrative processes and various innovations in the field of public services. But on the contrary in the case of developing countries including Indonesia, the results are more alarming where many government institutions face obstacles and even fail to achieve significant improvements in the quality of public services despite having adequate information and communication technology. The paradigm of bureaucrats who wrongly considers that the success of e-Government is mainly determined by technology. Even though there are many factors outside of technology that are more dominant as causes of failure such as organizational management, ethics and work culture. This study aims to develop a model of success in the application of e-Government from several best practice models in the field of information technology that have been widely used so far using literature studies as research methods. The results of the study show that the conceptual model of the success of the implementation of e-Government developed consists of 17 determinants of success..Keywords: Model, Factor, Success, System, e-Government

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis Konservasi Gigi merupakan lanjutan program profesi dokter gigi di bidang spesialis konservasi gigi yang ada di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas XYZ. Proses pengadaan alat dan bahan praktikum pada Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis Konservasi Gigi saat ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya adalah pengolahan data kurang efisien, karena data belum terintegrasi sehingga jika user ingin menggabungkan beberapa data mengalami kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Salah satu cara memperbaiki kinerjanya adalah memperbaiki cara pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Konvensional yaitu Model Watelfall, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, pengamatan, analisa dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Alat bantu Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem usulan. Software yang digunakan untuk implementasi sistem usulan menggunakan Microsoft Visual .Net 2008 dengan database MySQL. Hasil akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah user dapat menggunakan sistem informasi usulan ini untuk menyajikan informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu dan relevan guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak manajemen.

Abstract

Nowadays the use of information technology as a medium of information exchange is developing very widely. Various types of information such as text, images, sound and video can be converted into digital media that allows it to be reproduced or transmitted through various media. One of them is the internet, through the internet we can easily exchange information with other people in various places. However, there are times when information / messages are confidential, where no other party may know the contents of this information other than the sender and recipient. Then we need a security for the message. Steganography is a technique and art for inserting messages or information in a media, such as text, images, audio or video that aims to avoid suspicion from people who are not entitled. Therefore required a software that can insert or hide confidential information on a media that is video. But in doing the insertion of messages on the video using steganography alone is not necessarily safe, so we need a useful method to improve security because it requires the Chinese Remainder Theorem method. The research objective is to apply the Chinese Remainder Theorem method to insert text messages into video files. This is necessary because it often happens that the text message sent is a secret message that should not be known to just anyone. Chinese Remainder Theorem is a useful method for providing benefits in terms of increased security and low computational complexity.Keywords: Security, Steganography, Video, Chinese remainder Theorem
