Abstract

Pneumonia is a disease that causes death in children because the body's defense system is relatively low. At this time people do not really care about pneumonia because this pneumonia has symptoms that are almost the same as coughing. This happens because of the weak knowledge of parents about pneumonia. Fast and precise information and prevention from a health expert are needed by parents about the symptoms of pneumonia and how to treat it early. One alternative that the author can do for the problems that have been described, the authors make a comparison between the certainty factor method and the Bayes theorem to find the certainty value of the symptoms suffered by the patient, which will later be analyzed for the accuracy of each method. Where this study provides solutions and prevention methods so that parents can quickly find out the symptoms suffered by children so that they are not diagnosed with pneumonia. Based on the final results of the research conducted by the author of the comparison method by applying the exponential comparison method, which resulted in the certainty factor method being the most appropriate method and the highest level of accuracy for diagnosing pneumonia in children, the final result of the comparison was 14 with a diagnosis result of 99.03%. , while the Bayes theorem method the final result of the comparison is 3 with a diagnostic result of 72.38%.

Abstract

The problem in the process of determining candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds for students faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School still has several problems such as the existence of subjectivity that tends to assess candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds that still lead to personal opinions so that the assessment process takes a long time. quite long and not right on target because it is done manually so that the decision-assessment process becomes slow and this is certainly not very good because it affects the smooth operation of the Sinar Harapan Vocational School. As for the solution to overcome the problems faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School, a decision support system is needed to select candidates for receiving BOS funds. When choosing a method, it is necessary to use the additive ratio assessment (ARAS) method. The system will obtain a ranking decision based on each alternative choice based on a number of predetermined criteria. The alternative with the most weights is the recommended alternative. This research produces a decision support system application program. Designed using a Website-based application that will be used with a multi-user concept, which is designed only for user convenience, through this decision support system application, it is expected to facilitate the process of determining prospective BOS Fund recipients, it is expected to get the best results from the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. . And a trial was conducted by entering a sample of 10 BOS fund recipients to determine the recipient of BOS funds. Based on the ranking of 10 candidates who are entitled to receive 2 people with a dbwah value of 0.5, namely: alternative 10 (Abdi Sutoyo) with a value of 0.3765 and alternative 9 (Ade Juanda) with a value of 0.4058

Abstract

The head foreman is someone who works in the construction field who will have expertise in leading several jobs at a particular company when working on a project he is responsible for all activities in the field of work. The existence of the foreman is very helpful for other employees in carrying out the tasks that must be done in order to achieve company goals. Problems that often occur during the selection of the head foreman at PT. The PP of the Lau Simeme Dam Project is still subjective and does not match the position so that PT. The PP of the Lau Simeme Dam Project has not increased and is not being driven forward, of course it will have an impact on other operations. This is certainly not very good because it affects the smooth operation of PT. The PP Lau Simeme Dam Project and the objectives are not correct. Therefore we need a decision support system to uphold objectivity in the process of selecting the chief foreman. In a decision support system, the MOORA method can be applied which is able to produce the best decision and several alternatives are inputted. To overcome the selection of the head foreman, the method used is the implementation of the MOORA method. This method can filter the best alternatives because the MOORA method is able to determine goals based on conflicting criteria, so the use of this method is appropriate to solve this problem.

Abstract

Text file size is sometimes relatively large where the better the quality of the resulting text file, the larger the file size needed to store the text file. With a very large text file size, when carrying out the transfer process the transfer process may fail because the media storage space exceeds the limit. The solution to this problem is how the text file can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of text files. Compression in text files is done by reducing the size of the text file by reducing the bits in the text file, but not eliminating the information data in it.By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is punctured elias codes, by using this algorithm, the compression results of the values have different results for each value, and the compression results will be beneficial in sending, and moving text files will be easier.

Abstract

Sending data needs to be done properly and safely because it involves important information owned by a person, company or certain party. Sending messages often uses passwords or keywords so that the sending process goes well. The recipient of the message must have the password to be able to open the message after it is received. The key exchange causes the key to be known by irresponsible parties. The key generation process using the Diffie-Hellman algorithm is a good technique to avoid key exchange between sender and receiver. This study uses the Hill Cipher algorithm to test the generation of four keys which will be placed in a 2 x 2 key matrix. As a result, each key that will be generated will use the Diffie-Hellman technique in determining the value to be entered into the Hill Cipher key matrix. The use of this technique is very well done in providing the Hill Cipher algorithm key to the recipient of the message so that it can open the message sent by the sender.

Abstract

Hydroponics Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) is one of the solutions to plant vegetables in limited land. The method is by flowing water and provide nutritional intake for the plant and control pH level of water. The existing hydroponics system has not used a control system to keep the water pH stable. In order to keep the water pH at 7, a system was established using Arduino Uno and pH Analog DF Robot (SEN0169) pH Sensor. This sensor would read the water pH level as an initial input to determine the additional acid or alkaline solution. This also controlled nutrition solution needed by pakcoy vegetable with a PWM control system on wiper motor functioning as a pump to distribute the acid and alkaline nutrition. Whenever the water pH level was exceeding 8, the wiper motor would start working until the pH level decreased to 6-8, and the alkaline liquid would be added whenever the value of pH level was smaller than 6. To get a water pH at 6-8 would take 2-4 seconds. Keeping the water pH within 6-8 would produce well-grown vegetable, in accordance with the determined reference.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology and the increasing number of computer users causes a data explosion and data transfer from one device to another. There are various types of multimedia data that can be loaded, namely text, images, audio (sound, sound, music) and video. The data is generally compressed first so that the exchange process does not take too long. Many things have been done to overcome this, one way is to reduce the size of the files stored by using file compression techniques. There are many algorithms that have been used to compress files, 2 of which are Yamamoto Recursive Code and Elias Gamma Code. So that the comparison process of the two algorithms will be carried out by determining the parameters, namely Ratio Of Compression (RC), Compression Ratio (RC), Redurancy (RD), and Space Saving (SS). Based on the calculation results, the results of the Yamamoto Recursive Code algorithm performance measurement can compress text files by 85%. Meanwhile, the performance of the Elias Gamma Code Algorithm can compress text files by "60,62%." So it can be concluded that the Elias Gamma Code algorithm is better at compressing text files.

Abstract

The selection of project leaders must be done by determining several main criteria to consider in determining the quality of each company. One of the problems that are often faced in selecting project leaders at PT. The PPs for the Lau Simeme Dam Project are many of the prospective project leaders who meet the criteria. This causes the election organizers to be confused in determining the right project leader. One way that must be done to help the PT. PP Lau Simeme Dam Project in the decision-making process to determine the project leader is the need for a computer-based application in the form of a decision support system that can provide solutions to decision making. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system used by management in producing a decision from an existing problem. The Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is one method that can make a decision based on the concept of ranking by comparing the index value of each alternative to the overall index value of the alternative. In the process of selecting project leaders at PT. PP Lau Simeme Dam Project uses the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, resulting in the highest weight value that will be taken into consideration in selecting the project leader. The results obtained in this process determined that alternative A1 on behalf of Yudi Priyanto has a high ranking value with a score of "25.6".

Abstract

Hotel Menara Lexus is a business engaged in the field of lodging through the provision of room service and food and beverage providers. FBS or Food Bervarage Service is part of the hotel sector unit that manages and is responsible for food service needs and other needs and is managed professionally and commercially. In selecting the head of the new FBS division at the Menara Lexus Hotel, it is sometimes difficult to select and identify the right candidate through direct data and conducting an evaluation system that is still subjective. Sometimes errors in the selection process result in less than optimal work results, which can be a barrier to employee performance. In solving existing problems, the ROC and MABAC methods are used. The ROC method is used as a way to solve the problem of searching for criteria weight values, while the MABAC method is used in selecting candidates to be promoted as new division heads. The results in the research conducted by analyzing the two methods used were that the application of the ROC and MABAC methods produced a candidate information that had the highest score, namely Nehemia with a value of 0.41 in the selection process.

Abstract

An economy that is constantly changing and developing may result in increased economic difficulties. Current economic developments have decreased to 4.79, causing poverty in Indonesia to increase. To see the condition of the people's economy, it is necessary to collect detailed data so that people with a lower economy get assistance. The problems faced in this study are data collection and classification of the economic level of the population. The process is not very efficient because it is done manually. Classification procedures will only be carried out when necessary. Controlling the welfare of the population has not been carried out in detail. To overcome these problems, we need a system so that the grouping of people who have a classification from high to low economic level. This study uses the K-NN Clustring Algorithm which requires information training to classify objects that are very close. In the last process the Clustring K-NN algorithm is a method for calculating the ratio of old data to updated information. As well as looking for the highest data occurrence value that will be used as a reference as a result.
