Abstract

The Simpel Pol application is a health test service application for submitting a Driving License (SIM). The Purbalingga Police Clinic has implemented the use of the Simpel Pol application for the Purbalingga Regency area since April 2021. After searching in the Google Playstore review column, the Simple Pol application has several problems such as less accurate on hearing tests, applications that run slowly, and difficulty signing in. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the quality of the Simple Pol application using the McCall method. Product operation is used as the main perspective in this study with the metrics of completeness, consistency, traceability, error tolerance, accuracy, simplicity, execution efficiency, access control, operability, training, and communicativeness. The subject of this study is a driver's license applicant in the Purbalingga Regency who performs a medical test through the Simpel Pol application. The number of respondents was determined by the Slovin formula and data was collected using a questionnaire. The results of this study will determine the quality of the Simpel Pol application which is categorized as very good, good, good enough, not good, or very bad

Abstract

Located in the Southeast Asian region, the country of Indonesia is one of the areas prone to disasters related to demographic, geological and geographical conditions that trigger disasters both caused by natural factors, non-natural factors and human factors. Purbalingga is an area of Central Java Province which has the potential for disasters to occur when weather conditions are uncertain. The K-Means clustering method is used to make it easier to analyze and group data to identify several disaster-prone areas in the Purbalingga area. In this research, data processing uses rapidminer tools. Based on data processing, there were 5 clusters of disaster-prone areas in Purbalingga Regency with a very high level of vulnerability, a high level of vulnerability, a medium level of vulnerability, a low level of vulnerability and a very low level of vulnerability. With the existence of groups of disaster-prone areas that have been determined, it is hoped that the anticipation made for disasters that may arise can continue to be carried out appropriately so as to minimize the effects of disasters on the community.

Abstract

Image processing and computer vision today are faced with increasing big data applications. Excessive collection of Image data sometimes can have bad quality due to errors at the time of acquisition or at the time of transmission,  so for that problem the method is needed to perform image restoration. Image restoration is a process to make improvements to the image with the aim of obtaining a clean image from noise like the original image. Among the methods that can be used in image restoration, Markov Random Field (MRF) based on a probabilistic representation of image processing problems, namely maximizing the probability size calculated starting from the input data for all candidate solutions can provide a faster sub-optimal solution for image restoration.  Based on the implementation this experiment conducted with the noisy test image, the MRF method was capable to improve the noisy image up to 96.75 percent close to the original image without noise

Abstract

SeaBank is a digital banking application that helps the people of Balikpapan carry out financial activities ranging from saving to payments anytime, anywhere via mobile phones. SeaBank's first product was a savings account. This makes it easy to manage your daily financial activities and provides savings in accounts with high interest rates. The SeaBank application can be installed on smartphones such as Android and iOS. Just connect to the internet and access SeaBank and you are ready in minutes. The SeaBank application has many menus, including: The SeaBank application needs to identify problems to find out how satisfied users are with the SeaBank application. One of the evaluation methods is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service). You can determine user satisfaction for each domain based on the PIECES method, which consists of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service in measuring user satisfaction for SeaBank applications. Equal performance. A value of 4.36 receives a value of 4.28, the economy receives a value of 4.35, controlling a value of 4.34, streamlining a value of 4.31 and services of a value of 4.22. So that the average value obtained is 4.31, it can be categorized as satisfied users. The SeaBank application plays a big role in increasing user satisfaction for the SeaBank application and provides satisfaction and positive feedback to application users

Abstract

E-learning is a learning activity that uses the internet which can be combined with face-to-face activities in educational institutions. Utilization of e-learning can also make the development of high learning flexibility. The user's perception in this case is that students will be needed to help optimally use e-learning. STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan is one of the educational institutions that has developed an e-learning system. This study aims to examine student behavior in the use of e-learning STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan on the e-learning system with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using SPSS version 26 as data processing with the aim of providing convenience and acceleration in the research completion process. Respondents in this study were 37 students in 2018. The data collection method used an electronic questionnaire (google form), a measuring instrument with a Likert scale, in validity and reliability tests and descriptive analysis by looking for the average value of each question item. The research model uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 3 variables, namely user acceptance (Acceptance), ease of use (Ease of Use), and usefulness (Usefulness). The results of the analysis show that the perception of the use of the e-learning system is the average overall value of the mean score usefulness (Usefulness) 4, ease (Ease of Use) 3.6, acceptance (Acceptance) 4.03. So it can be concluded that respondents get good benefits in using the e-learning system

Abstract

The development of the current village government, especially the villages that are discussed in this study, namely Klambir Lima Kebun village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, is good with the village fund budget from the central government which aims to advance the village, the development of Klambir Lima Kebun village is currently inseparable from the support of information technology, almost every village needs information technology to improve services to the community. One example is the existence of an internet program in the village, the internet is currently not only enjoyed by urban people but has reached the village community. The difficulty of access to existing information makes researchers interested in developing a website-based Klambir Lima Kebun village information system with the aim of improving services to the people of Klambir Lima Kebun village, access to information can be obtained easily, village potential, population, area and so on. In making a web-based exam information system using the waterfall method consisting of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing databases. With this website-based information system, it can improve the services of Klambir Lima Kebun village to the community so that information to the community can be accessed easily and accurately. The information system is equipped with a web-based display so that users can adjust the contents in the system such as a web-based information system as a means of information in achieving development in Klambir Lima Kebun Village

Abstract

In improving the quality of higher education, the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology needs to plan and make decisions about what strategies and policies can support teaching and learning activities or other activities within the institution. To plan these strategies and policies, the institution needs reference data such as data on predictions of the number of students that will be accepted in the next five years. With this predictive data, the institution can also consider various things that must be improved and plan a better marketing strategy so that new student admissions in the following year can increase. This study aims to predict the number of students who will be accepted at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology in the next five years. The overall comparison of the linear regression and exponential smoothing methods is carried out to test the accuracy of the forecasting results. The forecasting accuracy used is MAE, MSE, and MAPE. Forecasting accuracy testing was carried out using the linear regression method with the MAE, MSE, and MAPE values of 115.28 each; 15238.46; and 0.1216054793, and the exponential smoothing method with = 0.1 has the value of the results of the MAE, MSE, and MAPE forecasting accuracy tests of 327.2938; 137036,2639; and 0.2875524468. The best method for forecasting new student admissions at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. namely the linear regression method because it has the smallest MAE, MSE, and MAPE forecasting accuracy values. The results of forecasting new student admissions at the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology for the next 5 years, from 2022 to 2026, respectively, are 1369.7; 1479.4; 1589.1;1698,8; and 1808.5.

Abstract

The health information system (SIK) is a systematic and integrated health data and information system at the government level in fulfilling health management support to improve services to the community. The Kutabumi Health Center has an Integrated Health Information System (SIKAT) which is directly integrated with the Health Office. The Integrated Health Information System (SIKAT) is available in the form of a website which is an information system website to assist the process of running health services at the Kutabumi Health Center, one of which is data entry. This study aims to determine the problems that occur at the Kutabumi Health Center related to the implementation of an integrated health information system (SIKAT) related to phenomena that have been proven. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze the system implementation barriers which are expected to provide an overview of the existing system management conditions and provide recommendations to produce information from an appropriate system, in order to achieve the goals set by the Kutabumi Health Center. This research method uses an analytical approach to technology/innovation implementation barriers with dimensions of organizational inertia, habitual routines, and poor readiness (financial & human resources). The analysis in this study uses chi square and contingency analysis. The results showed that the factors of unfavorable readiness (financial factor readiness), routine habits (habits), organizational slack (description of organizational structure and leadership mandate) were the inhibiting factors for the implementation of SIKAT at the Kutabumi Health Center.

Abstract

IT Telkom Purwokerto has several facilities, one of which is the IT Telkom Purwokerto library. The library has many free facilities that can be used by visitors but must have a Student Identity Card. Facilities owned such as knowledge books for each department, computers, magazines, and others. The library itself has cooperation with several partners, both within the region and outside the region. This collaboration has several programs that have been made, but have not been implemented properly or optimally. Currently, only a few programs are still running, one of which is borrowing the collection of the program in collaboration with the Regional Library. This research on performance evaluation based on supply chain in IT Telkom Purwokerto library was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach based on Objective Matrix (OMAX). SCOR divides the supply chain process into 5 processes, namely Plan (planning process), Source (procurement process), Make (production process), Deliver (delivery process), and Return (return process). The results of the analysis of the SCOR model are then calculated using the OMAX method. OMAX was chosen in conducting this research scoring system because it can determine the performance achievement of each indicator. The results of this study are recommendations for improvement for each red traffic light system, there are 13 parameters, the yellow color has 4 parameters, and the green color has 12 parameters

Abstract

Identifying the same words in two or more texts is the first step in the process of detecting plagiarism. Plagiarism detection software are commercially available but relatively expensive. Although some software is offered for free, the features provided are very limited. Therefore, a word similarity detection system is needed to be used as an alternative for users that can be freely accessed. The application of the pattern matching method is one of the solutions that can be used to find the similarity of words between documents. There are several algorithms that can be used as a method to find the similarity of words in the text, including the Winnowing algorithm which is known to have good performance in detecting similarity of words. Winnowing is a hashing-approach based algorithm that applies hash-function and window formation to obtain fingerprints during pattern matching. Based on these fingerprints, the word similarity level can be calculated. Previous studies have only calculated the level of similarity of words based on the character (character-level), while the calculation of the level of similarity based on words (word-level) is still limited. This research was carried out with the aim of measuring the level of similarity of words using the Winnowing algorithm and word-level trigrams. The results showed that the Winnowing algorithm which was applied using word-level trigrams could detect similarities in the text of 76.84%, 52.29%, 37.40%, and 19.29%, respectively. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the pattern matching method with the Winnowing algorithm and word-level trigrams can be used to measure the level of similarity of the text
